Casa Limoncello is a simply stunning renovated townhouse close to the seafront and with in easy reach of everything you could possibly need for a great holiday.

The house is typical Olhao Cubist design with a wonderful decorative facade.

Upon entering the house via the traditional double wooden doors from the cobbled street the house opens up into an amazing living space with many old touches but with brand new facilities. The amazing arched ceilings and little alcoves give something to admire which ever way you turn.

To the right is a dining table and four chairs and then a kitchen area with all modern appliances including a hob and oven, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave and coffee machine. There is plenty of cupboard space and you will also not be disappointed with all the facilities including plenty of cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils, especially bearing in mind all the fresh produce you can buy and the daily market.

Towards the centre of the ground floor is a living area with a comfortable sofa along with a wall mounted flat screen television offering a selection of European channels. From the living space a small archway leads to the rear of the ground floor. To the right is a small cloakroom turn a corner and enter a large spacious light and airy master bedroom with a large kingsize bed, built in wardrobes and air conditioning. The bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom with a large walk in shower, toilet, basin and bidet. The room is twin aspect and once the beautiful old shutters are opened offers a mass of natural light into the room.

heading back towards the font part of the house steep traditional stone steps typical for these types of house lead up the the first floor. On the right is a small shower room. The second bedroom with a single bed offers air conditioning and wardrobe space with a window overlooking the street below.

Further along to hallway is a large twin room that can either be two single beds or a large superking bed. The bedroom also offers air conditioning and large mirrored wardrobes. Huge french windows give access to a rather private decked terrace for morning coffee!

From the fist floor landing a glass door leads out on the the first decked terrace. Here there is a proper brick built bbq along with a basin and some food preparation areas. A wonderful large outside table offers seating for 6 persons. All can be shaded by a large overhanging parasol.

Traditional steep steps go up again to a roof terrace surrounded by glass and a wonderful pergola with shading. Sun loungers here make for a perfect place to relax in the Algarve sun.

The house is very central and although there is street parking it is quiet a pedestrian area. You will feel you are living as the locals do and the atmosphere of this area is just wonderful.

To secure your holiday with us we ask for a deposit payment of 20% of the holiday price followed by the remainder of the payment 8 weeks before the start of your holiday.

Upon full payment and completion of the booking form we will end you meeting arrangements, directions and a comprehensive pack of information on the local area.

We can supply Euro and a sterling bank account for payments although if you wish to pay by credit/debit card we are able to provide you with an invoice using Paypal. You will not need to have a Paypal account to use this facility.

We require a damage bond and this is dealt with by way of a credit card slip with credit/debit card details of any person booked into the property.  If a card is not available then the payment must be in cash and this will be returned via bank transfer once the holiday is over and upon receipt of bank details.

The holiday price includes a mid stay linen change every 7 days for stays of 14 nights or more.

Bed linen, bath and hand towels along with beach/pool towels are provided within the holiday cost. 

WIFI is included but may incur an extra charge please confirm that WI-FI is included within the cost of your holiday.

We operate a strict arrival and departure time limit especially during the summer months.  Arrival is after 1600 and departure is before 1000. For arrivals we are happy to meet you at the property after 1000 to drop baggage etc but then entry can not be gained until after 1600 to allow the cleaners to prepare the property to the exceptionally high standard that we at Mars Algarve pride ourselves upon. Departure is strictly before 1000 and failure to depart on time without prior arrangement will result in a financial charge.

Upon arrival you will be met by one of the very helpful Mars Algarve Team they will hand over the keys to your holiday home and take the time to show you the property and tell you about any local information and answer any questions you may have. The Mars Algarve team will then be on hand during your holiday for any issues that may arise.

Before you arrive, we will send you our new guest online welcome book which is packed with everything you need to know about your holiday property, the local area and has all of the meeting arrangements, directions and how to get the keys. The online book gives you a real insight and allows you to plan your holiday before you even arrive. This also gives you the guest the opportunity to take the book with you wherever you go on your smartphone or tablet, maximising your holiday experience.
