Villa Toranja was built in 2017 and finished to a high standard. It has the luxury of its own private swimming pool, small garden, parking wifi and air con. The house can sleep 7.
Upon entering Villa Toranja it opens up into a spacious light and airy open plan living room with a whole wall given over to french windows allowing the house to open up into the private garden and pool. The living room has a large flat screen television that offers European channels. A large corner unit style sofa adds comfort and style to the living area too.
To the rear of the living space is a dining table and chairs and a galley style kitchen which is fully equipped with an oven, hob, fridgefreezer, microwave, toaster kettle and coffee machine. From the living room the large french windows open up access to the private rear garden where you will find a small but fabulous private swimming pool, sun beds and a small table and chairs
By the front door is a shared bathroom that offers a shower, bidet, basin and toilet. From the bathroom access can be gained to the ground floor bedroom or alternatively from the living room. The ground floor bedroom has twin beds, air con and fitted wardrobes. French windows give access to small garden space to the front of the house.
Again by the front door is stairs to the upper floor. The first bedroom offers bunk beds and a single bed (sleeps 3 children) so a room suitable for younger children. There are fitted wardrobes and a small table with a lamp. French windows open on to a shared terrace with the master bedroom.
The third bedroomhas 2 single beds which are pusged together to make a super kingsize bed.
The master bedroom offers a large double bed (super kingsize), fitted wardrobes, air con and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, basin, bidet and toilet. French windows open up onto the shared terrace and give views over the orange groves.
Casa Toranja is located in the small village of Luz de Tavira and is around a 10 minute drive from the very popular town of Tavira. It is also very close to the train station so offers great public transport links too.
Please note the house is surrounded by building works and whilst guests of summer 2017 have not found the works to encroach on their enjoyment of the villa we feel it only right to let potential guests know and the current price reflects this possible inconvenience.

To secure your holiday with us we ask for a deposit payment of 20% of the holiday price followed by the remainder of the payment 8 weeks before the start of your holiday.
Upon full payment and completion of the booking form we will send you meeting arrangments, directions and a comprehensive pack of information on the local area.
We can supply Euro and a sterling bank account for payments although if you wish to pay by credit/debit card we are able to provide you with an invoice using Paypal. You will not need to have a Paypal account to use this facility.
We require a damage bond and this is dealt with by way of a credit card slip with credit/debit card details of any person booked into the property. If a card is not avaliable then the payment must be in cash and this will be returned via bank transfer once the holiday is over and upon reciept of bank details.
The holiday price includes a mid stay linen change every 7 days for stays of 14 nights or more.
Bed linen, bath and hand towels along with beach/pool towels are provided within the holiday cost.
WIFI is included but may incur an extra charge please confirm that WIFI is included within the cost of your holiday.
We operate a strict arrival and departure time limit especailly during the summer months. Arrival is after 1600 and departure is before 1000. For arrivals we are happy to meet you at the property after 1000 to drop baggage etc but then entry can not be gained until after 1600 to allow the cleaners to prepare the property to the exceptionally high standard that we at Mars Algarve pride ourselves upon. Departure is strictly before 1000 and failure to depart on time without prior arrangment will result in a financial charge.
Upon arrival you will be met by one of the very helpful Mars Algarve Team they will hand over the keys to your holiday home and take the time to show you the property and tell you about any local information and answer any questions you may have. The Mars Algarve team will then be on hand during your holiday for any issues that may arise.
Before you arrive, we will send you our new guest online welcome book which is packed with everything you need to know about your holiday property, the local area and has all of the meeting arrangements, directions and how to get the keys. The online book gives you a real insight and allows you to plan your holiday before you even arrive. This also gives you the guest the opportunity to take the book with you wherever you go on your smartphone or tablet, maximising your holiday experience.
"Would recommend this villa to anyone. Communication is very easy with Mars Algarve, they helped to arrange airport transfers, offered suggestions for moped hire and also promptly replaced the bbq gas canister when it was empty. The villa interior is spacious and modern - comfortably sleeping all 7 of us, the open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area is fantastic as the back doors slide across to make the downstairs merge in with the outside. The pool and back garden although small, were larger than anticipated from the photos and in fact a good size considering the plot of land the villa is situated on. The bbq was a welcome addition and we made good use of it throughout the stay. The location is fantastic, right next to Luz train station which offers direct trains all along Algarve and even up to the North if necessary. (you don't need to pre-buy tickets, there is a conducter on the train who will take payments on the spot). Luz is a very peaceful town with a couple of supermarkets and restaurants. However I would highly recommend going into Tavira for more choice and liveliness, only 5mins on the train(return ticket roughly €2.50). Overall, I would highly recommend Villa Toranja to anyone, families, friends etc. You will not be disappointed at all, 10/10 experience."

Es ist ein sehr nettes Haus, modern eingerichtet. Das drum herum noch gebaut wird, wird vom Vermieter offen kommuniziert und spiegelt sich auch im geringeren Preis nieder. Wenn man tagsüber unterwegs ist, bekommt man von der Baustelle eh nur sehr wenig mit. Wir würden wiederkommen
