Apartment Estrela do Mar is a simply stunning 3 bedroom apartment that sleeps 5. It has magnificent views and offers excellent comfort and luxury.
Situated within the front line block of apartments at Marina Village and at 2nd floor level. Access is gained via a glass front door to a clean and spacious foyer. From the ground floor access to the upper floors is either by one of the two well maintained lifts or an integral staircase. The main front door is protected by intercom systems for each apartment.
The 3 bedroom apartment front door opens out into a pleasing hallway that give access to each of the rooms with in Apartment Estrella do Mar.
The 3 bedroom apartment has been professionally furnished to an exceptional standard to offer the best comfort during your stay.
Smart double doors open from the 3 bedroom apartment hallway into the living space. Towards the rear of the living space is an area set aside for the dining table. Styled in a really fabulous dark wood to contrast with the ceiling and floors and surrounded by exquisite multi coloured fabric dining chairs adding a touch of chic to the room.
Two modern design arm chairs and a sofa make up the front of the apartment to take full advantage of the views. Matching in a steel grey leather and surrounding a dark wood coffee table in keeping with the them of the room. A large flat screen television sits on a dark wood unit and offers a selection on Portuguese and European channels. The Smart option is very useful to keep up with any programmes form home and as the WIFI is excellent all details have been thought of for your fabulous holiday with us.
The room picks up on a burnt orange colour scene giving that touch of warmth and elegance to the living space at the 3 bedroom apartment.
Grand sliding french windows provide access to the private balcony. They are dressed with light curtains. Electric shutters keep the apartment cool in the summer months whilst you are out on the beach or exploring.
An air conditioning unit has been installed and works exceptionally well providing refreshing cool air in the hot Algarve summer months and lovely cosy warm air for those cooler night in the Winter months. Making the 3 bedroom apartment great for those who would like to take advantage of a longer stay in the warmer Algarve Winters compared to the North of Europe.
This 3 bedroom apartment provides a first rate equipped kitchen. its is full size, spacious and equipped for the best cooking. A Fashionable and easy to clean marble work surface separates white above the head cupboards from lower light wood units. Installed in the marble is an inox stove top with both gas and electric rings for your use. Elevated above the hob is a smart modern and efficient inox extractor fan.
The cupboards are filled with a varied selection of glasses, cups, bowls, cooking equipment and utensils, serving dishes and much more. To include pots, pans, oven dishes and roasting dishes.
We like to supply and good selection of smaller electric items in our 3 bedroom apartment kitchen, to include a kettle, toaster and coffee machine. We also have a fitted microwave, full size fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. A small area is dedicated to the integral vacuum cleaner, cleaning tools and is a great place for storage.
Bedroom and Bathrooms.
Starting right from the back of this 3 bedroom apartment. The Master bedroom in our 3 bedroom apartment is laid out with large and comfortable single beds. They can either be pushed together to create a super-king bed and this is how we tend to have the bed made unless guests ask other wise. Bedside units can be either placed in the centre of the beds or on each side and the mushroom brown wall fitted headboard thats allows for all options and still offers comfort and style.
Delicately fashioned in a red soft furnishings theme this room oozes opulence.
The en suite bathroom is styled in white and aqua green tiles. It offers a full size bath and overhead shower unit. A vanity unit give plenty of storage space for cosmetics and toiletries. Set into the vanity unit is a stunning smoked glass aqua green basin and above a a super large mirror. To the left is a toilet and bidet.
This 3 bedroom apartment offers a great deal of bedroom flexibility. Between the master bedroom and small single bedroom is a large sliding door. This turn these two rooms into an interconnecting room. Great for families with young children and superb for those who like more space and decide to sue this small room and a dressing room.
The single room offers an air conditioning unit along with more wardrobe space and a single sofa bed. A large windows allows light to flood in but as in all he room has shutters to make that lovely dark nighttime feeling.
The 3rd bedroom is light and spacious with large windows offering an abundance of natural light but also supplied with electric shutters for a super dark room for your sleeping comfort. The lovely large kingsize bed offers ultimate sleep comfort. Each side is bedside units in keeping with the darker wood them and matching bedside lamps. A slate grey fabric and tall headboard contributes thats little bit of class to the bedroom.
A dark wood table with a mirror above is a great added extra in this room and also the locally produced folding chair reminds you of the Algarve and its ability t produce wonderful handmade goods.
The wardrobe is fitted behind super sliding doors and automatic interior lighting add that little piece of luxury. You will find more then enough hanging space, shelves and drawers.
A super efficient air con unit offers the usual option of cool air in the summer and some warm air in the winter.
The shared bathroom is located between the single room and 3rd bedroom on the opposite side of the hallway.
Offering a cream and brown theme the bathroom supplies and good size glass shower cubicle, a vanity unit with that fabulous glass sink inset and overhead mirror along with a toilet and bidet.
The terrace for our 3 bedroom apartment is entered via the fabulous sliding french windows from the living space. The added comfort of a nice metal grey dining table and canvas and metal chairs give comfort whilst either enjoying a meal or just sitting and enjoying the views and sunshine.
Being placed at 3rds floor level it means this 3 bedroom apartment can really take advantage of the sea views. What really makes this terrace view is the mix on offer. Being right on the protected Ria Formosa means you are treated to a massive range of wildlife and birdlife to enjoy. This particular part of the Ria Formosa and its lagoons offer a safe environment to many fish and sea-life too. Every day every tide offers something new to watch.
Communal Spaces, Gardens and Swimming Pool
Swimming pools at the Marina Village complex are all on the roof tops and are simply fabulous. Surrounded by some sun loungers for your use they make a relaxing place to sit and enjoy the sizzling Algarve summer sun with the option to have a cooling dip when ever you like.
Surrounding the car parking spaces that are laid to traditional calcada cobbling to keep in line with the old architecture of Olhao is beds of shrubs and dark red roses. Indigenous trees line the pavements.
Apartment Estrella do Mar is a well designed and amazing 3 bedroom apartment offering all you can need for an easy base for your holiday how ever you wish to spend your time. Olhao offers a great location with its Caribbean like islands for days at the beach but also a diverse mix of things to do from drinking coffee and watching the fisherman go about their business and getting involved in ceramic tile making and enjoying the Old City of Olhao.

Booking your Holiday
To secure your holiday home with us, we ask for a deposit payment of 20% of the holiday price within 24 hours of the booking. As soon as that payment is made we will send an e mail asking for your full details and travel details.
30 days before your holiday starts we will send you a reminder e mail asking for the final payment for your holiday home.
Marslgarve LDA operates a Breakages insurance scheme for any accidental damages and breakages during your stay with us.
The non-refundable Damage Protection Fee of €10 per guest protects you from being charged for accidental property damage that may occur during your stay with us. Cover is up to the value of €500. All we ask is that you treat our homes with repsect and should any accidental damage occur you inform us immediately by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

We set the arrival time at your holiday home to be any time after 1600. This is to allow us time to prepare the holiday home for you. We are extremely flexible in that we will try and prepare the holiday home to coincide with your flight arrival time. But we can not guarantee this will happen. We are also happy to allow you leave baggage at the holiday home whilst the property is being prepared allowing you to get the most out of your holiday.
We ask that you carefully read the holiday home manual we will send you before the start of your holiday, as this contains all the contact information of the Manager who will be meeting you and looking after you during your holiday.
Our Manager will be expecting a telephone call from you on arrival day. The Manager will only attend the property after that phone call in readiness to meet you. We do not have a reception and each guest is met personally. If we have more than one client at once arriving we will let you know and ask that maybe you give us a little time. Maybe pop for a coffee and we can call you when we are ready to meet you. Our Manager will like to spend some time with you explaining how appliances work in the holiday home and let you know about the local area and will be happy to answer any questions you might have.
We set the departure time at 1000. We ask for your departure details or plans once you leave us. This way we can schedule our holiday home preparation for the next guest just like we did for you. If we can offer a later stay during the winter months we will try and accommodate you. In the Summer months due to the high volume of guests we have to strictly adhere to the 1000 departure time at the latest.
Our "All important" Welcome Book
Before the start of your holiday we will send you our online Guest Welcome Book which is packed with everything you need to know about your holiday Home and the local area.
The book gives you all of the meeting arrangements, directions and how to get the keys.
We have tried to give you a real insight and help you to plan your holiday before you even arrive.
Our online Guest book is compatible with smart phones and tablets meaning you can take the guest book with you where ever you go to maximise your holiday experience.
During your holiday if you find places not in the book you would like to recommend to future guests please do let us know and we would love to add them to our book. The idea is to offer a great book that guests find useful.
Equipment Hire, Car Hire and Transfer Information
Children and Babies
We can hire a variety of items for your holiday home. Please book any items your require during the booking process.
We have an arrangement with a superb local Bike Hire Company and can arrange for bicycles to be delivered to your holiday home either before your holiday starts or during you holiday. We can also arrange for the bikes to be collected. Please click on the link below choose your bikes and accessories, let us know via e mail and we will get it all booked for you.
We can take the stress out of car hire for you by booking in advance for you. We have chosen a small local Company to supply our hire cars. They will be at the Airport to meet you personally rather than you having to find a shuttle bus to the larger hire car Companies or waiting in huge queues with a horrible and impersonal service.
We can also arrange hire of scooters for you. They can be delivered at your holiday home and collects after your holiday is over.

We use a fantastic local Company, Sunline Transfers. The Company has built a super reliable and excellent Airport transfer service and we are proud to be connected with them.
Please ask for a quote and we will arrange the transfers via our Company login to their site. This means there will be no waiting around at the Airport as the driver will be in Arrivals waiting for you. There will be no trying the explain the location of your holiday home as the driver will already know where to go. The driver will even call our Managers in advance for you so they can be at the holiday home ready to meet you.
