Apartment Salinas is a beautifully furnished 3 bedroom apartment with sea views.
Situated within a complex of apartments just on the edge of the old fishing town of Olhao. Apartment Salinas is in a perfect location for either a relaxing holiday or a great base to explore the East Algarve and beyond.
To gain entry to our 3 bedroom apartment with sea views. A glass door at ground floor level give access from the parking areas to a communal foyer. Tis area is protected with an intercom system for each apartment.
Either 2 lifts or an internal staircase offer access to the upper floor levels including the 3rd floor for our Apartment Salinas.
A solid wooden door with a 5 lever locking system and doorbell opens up into the hallway of our 3 bedroom apartment with sea views. From here the wood floor hall gives access to all the rooms within the 3 bedroom apartment with sea views.
From the hall way and directly from the front door beautiful
glass and light beech wood twin doors open out into a pleasant,
light and spacious living space. At the rear of the room is a large
dark wood dining table and
funky coloured dining chairs to a d a bit of spice to the room.
Facing out of the large floor to ceiling sliding French windows are 2 large leather style arm chairs fashioned in a modern design and placed to take full advantage of the amazing views form the 3 bedroom apartment with sea views.
To the left is a matching sofa and this faces inwards towards the television. A large dark wood coffee table is placed between the seating for your use and comfort.
The large flat screen smart television sits on a beautiful dark wood tv unit to the right of the living space. the television is wired up to offer Portuguese tv channels and a selection of European channels. The WIFI in our 3 bedroom apartment with sea views is excellent so you are able to use applications like Netflix.
The living space encapsulates a nice modern designed room with warm and fashionable colours and features.
The French windows lead from the living space onto a large and private terrace giving the best views of the Ria Formosa. The french windows have the added luxury of electric blinds. A fabulous feature to keep the living space nice and cool in the summer months. An air conditioning unit also offers lovely cool air for the hot summertime and cosy warm air to warm the apartment on the cooler winter evenings. This makes our 3 bedroom apartment with sea views a perfect holiday base any time of the year.
Placed at the front of the 3 bedroom apartment with sea views and styled in clean white and light turquoise tiling the kitchen offers great views whilst cooking. The kitchen is fitted with a selection of base and overhead fitted cupboards. A set of drawers hold a wide selection of cutlery, cooking utensils and tools along with directions to sue the appliances. The overhead cupboards contain good selections of crockery, including bowls, plates, mugs and coffee cups. Also an excellent selection of glasses. The lower units offer plenty of cooing pots and pans along with roasting pans and serving dishes.
The larger appliances are all built in and include a full size fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, gas and electric inox hob with an overhead extractor and a fitted electric oven.
We also like to provide a capsule coffee machine, kettle, toaster and microwave. So in all the kitchen is exceptionally well equipped for you and deigned for you to make fantastic use of all the wonderful fresh produce, fish and seafood Olhao has to offer.
The kitchen of our 3 bedroom apartment with sea views has a small area given over to the integral vacuum cleaner and is also a store an iron and ironing board for your use.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The master bedroom in our large and spacious 3 bedroom apartment
with sea views offers a super kingsize bed that can also be
separated to two single beds. Please do make sure you let us know
what option you prefer.
A large fabric chocolate brown headboard offers a touch of opulence to the bed and room. Large fitted wardrobes with sliding doors give plenty of storage and have the added feature of automatic lighting. You will find plenty of hangars and also drawers and shelves. A floor to ceiling windows give wonderful natural light to the room but alos has the excellent feature of an electric blind. This helps keep the room cool in summer but also offers total darkness at night.
There is an air conditioning unit offering cool or warm air depending on the time of year. A sliding door give access to the second bedroom which is a single room. This room can be used in different ways, the bed is a sofabed and can be made into a comfortable single bed. Or the room can be used as a dressing room fr those guests who might just like a little extra space. the single room offers fitted wardrobe and an air conditioning unit. The room also has the added comfort of a large window with a shutter.
The master bedroom also has an en suite bathroom. Styled in aqua
blue and white tiles it offers a touch a luxury living. The en
suite has a full size bath and over head shower. It offer a white
ceramic bidet and toilet.
The basin is a very attractive green glass design and set into a vanity unit. The unit has a cupboard and here you will have plenty fo space for cosmetics and toiletries. You will also find a hairdryer here. Above the vanity unit is a beautiful large mirror.
The third bedroom offers a kingsize bed with an attractive fabric brown headboard. two fabulous windows for that all important natural light but also with that wonderful added feature of electric shutters. Huge fitted wardrobe with sliding doors and automatic lighting makes sure every bedroom has plenty fo storage. An air conditioning unit is installed for cool or warm depending on the time of year. Also provided is a sleek dark wood side tableland a traditional Algarve style chair to add to the comfort of the room.
Just off the hallway and opposite the second bedroom in our 3 bedroom apartment with sea views is a bathroom decorated in a dark chocolate brown and cream theme. It offers a good size shower cubicle, a toilet and bidet and also that lovely green glass sink set into a vanity unit. The unit offers a cupboard and here you will find a hair dryer.
The balcony on our 3 bedroom apartment with sea views is situated on the front of the apartment and accessed form the living space. It is enclosed on the sides and open at the front so offers a good degree of privacy. The terrace has a large dining tables and chairs, simply perfect for some al fresco dining: The views from the terrace are stunning. You can see the ever changing wildlife and birdlife that thrive on the salt flats. You can also watch the sun go down with a pr dinner drink and also the boats bobbing up and down heading to and from the various beach islands. The views show such an idyllic way of life in the wonderful East Algarve.
Communal Spaces, Gardens and Swimming Pool
The all important swimming pool is on the roof top. It caters for a few apartments but never gets too overcrowded. The sea vistas are glorious and the pool offers a touch of refreshing cool on those hot summer days. Surrounding the pool are some sun loungers provided by the Condominium Company for your use. The roof top also ahs lots of places to sit way form the pool if you wanted total relaxation.
The communal spaces and car parking areas are well kept with some small trees and shrubs gardens to add some pleasant features.
Marina Village Complex has plenty off road parking next to the apartments so nice and easy.
Apartment Salinas is a wonderful 3 bedroom apartment with sea views that offers really flexible living space any time of the year. The apartment offers excellent fibre WIFI, air conditioning, sea views and free off road parking. the roof top pool is a fabulous added bonus. Our 3 bedroom apartment with sea views is just a very short walk to super markets, shops, restaurants, bars and cafes. The Marina Village complex offers a great Italian restaurants, superb tapas bar an Irish bar and a lovely coffee house. There is also a small shop selling essentials, along with a Barbour and beauticians.
Transport links are around a 10 minute walk to both the bus and train station and there is also the easy option of taxis and Uber.

Booking your Holiday
To secure your holiday home with us, we ask for a deposit payment of 20% of the holiday price within 24 hours of the booking. As soon as that payment is made we will send an e mail asking for your full details and travel details.
One month before your holiday starts we will send you a reminder e mail asking for the final payment for your holiday home.
We ask for a damage bond of €200 this is payable on arrival at your holiday home either by cash or provision of credit cards details.
Methods of payment
On the payment page you will find four tabs.
Tab 1 Euro bank details, this is for you to be able to make a bank transfer. This is not automated. Please use the bank details given within your bank account to make the transfer and send a confirmation slip giving the booking reference
Tab 2 Within our website we have a secure payment method for card payments. Please sue this tab if you wish to pay by card.
Tab 3 UK Bank Transfer. We are able to utilise a UK bank account if preferred. Before payment please ask for a Euro/sterling conversions price.
Tab 4 If you prefer Paypal we have a direct link for you to be able to use this method of payment.
What is included in the holiday Price

We set the arrival time at your holiday home to be any time after 1600. This is to allow us time to prepare the holiday home for you. We are extremely flexible in that we will try and prepare the holiday home to coincide with your flight arrival time. But we can not guarantee this will happen. We are also happy to allow you leave baggage at the holiday home whilst the property is being prepared allowing you to get the most out of your holiday.
We ask that you carefully read the holiday home manual we will send you before the start of your holiday, as this contains all the contact information of the Manager who will be meeting you and looking after you during your holiday.
Our Manager will be expecting a telephone call from you on arrival day. The Manager will only attend the property after that phone call in readiness to meet you. We do not have a reception and each guest is met personally. If we have more than one client at once arriving we will let you know and ask that maybe you give us a little time. Maybe pop for a coffee and we can call you when we are ready to meet you. Our Manager will like to spend some time with you explaining how appliances work in the holiday home and let you know about the local area and will be happy to answer any questions you might have.
We set the departure time at 1000. We ask for your departure details or plans once you leave us. This way we can schedule our holiday home preparation for the next guest just like we did for you. If we can offer a later stay during the winter months we will try and accommodate you. In the Summer months due to the high volume of guests we have to strictly adhere to the 1000 departure time at the latest.
Our "All important" Welcome book
Before the start of your holiday we will send you our online Guest Welcome Book which is packed with everything you need to know about your holiday Home and the local area.
The book gives you all of the meeting arrangements, directions and how to get the keys.
We have tried to give you a real insight and help you to plan your holiday before you even arrive.
Our online Guest book is compatible with smart phones and tablets meaning you can take the guest book with you where ever you go to maximise your holiday experience.
During your holiday if you find places not in the book you would like to recommend to future guests please do let us know and we would love to add them to our book. The idea is to offer a great book that guests find useful.
Equipment Hire, Car Hire and Transfer Information
Equipment hire for children and babies
We can hire a variety of items for your holiday home. Please book any items your require during the booking process. Paymnet will be locally in cash please.
We offer the following,
Camp beds suitable for children up to 12 years €5 per night
Travel cots and mattress (No linen provided, please be sure to bring your own) €5 per night
High chairs €5 per night.
We have an arrangement with a superb local Bike Hire Company and can arrange for bicycles to be delivered to your holiday home either before your holiday starts or during you holiday. We can also arrange for the bikes to be collected. Please click on the link below choose your bikes and accessories, let us know via e mail and we will get it all booked for you.
We can take the stress out of car hire for you by booking in advance for you. We have chosen a small local Company to supply our hire cars. They will be at the Airport to meet you personally rather than you having to find a shuttle bus to the larger hire car Companies or waiting in huge queues with a horrible and impersonal service.
We can also arrange hire of scooters for you. They can be delivered at your holiday home and collects after your holiday is over.

We have used the same local Company, Big Eye Tours since its inception 3 years ago. Run by a brother and sister team and born and bred in Olhao they have built a super reliable and excellent Airport transfer service and we are proud to be connected with them.
Please ask for a quote and we will arrange the transfers via our Company login to their site. This means there will be no waiting around at the Airport as the driver will be in Arrivals waiting for you. There will be no trying the explain the location of your holiday home as the driver will already know where to go. The driver will even call our Managers in advance for you so they can be at the holiday home ready to meet you.
