A brand new 2 bed apartment that sleeps 3 on the 3rd floor with air conditioning, wifi, a shared pool and amazing Ria Formosa views.
Apartment El Nino is a 2 bedroom apartment, brand new for 2018 and has been furnished to an exceptionally high standard. Nothing has been forgotten. Situated on the top and 3rd floor of a very popular apartment complex Village Marina.
Entry to the 2 bedroom apartment is via the inter com assisted front door thats serves the 8 apartments in the block. Being on the 3rd floor the easiest way to the 2 bedroom apartment is by using one of the two lists. There is an internal staircase too. A modern wood door with a 5 lever lock and door bell opens up into the apartment's hallway that leads to all the rooms.
Smoked glass and wood double doors open in to the very modern living space. Equipped with a large wooden dining table and chairs towards the rear of the living room along with a sideboard gives a great place to really enjoy some locally sourced fresh food from the daily markets.
At the front of the living room in this 2 bedroom apartment is two silver grey fabric sofas offering a little piece of comfort to enjoy the ever changing sea views. One sofa is angled towards a large flat screen television that offers a selection of Portuguese channels and some European ones too. This sits on a modern darker wood tv unit with some space underneath for magazines and books and matches the coffee table thats is placed between the two sofas. The second sofa faces towards the private balcony and looks through the super large French windows and to views of the gardens and trees and sea beyond. A really pleasant place to sit any time of the year.
Air conditioning offers lovely refreshing cool in the hot summer months but also cosy warmth in the winter months. WIFI is based in the living room but available throughout our 2 bedroom apartment.
Our 2 bedroom apartment offers a superb full size kitchen and we have put a great deal of thought in equipping it to make sure every details has been thought of to help you have the best holiday.
Overhead cupboards are well stocked with plates, bowls, cups glasses and various serving items and utensils. Lower units offer plenty of pots and pans and larger dishes.
The marble work surface ouse the hob that offers both electric and gas rings along with a smart and effective inox extractor fan. Smaller appliances include a kettle, coffee machine and toaster and a built in microwave. Larger appliances include a large fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and built in oven.
A large window offers excellent natural light and a small cupboard give storage for the integral vacuum and cleaning tools.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Our 2 bedroom apartment El Nino sleeps 3 and is considered a T1+1. The light and spacious master bedroom offers 2 single beds together with one large beige fabric headboard. Both beds have the added extra of mattress toppers to give a good nights sleepMatching bedside units flank each side of the beds with matching lamps. An air conditioning unit is mounted on the wall to offer premium comfort.
Floor to ceiling opening windows provide natural sunshine to flood in to the room, but have beautiful fawn curtains giving a touch of finesse. Both windows have electric shutters to give optimum dark at night but also assist in keeping the room cool.
Immense wardrobes hide behind easy to slide doors and offer automatic lighting and plenty of storage and hanging space. A small table provides a place for cosmetic and a chair is placed in the room to hang clothes.
The en suite bathroom is tastefully styled in white floor tiling and turquoise wall tiling providing a lovely hygienic clean space. The room offers a whit full size bath and over head shower, white ceramic bidet and toilet and a turquoise glass basin set into the floating light wood vanity unit really offering a touch of class. Above is a nice large mirror.
The second bedroom has one single beds with a mattress topper for maximum comfort and sleep. A sliding door makes the room inter joining with the master bedroom. This 2 bedroom apartment is just perfect for small young families with younger children who might like their own space but want to be near parents. This bedroom also has an air conditioning unit and also large windows giving a really pleasant feel to the room.
A small bedside unit and lamp are provided along with the fitted wardrobes and automatic lighting inside.
The terrace at our 2 bedroom apartment is just fabulous. It offers some sea views and stunning views over the famous Ria Formosa salt flats that are teeming with wildlife and birdlife.
We have added a nice white table a chairs so you can take full
off the fabulous scenery whilst enjoying meals any time of the day. The terrace tends to take advantage of the afternoon sun but is a also a marvellous place any time of the day. If you are looking for a bit of peace and quiet whilst sunbathing ad enjoying a book we have also provided 2 sun loungers.
Communal Spaces, Gardens and Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is shared with the other apartments in the block and is situated on the roof top and surrounded by wood effect decking to give a really seas side summer feel. The Condominium Company have provided some sun loungers for your use.
The views from the roof are simply fabulous and compliment the
vista from your private balcony. Whist there are amazing sea and
there is also fantastic views over the rooftops of the cubist city of Olhao
These are such fun and so varied with a mix of little whit washed fisherman's house with lookouts for the fishermen's wives waiting for the husbands to come home with a bumper catch to the merchants houses with roof top gardens and fancy summer houses.
Access to the roof top is either via the lifts or staircase and entry is with a key to make sure just the apartment residents have use.
To the front of the 2 bedroom apartment is gardens laid to grass and flower beds. A mix of trees including palms give a Mediterranean feel to the space.
The complex has huge amounts of off road parking and you should always be able to park right outside your apartment.
As you enter the Marina Village the first two blocks have ground floor unit given over to shops, restaurants, cafes, bars and more. They surround a pleasant square.
Our excellent 2 bedroom apartment simply makes a perfect base for couples or a small group of three or a young family to set up their holiday base and enjoy either the eclectic mix of cultures Olhao has to offer or relax on those amazing beaches on the islands with miles of golden sand and clear blue seas.
Having great transport links means you can also explore further into the best part of the Algarve.

Booking your Holiday
To secure your holiday home with us, we ask for a deposit payment of 20% of the holiday price within 24 hours of the booking. As soon as that payment is made we will send an e mail asking for your full details and travel details.
One month before your holiday starts we will send you a reminder e mail asking for the final payment for your holiday home.
We ask for a damage bond of €200 this is payable on arrival at your holiday home either by cash or provision of credit cards details.
Methods of payment
On the payment page you will find four tabs.
Tab 1 Euro bank details, this is for you to be able to make a bank transfer. This is not automated. Please use the bank details given within your bank account to make the transfer and send a confirmation slip giving the booking reference
Tab 2 Within our website we have a secure payment method for card payments. Please sue this tab if you wish to pay by card.
Tab 3 UK Bank Transfer. We are able to utilise a UK bank account if preferred. Before payment please ask for a Euro/sterling conversions price.
Tab 4 If you prefer Paypal we have a direct link for you to be able to use this method of payment.
What is included in the holiday Price

We set the arrival time at your holiday home to be any time after 1600. This is to allow us time to prepare the holiday home for you. We are extremely flexible in that we will try and prepare the holiday home to coincide with your flight arrival time. But we can not guarantee this will happen. We are also happy to allow you leave baggage at the holiday home whilst the property is being prepared allowing you to get the most out of your holiday.
We ask that you carefully read the holiday home manual we will send you before the start of your holiday, as this contains all the contact information of the Manager who will be meeting you and looking after you during your holiday.
Our Manager will be expecting a telephone call from you on arrival day. The Manager will only attend the property after that phone call in readiness to meet you. We do not have a reception and each guest is met personally. If we have more than one client at once arriving we will let you know and ask that maybe you give us a little time. Maybe pop for a coffee and we can call you when we are ready to meet you. Our Manager will like to spend some time with you explaining how appliances work in the holiday home and let you know about the local area and will be happy to answer any questions you might have.
We set the departure time at 1000. We ask for your departure details or plans once you leave us. This way we can schedule our holiday home preparation for the next guest just like we did for you. If we can offer a later stay during the winter months we will try and accommodate you. In the Summer months due to the high volume of guests we have to strictly adhere to the 1000 departure time at the latest.
Our "All important" Welcome book
Before the start of your holiday we will send you our online Guest Welcome Book which is packed with everything you need to know about your holiday Home and the local area.
The book gives you all of the meeting arrangements, directions and how to get the keys.
We have tried to give you a real insight and help you to plan your holiday before you even arrive.
Our online Guest book is compatible with smart phones and tablets meaning you can take the guest book with you where ever you go to maximise your holiday experience.
During your holiday if you find places not in the book you would like to recommend to future guests please do let us know and we would love to add them to our book. The idea is to offer a great book that guests find useful.
Equipment Hire, Car Hire and Transfer Information
Equipment hire for children and babies
We can hire a variety of items for your holiday home. Please book any items your require during the booking process. Paymnet will be locally in cash please.
We offer the following,
Camp beds suitable for children up to 12 years €5 per night
Travel cots and mattress (No linen provided, please be sure to bring your own) €5 per night
High chairs €5 per night.
We have an arrangement with a superb local Bike Hire Company and can arrange for bicycles to be delivered to your holiday home either before your holiday starts or during you holiday. We can also arrange for the bikes to be collected. Please click on the link below choose your bikes and accessories, let us know via e mail and we will get it all booked for you.
We can take the stress out of car hire for you by booking in advance for you. We have chosen a small local Company to supply our hire cars. They will be at the Airport to meet you personally rather than you having to find a shuttle bus to the larger hire car Companies or waiting in huge queues with a horrible and impersonal service.
We can also arrange hire of scooters for you. They can be delivered at your holiday home and collects after your holiday is over.

We have used the same local Company, Big Eye Tours since its inception 3 years ago. Run by a brother and sister team and born and bred in Olhao they have built a super reliable and excellent Airport transfer service and we are proud to be connected with them.
Please ask for a quote and we will arrange the transfers via our Company login to their site. This means there will be no waiting around at the Airport as the driver will be in Arrivals waiting for you. There will be no trying the explain the location of your holiday home as the driver will already know where to go. The driver will even call our Managers in advance for you so they can be at the holiday home ready to meet you.
