Lovely 2 bed apartment with aircon, wifi and shared pool
Apartment Bambu is a pleasant two bedroom apartment at ground floor level set within a small complex of apartments in the heart of Santa Luzia.
Entry to complex is via intercom and the apartment is ground floor and opens up into a light open plan space. The living area has a dining table and chairs and a sofa and two chairs surround the flat screen television that offers a selection of European channels. Huge french windows lead onto a private terrace again with a table and chairs and the added extra of a traditional Portuguese brick built bbq.
From the terrace there is easy access to the gardens and shared pool where you will find some sun loungers and parasols for your use.
The kitchen is very well equipped with a full size cooker and hob, along with a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster and coffee machine. You will find plenty of crockery and cooking utensils.
At the front of the apartment is the bedrooms, laid out as one twin room with wardrobe space, air conditioning and black out shutters. The other bedroom has a large double bed again with wardrobe space, black out shutters and air con. The bathroom is shared with a toilet, basin and bath with overhead shower.
Apartment Bambu is in a quiet but excellent location and is just s short walk form the seafront and boats for the beaches. It makes not only a perfect base for family summer holiday but also a super apartment for those longer stays in the warm Algarve winter sun.

The holiday price includes a mid stay linen change every 7 days for stays of 14 nights or more.
Bed linen, bath and hand towels along with beach/pool towels are provided within the holiday cost.
WIFI is included but may incur an extra charge please confirm that WIFI is included within the cost of your holiday.
We operate a strict arrival and departure time limit especailly during the summer months. Arrival is after 1600 and departure is before 1000. For arrivals we are happy to meet you at the property after 1000 to drop baggage etc but then entry can not be gained until after 1600 to allow the cleaners to prepare the property to the exceptionally high standard that we at Mars Algarve pride ourselves upon. Departure is strictly before 1000 and failure to depart on time without prior arrangment will result in a financial charge.
Upon arrival you will be met by one of the very helpful Mars Algarve Team they will hand over the keys to your holiday home and take the time to show you the property and tell you about any local information and answer any questions you may have. The Mars Algarve team will then be on hand during your holiday for any issues that may arise.
Before you arrive, we will send you our new guest online welcome book which is packed with everything you need to know about your holiday property, the local area and has all of the meeting arrangements, directions and how to get the keys. The online book gives you a real insight and allows you to plan your holiday before you even arrive. This also gives you the guest the opportunity to take the book with you wherever you go on your smartphone or tablet, maximising your holiday experience.
"A very nice apartment with a lovely café over the road that sold good coffee, cakes and rolls. All necessary amenities were provided and we had a very enjoyable stay here. Lots of bars and restaurants within 10 mins walk and it is a good area to explore."
