Apartment Canela is a wonderful well furnished two bedroom apartment on a new resort in the Heart of Santa Luzia.

The apartment is set within a well maintained enclosed complex of apartments surrounding a communal swimming pool and beautiful gardens giving a feeling of calmness and peace.

Located at ground floor level and in turn giving easy access to the facilities Apartment Canela has two bedrooms, one with a large double bed, air conditioning, plenty or wardrobe space and an en suite bathroom with a walk in shower basin and toilet. The second bedroom has two single beds, air conditioning and plenty of wardrobe space. Both bedrooms have large windows with shutters for your convenience.

The apartment opens out into a pleasant open plan space with traditional tiled floors a comfortable sofa with a television. A dining table with 4 chairs is situated right be the french windows that lead out ont the private terrace with a built in brick BBQ. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with a fridge freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle and plenty of utensils making it a great holiday kitchen. Another door from the kitchen leads onto the terrace that is covered and offers shade along with a table and chairs for outside living.

From the private terrace the swimming pool is situated right in the centre of the complex and offers plenty of space for lounging in the sun and cooling down in the pool.

Apartment Canela offers some extra fabulous features including underground secure parking and a small indoor plunge style pool, a great feature especially in the winter months, making this a great apartment for the longer term winter rentals.

As the apartment is situated right in the heart of Santa Luzia everything is within very easy walking distance making this a great apartment for those who do not want to hire a car. Santa Luzia has a wonderful aspect looking out onto the lagoon with a row for fabulous cafes and restaurants including the famous Tasquinia serving freshly caught Octopus in a variety of different traditionally cooked methods.

Santa Luzia can offer a choice of two beaches one at the end of the village and accessed by a boat trip, the other being Barril beach either a flat 10 minute walk through the lagoons or by a mall tourist train. The beach at Barril also offers beach style entertainment along with some great food outlets.

To secure your holiday with us we ask for a deposit payment of 20% of the holiday price followed by the remainder of the payment 8 weeks before the start of your holiday.

Upon full payment and completion of the booking form we will end you meeting arrangements, directions and a comprehensive pack of information on the local area.

We can supply Euro and a sterling bank account for payments although if you wish to pay by credit/debit card we are able to provide you with an invoice using Paypal. You will not need to have a Paypal account to use this facility.

We require a damage bond and this is dealt with by way of a credit card slip with credit/debit card details of any person booked into the property.  If a card is not available then the payment must be in cash and this will be returned via bank transfer once the holiday is over and upon receipt of bank details.

The holiday price includes a mid stay linen change every 7 days for stays of 14 nights or more.

Bed linen, bath and hand towels along with beach/pool towels are provided within the holiday cost. 

WI-FI is included but may incur an extra charge please confirm that WI-FI is included within the cost of your holiday.

We operate a strict arrival and departure time limit especially during the summer months.  Arrival is after 1600 and departure is before 1000. For arrivals we are happy to meet you at the property after 1000 to drop baggage etc but then entry can not be gained until after 1600 to allow the cleaners to prepare the property to the exceptionally high standard that we at Mars Algarve pride ourselves upon. Departure is strictly before 1000 and failure to depart on time without prior arrangement will result in a financial charge.

Upon arrival you will be met by one of the very helpful Mars Algarve Team they will hand over the keys to your holiday home and take the time to show you the property and tell you about any local information and answer any questions you may have. The Mars Algarve team will then be on hand during your holiday for any issues that may arise.

Before you arrive, we will send you our new guest online welcome book which is packed with everything you need to know about your holiday property, the local area and has all of the meeting arrangements, directions and how to get the keys. The online book gives you a real insight and allows you to plan your holiday before you even arrive. This also gives you the guest the opportunity to take the book with you wherever you go on your smartphone or tablet, maximising your holiday experience.

Apartamento impecável, bem decorado, limpo e prático, com churrasqueira e varanda convidativas para jantares ao ar livre. A localização é ideal: numa zona sossegada e silenciosa à noite, mas bastante perto da marginal de Santa Luzia, de tal modo que é possível chegar em cinco minutos a pé à zona de embarque para a praia da Terra Estreita. O bónus é a magnífica piscina, ideal para todos os dias, mas sobretudo para aqueles em que o vento torna a ida à praia menos agradável. Um alojamento muito recomendável!

We had a great holiday in apartment Canela, very quiet and peaceful. Clean and tidy apartment, close to the shops, cafes and restaurants. Very good value. Pool and beach was fab. Mars arranged our airport taxi. Coming back for sure.
