Our properties are cleaned to an excellent standard and all items of any previous guest are removed. This includes all cooking items or hygiene products. This is to comply with Rental Licence and Covid rules for Portugal. As a self catering property we value your privacy and as such do not offer any cleaning service during your stay unless you request the extra paid service with us. To provide the best service for our guests we do provide hand soap and a toilet roll per bathroom. The tap water in all of our properties is fit for human consumption. We offer a selection of hampers at an extra fee and can be seen and chosen during or after the booking process.
Apartment Casa Zito is a wonderful 2 bedroom apartment at 1st floor level located at Village Marina in Olhao. Complimented with access to an amazing roof terrace with a communal pool to share that overlooks to stunning islands of Olhao this apartment is first class. Facilities include fibre internet, air conditioning, and within walking distance of the Town and seafront.

This is a superb and well maintained apartment with 2 bedroom at 1st floor level with comfortable and modern furnishings. Situated within the Village Marina Resort offering a perfect location for an easy and relaxing holiday base. Facilities include a shared roof top swimming pool with amazing views, air conditioning and fibre wifi.  A full size kitchen and a balcony with a dining table and chairs. 


Each apartment at Village Marina is protected by a secure locked main door to a shared lobby, with intercom facilities too. The lobby offer 2 lifts and an internal staircase to the upper floors.   The front door to our fabulous 2 bedroom apartment at 1st floor level opens pinto a hallway and straight ahed light wood ad glass double doors into a spacious living room.

Living space

Apartment Casa Zito offers a wonderful modern and spacious living space. Set to the back of the room is a smart solid light pine table and 6 high back matching chairs. A great place for family dining especially using great fresh and local supplies from the daily markets.

Towards the front of our 2 bedroom apartment at 1st floor level is the comfortable living room with 2 stylish and modern arm chairs looking out to the private balcony and then along one wall a large soft and sumptuous sofa all is a stylish  and matching light great fabric with contrast scatter cushions to add vibrancy to the room. 

In the centre of the space is a handy coffee table and to the left facing the sofa is a modern tv stand with a flat screen tv offering a selection of European tv channels to cater for all Nationalities. 

What really makes this apartment is the huge French sliding windows that open up onto an amazing and super large private balcony. The windows once open add a whole new dimension to the living space and really make you feel in the holiday mode when you can enjoy some al fresco living uncomfortable surroundings. 


A wonderful feature of Apartment Casa Zito is the full size and amazing well equipped kitchen. Right next to the living space but a separate room is the kitchen. Fitted with smart modern kitchen units divided by a black marble worktop the kitchen is super modern but very functional. Set in the work top is a brushed chrome hob with both electric and gas facilities, overhead is an extractor. Integral appliances include an eye level oven with a microwave above, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, smaller appliances include a capsule coffee machine, kettle and toaster. You will not be disappointed with the supplies either. Plenty of cups, glasses, crockery and cooking tools, just as you would expect to find in any family kitchen. 

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

An internal hallway leads to the bedrooms and bathrooms. The master bedroom offers a Wonderfully comfortable king size bed set in the centre of the room. Each side is a matching bedside cupboards in light pine and white to give and give seaside feel. Along one wall is fitted wardrobes with internal drawers and automatic lighting adding a little touch of luxury behind the sliding doors.

Over head set on the wall is a modern and efficient air con unit that can be used to warm or cool. A windows offers great natural light but the electric shutters can make the room dark and cool in the summer when we all carve that holiday lie in! The master bedroom is soft and inviting very in keeping with this lovely apartment with 2 bedrooms at 1st floor level. 

Attached the master bedroom is an en suite bathroom, styled in aqua green with white floor tiles it is stylish, functional and offer great facilities. A full size bath and overhead shower compliment a glass aqua green basin set into a useful vanity cupboard with storage, not forgetting a huge mirror overhead. Then to complete the en sure facilities you will find a toilet and bidet. 

The second brooms laid out with 2 single beds with soft light beige headboards and a light pine bedside unit set between the beds and a lamp for catching up on that holiday novel before an enjoyable nights sleep. Again offered with fitted wardrobe, air con and a full size window with shutters this room is the perfect bedroom.   

The family bathroom is huge and styled in cream and dark nut brown. A shower cubicle offers a great shower facility. You will also find a basin set into a vanity cupboard with loads of storage and a huge overhead mirror. Then again is a toilet and bider for your comfort. 

Private Terrace

Apartment Casa Zito is a gorgeous apartment with 2 bedrooms at 1st floor level with a fabulous slightly enclosed and huge balcony. It is accessed via massive French sliding windows form he living space and helps to bring a little of the Algarve climate into your holiday home. The balcony is offered with a smart black glass dining table and matching chairs. This area makes a great place for al fresco living all year around and perfect for the summer sun. 

Communal Spaces, Gardens and Swimming Pool 

The best addition to our apartment is the shared roof top swimming pool. The pool is simply perfect for a dip to cool down in the hot summer months or a relaxing spot on these days where you just don't feel like doing anything. Surrounding the pool is various decked and paved terraces and a nice quiet spot away from the pool can also be found. The views are simply stunning and look, either across the cubist rooftops of the old fishing town of Olhao or out to the protected islands and Ria Formosa natural park and its beautiful lagoons. 

In front of each apartment block is plenty off road parking spaces to share and there is more than enough for everybody. The resort has gardens laid to lawn as well as areas with trees and local plants well maintained and give a relaxing feel to the complex.


Apartment Casa Zito is an amazing apartment with 2 good side bedrooms at 1st floor level. It offers modern and efficient air conditioning units suitable to provide comfort any time of the year. The apartment is equipped with fibre internet and wifi so you are guaranteed excellent speed. The windows are fitted with electric shutters, these really help to keep bedrooms nice and dark at night and also the apartment cool in the hot summer months. Village Marina is located on the se front at Olhao so is close to the sea front gardens, marina and town centre. This space makes for a perfect holiday base.

    Booking your Holiday

    To secure your holiday home with us, we ask for a deposit payment of 20% of the holiday price within 24 hours of the booking. As soon as that payment is made we will send an e mail asking for your full details and travel details.

    30 days before your holiday starts we will send you a reminder e mail asking for the final payment for your holiday home.


    Damages Protection

    Marslgarve LDA operates a Breakages insurance scheme for any accidental damages and breakages during your stay with us.

    The non-refundable Damage Protection Fee of €10 per guest protects you from being charged for accidental property damage that may occur during your stay with us. Cover is up to the value of €500. All we ask is that you treat our homes with respect and should any accidental damage occur you inform us immediately by contacting us at

    Methods of Payment

    On the payment page you will find two tabs.

    Tab 1 Euro bank details, this is for you to be able to make a bank transfer. This is not automated. Please use the bank details given within your bank account to make the transfer and send a confirmation slip giving the booking reference

    Tab 2  Within our website we have a secure payment method for card payments. Please sue this tab if you wish to pay by card.

    Arrival Day

    We set the arrival time at your holiday home to be any time after 1600.  This is to allow us time to prepare the holiday home for you. We are extremely flexible in that we will try and prepare the holiday home to coincide with your flight arrival time. But we can not guarantee this will happen. We are also happy to allow you leave baggage at the holiday home whilst the property is being prepared allowing you to get the most out of your holiday. 

    We ask that you carefully read the holiday home manual we will send you before the start of your holiday, as this contains all the contact information of the Manager who will be meeting you and looking after you during your holiday. 

    Our Manager will be expecting a telephone call from you on arrival day. The Manager will only attend the property after that phone call in readiness to meet you.  We do not have a reception and each guest is met personally. If we have more than one client at once arriving we will let you know and ask that maybe you give us a little time. Maybe pop for a coffee and we can call you when we are ready to meet you. Our Manager will like to spend some time with you explaining how appliances work in the holiday home and let you know about the local area and will be happy to answer any questions you might have.  


    Departure Day

    We set the departure time at 1000. We ask for your departure details or plans once you leave us. This way we can schedule our holiday home preparation for the next guest just like we did for you. If we can offer a later stay during the winter months we will try and accommodate you.  In the Summer months due to the high volume of guests we have to strictly adhere to the 1000 departure time at the latest.


    Our "All important" Welcome Book

    Before the start of your holiday we will send you our online Guest Welcome Book which is packed with everything you need to know about your holiday Home and the local area.

    The book gives you all of the meeting arrangements, directions and how to get the keys. 

    We have tried to give you a real insight and help you to plan your holiday before you even arrive. 

    Our online Guest book is compatible with smart phones and tablets meaning you can take the guest book with you where ever you go to maximise your holiday experience. 

    During your holiday if you find places not in the book you would like to recommend to future guests please do let us know and we would love to add them to our book.  The idea is to offer a great book that guests find useful.


    Hampers and Mid Stay Cleans

    We have an arrangement with a superb local Bike Hire Company and can arrange for bicycles to be delivered to your holiday home either before your holiday starts or during you holiday.  We can also arrange for the bikes to be collected.     Car Hire

    We can take the stress out of car hire for you by booking in advance for you.  We have chosen a small local Company to supply our hire cars. They will be at the Airport to meet you personally rather than you having to find a shuttle bus to the larger hire car Companies or waiting in huge queues with a horrible and impersonal service. 

    We can also arrange hire of scooters for you.  They can be delivered at your holiday home and collects after your holiday is over.

    Airport Transfers

    We use a fantastic local Company, Sunline Transfers. The Company has built a super reliable and excellent Airport transfer service and we are proud to be connected with them. 

    Please ask for a quote and we will arrange the transfers via our Company login to their site.  This means there will be no waiting around at the Airport as the driver will be in Arrivals waiting for you. There will be no trying the explain the location of your holiday home as the driver will already know where to go. The driver will even call our Managers in advance for you so they can be at the holiday home ready to meet you.
