Apartment Andorinha is a modern and well furnished 3 bedroom apartment that can sleep 5 people comfortably. Located on the popular Marina Village Complex. the 3 bedroom apartment offers a shred roof top swimming pool, air conditioning and excellent wifi facilities.
Our 3 bedroom apartment is nestled right in the heart of the Marina Village complex. Access to Apartment Andorinha is via a communal door with an intercom system. From the foyer our 3 bedroom apartment is located on the 3rd floor and you can use either one of the two lifts or an internal staircase. Each floor has two apartments per floor and the front door to the 3 bedroom apartment is a solid wooden door a a 5 ever locking system and bell. Upon entry the 3 bedroom apartment opens up into a hallway giving access to the bedrooms and via double glass and wooden doors straight ahead to the modern and stylish open plan living space.
The living space in the glorious 3 bedroom apartment offers a large ultra modern and large smoked glass black dining table with 6 high back leather effect chairs.
Our 3 bedroom apartment offers two sumptuous light green fabric sofas. Within the centre is a modern white coffee table. A large flat screen television is set on a modern white unit, offering a selection of Portuguese and European tv channels. One of the sofas also faces out to the large, private terrace giving a lovely view of the Algarve sun and the Marina Village complex.
The living place is beautifully furnished and offers exceptionally comfortable living with warm wooden floors and air conditioning That can offer cool in the hot summer months and warmth during the cooler Winter evenings. This makes our 3 bedroom apartment a perfect holiday base any time of the year.
Situated just to the left of the front door and facing out towards the front of the 3 bedroom apartment is the kitchen. You will find it to be very well equipped. Pleasantly laid out with light turquoise floor tiles and light wood kitchen units along with fitted appliances. The appliances include a washer/dryer, full size fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and also a kettle, toaster and capsule coffee machine.
The marble style work surfaces have a fitted stove top that offers both electric and gas rings, over head is an inox extractor fan.The over head cupboards house plenty of cups, crockery and glasses. In the drawers you will find plenty of cooking tools and cutlery and in the cupboards below there is lots of pots, pans and serving dishes. Stored in the kitchen is an integrated vacuum cleaner, cleaning tools and a iron and ironing board.
As Olhao has one of the best daily fresh produce and fish markets the kitchen is perfect to be able to create some wonderful meals with the local fresh produce. We have designed the kitchen to suit guests for short term summer stays and also the longer term winter sun guests.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
At the end of the hallway is the master bedroom with a large kingsize bed and beside tables each side with lamps. A floor the ceiling window offers natural light but also an electric shutter to give that extra piece of darkness and night and also keep the apartment just that little bit cooler during the hot summer. An integral wardrobe is fitted with large easy sliding wooden doors and automatic interior lighting. A super efficient air conditioning unit offers cool in the summer and warmth in the winter. The master bedroom in our 3 bedroom apartment Andorinha has the luxury of a spacious en suite bathroom. Tastefully designed with white floor tiles and turquoise wall tiles the bathroom has a full size bath and over head shower. A glass basin set into a floating vanity unit offering plenty of storage for cosmetics and toiletries. Here you will find a hair dryer. Over head is a huge mirror. The en suite also offers white ceramic toilet and bidet.
The second bedroom of our 3 bedroom apartment is accessed either via a large sliding door from the master bedroom or its own private door from the hallway. This is a single room with a comfortable single bed, one beside unit and lamp, a fitted wardrobe, large French window with an electric shutter and an air conditioning unit.
Across the hallway is the second bathroom with creamy white floor tiles and beautiful small cream and brown wall tiles giving a hint of richness to the room. Housing a toilet, bidet, shower cubicle and turquoise glass basin set in a floating wooden vanity unit. In the unit you will find a hairdryer. Over head is a huge mirror.
The third bedroom is a nice large twin room with two good size single beds. In the centre of the beds is a bedside unit and lamp. To the right of the beds is a fitted full wall wardrobe with large easy sliding doors housing hanging space and drawer space and automatic lighting. The twin room has two sets of large French style windows that let is an abundance of natural light. They also offer electric shutters for coolness whilst you are at the beach in the Summer!But they also add a total darkness to the room at night.
The twin room also offers its own air conditioning until for your comfort any time fo the year.
Accessed only from the living space via the giant French sliding windows the private terrace give a good view over the Marina Village complex and some sea glimpses. Here we have places a dining table and chairs giving you the perfect pace to sit and enjoy the waning sun. This terrace really adds to the comfort of the apartment and creates a nice out door space.
Communal Spaces, Gardens and Swimming Pool
The swimming pool offered at our 3 bedroom apartment is just breathtaking due to the view on offer from the apartment block roof terrace. The pool and terrace can be accessed either by the 2 lifts or internal stair case. At the top floor is a locked door and only residents of the apartments in the block have a key making sure the pool is never overcrowded.Once on the roof top a few steps lead up to the decked area around the pool and you will find sun loungers offered by the Condominium Company for your use. The rest of the roof terrace is laid to wooden style decking and offer quieter places to sit and enjoy the fantastic views.
The Marina Village Complex has some well kept garden beds with indigenous shrubs in between the parking spaces for the apartments. The first two blocks of apartments at the complex surround a square and underneath the blocks are a selection of shops, bars, cafes and restaurants. Along with a Barbour and beauticians. From here a very short walk leads you to the ferry point for boats to take you to the island beaches.
Our super Apartment Andorinha offers a perfect holiday base at any time of the year. Being situated just on the edge of Olhao Old town makes it a great place to stay without the need for a car as everything needed is within easy and short walking distance. Our 3 bedroom apartment is furnished to a fantastic standard and in turn offers modern living complete with efficient air conditioning that can either warm or cool depending on the season, super fast fibre wifi and modern living facilities.
Our lovely 3 bedroom comes with its own manual that you can download to your tablet or smart phone. Packed full of information to make the best of your holiday starting from the moment you arrive. It tells you how to collect the keys, who will look after you during your stay and clear concise directions to Apartment Andorinha. Then it is packed full with details of the best restaurants, taxis and local amenities and activities.

Booking your Holiday
To secure your holiday home with us, we ask for a deposit payment of 20% of the holiday price within 24 hours of the booking. As soon as that payment is made we will send an e mail asking for your full details and travel details.
30 days before your holiday starts we will send you a reminder e mail asking for the final payment for your holiday home.
Marslgarve LDA operates a Breakages insurance scheme for any accidental damages and breakages during your stay with us.
The non-refundable Damage Protection Fee of €10 per guest protects you from being charged for accidental property damage that may occur during your stay with us. Cover is up to the value of €500. All we ask is that you treat our homes with respect and should any accidental damage occur you inform us immediately by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Tab 1 Euro bank details, this is for you to be able to make a bank transfer. This is not automated. Please use the bank details given within your bank account to make the transfer and send a confirmation slip giving the booking reference
Tab 2 Within our website we have a secure payment method for card payments. Please sue this tab if you wish to pay by card.

We set the arrival time at your holiday home to be any time after 1600. This is to allow us time to prepare the holiday home for you. We are extremely flexible in that we will try and prepare the holiday home to coincide with your flight arrival time. But we can not guarantee this will happen. We are also happy to allow you leave baggage at the holiday home whilst the property is being prepared allowing you to get the most out of your holiday.
We ask that you carefully read the holiday home manual we will send you before the start of your holiday, as this contains all the contact information of the Manager who will be meeting you and looking after you during your holiday.
Our Manager will be expecting a telephone call from you on arrival day. The Manager will only attend the property after that phone call in readiness to meet you. We do not have a reception and each guest is met personally. If we have more than one client at once arriving we will let you know and ask that maybe you give us a little time. Maybe pop for a coffee and we can call you when we are ready to meet you. Our Manager will like to spend some time with you explaining how appliances work in the holiday home and let you know about the local area and will be happy to answer any questions you might have.
We set the departure time at 1000. We ask for your departure details or plans once you leave us. This way we can schedule our holiday home preparation for the next guest just like we did for you. If we can offer a later stay during the winter months we will try and accommodate you. In the Summer months due to the high volume of guests we have to strictly adhere to the 1000 departure time at the latest.
Our "All important" Welcome Book
Before the start of your holiday we will send you our online Guest Welcome Book which is packed with everything you need to know about your holiday Home and the local area.
The book gives you all of the meeting arrangements, directions and how to get the keys.
We have tried to give you a real insight and help you to plan your holiday before you even arrive.
Our online Guest book is compatible with smart phones and tablets meaning you can take the guest book with you where ever you go to maximise your holiday experience.
During your holiday if you find places not in the book you would like to recommend to future guests please do let us know and we would love to add them to our book. The idea is to offer a great book that guests find useful.
Hampers and Mid Stay Cleans
Our properties are cleaned to an excellent standard and all items of any previous guest are removed. This includes all cooking items or hygiene products. This is to comply with Rental Licence and Covid rules for Portugal. As a self catering property we value your privacy and as such do not offer any cleaning service during your stay unless you request the extra paid service with us.
To provide the best service for our guests we do provide hand soap and a toilet roll per bathroom. The tap water in all of our properties is fit for human consumption.
We offer a selection of hampers at an extra fee and can be seen and chosen during or after the booking process.
Children and Babies
We can hire a variety of items for your holiday home. Please book any items your require during the booking process.
We have an arrangement with a superb local Bike Hire Company and can arrange for bicycles to be delivered to your holiday home either before your holiday starts or during you holiday. We can also arrange for the bikes to be collected. Please click on the link below choose your bikes and accessories, let us know via e mail and we will get it all booked for you.
We can take the stress out of car hire for you by booking in advance for you. We have chosen a small local Company to supply our hire cars. They will be at the Airport to meet you personally rather than you having to find a shuttle bus to the larger hire car Companies or waiting in huge queues with a horrible and impersonal service.
We can also arrange hire of scooters for you. They can be delivered at your holiday home and collects after your holiday is over.

We use a fantastic local Company, Sunline Transfers. The Company has built a super reliable and excellent Airport transfer service and we are proud to be connected with them.
Please ask for a quote and we will arrange the transfers via our Company login to their site. This means there will be no waiting around at the Airport as the driver will be in Arrivals waiting for you. There will be no trying the explain the location of your holiday home as the driver will already know where to go. The driver will even call our Managers in advance for you so they can be at the holiday home ready to meet you.
