Villa Polvo is a stunning modern villa with 3 bedrooms. Situated within a secure gated complex with two pools and is just a 5 minute drive away from the historic town of Tavira.
This large 3 bedroom villa is the second property from the Southern end of the complex. Access into the complex is via a key card or access code.
The front of the villa provides an open terrace area with loungers and chairs which overlook the communal pool area. The entrance gate to the pool area is just metres away from the front door. Outdoor lighting provides the opportunity to sit outside all evening long.
On entering the property through the solid front door, the hallway opens up into a spacious living area as well as providing immediate access to the upstairs and underground garage on the right. The hallway offers a stylish sideboard just as you walk into the villa.
When entering the villa, to the left is a spacious, light and airy living area with a beautiful feature wall. One sofa directly faces the television unit, whilst the other is faced towards the French windows that open out onto the front terrace. Along with the sofas there is a large rug and matching coffee table.
The rear of the living area then flows into a dining room with a large table and 6 chairs, which look out towards the garden area through another set of French windows at the back of the property. The living and dining room area has been tastefully furnished with light and subtle furnishings to give the room a bright, clean and airy feel. The air conditioning offers a cool supply of air in the summer months.
The kitchen in this villa is straight in front of you as you enter the 3 bedroom villa and is also extremely spacious and practical, whilst being well equipped with all necessary appliances. The units are a good mix of overhead and lower cupboards with plenty of space. You will find them well stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, cutlery, glasses, mugs, plates and much more. The villa also provides a coffee machine, toaster, kettle along with a microwave, a full-size fridge freezer, electric hob and oven. The kitchen also houses a dishwasher as well as an intercom system for answering the door, whilst also allowing you to let guests into the whole complex from the secure front gates.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Before reaching the kitchen as you walk into the villa, there is a compact WC room to your right with a toilet and basin. When heading up the well-lit staircase, you will come to a landing area with 5 doors leading off from here. The first door on the left takes you outside to the staircase leading up to the private roof terrace.
The first bedroom directly in front is the master bedroom with a terrace balcony facing out over the front of the villa. The room benefits from a wall of fitted wardrobes and is set with a double bed, bedside tables are at either side with lamps on top. The headboard is white fabric and the white furnishings stand out beautifully against the teal blue feature wall. The ensuite bathroom includes toilet, basin and shower over bath. The floor to ceiling windows of the bedroom offer natural light during the day with steel shutters to block out the light at night.
The second bedroom is made up of two twin beds with a mirror and dressing table and plenty of wardrobe space. This bedroom is finished in a stylish splash of brightly coloured wall art and complimenting furnishings. Air conditioning is located discreetly behind a cupboard door in the wardrobe. The bedroom also has a small balcony looking out at the fields behind the complex.
The third bedroom looks out to the same view as the second bedroom from the window. This room also consists of two twin beds with matching bedside tables and a lamp and an air conditioning unit but with slightly smaller wardrobe space tucked behind the door as you enter the room.
The spacious upstairs family bathroom contains a walk-in glass shower, toilet, bidet and basin with a large mirror above and plug socket for shaving appliances.
Private Roof Terrance
The spiral staircase leads up to the private roof terrace at the very top of this stunning property, it provides a panoramic view of the mountains, nearby fields and the sea in the distance. Views of the complex and the shared pool is also visible. The roof is equipped with solar panels and can be a great spot for some private sunbathing!
Communal Pools, Garden and Garage
The villas neat square garden from the dining area doors where you can find a built-in brick BBQ and outdoor dining table. On the lower ground floor, down the stairs on the right when entering the property is the underground garage. This large well-lit space has its own electric door which leads out to an underground corridor linking all the properties to the entrance ramp to outside. There is also a secure door at the bottom of the stairs to the garage which can be locked.
The extensive communal swimming pool is gated for the safety of smaller children and is just a short walk from the villa's front door. The pool can be overlooked from the villas front terrace area for those who need to keep an eye on little ones. Again the area inside the complex is very secure with its gated key code entrance.
Villa Polvo is a stunning 3 bedroom villa with plenty of space and all modern fittings, making it a great place for family holidays or those who like to spread out. The East Algarve is a wonderful place in which to take your well-earned holiday. The beaches offer islands with miles of golden sand lapped by the crystal blue waters of the sea are beautiful. the area is still very unspoilt with a strong local atmosphere with an exceptionally friendly feel. With a wonderful selection of places to visit form bustling Fishing Ports such as Olhao to wonderful calm cities with pavement cafes and cobbled pedestrian areas as Tavira and Vila Real.

Booking your Holiday
To secure your holiday home with us, we ask for a deposit payment of 20% of the holiday price within 24 hours of the booking. As soon as that payment is made we will send an e mail asking for your full details and travel details.
30 days before your holiday starts we will send you a reminder e mail asking for the final payment for your holiday home.
Marslgarve LDA operates a Breakages insurance scheme for any accidental damages and breakages during your stay with us.
The non-refundable Damage Protection Fee of €10 per guest protects you from being charged for accidental property damage that may occur during your stay with us. Cover is up to the value of €500. All we ask is that you treat our homes with respect and should any accidental damage occur you inform us immediately by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Tab 1 Euro bank details, this is for you to be able to make a bank transfer. This is not automated. Please use the bank details given within your bank account to make the transfer and send a confirmation slip giving the booking reference

We set the arrival time at your holiday home to be any time after 1600. This is to allow us time to prepare the holiday home for you. We are extremely flexible in that we will try and prepare the holiday home to coincide with your flight arrival time. But we can not guarantee this will happen. We are also happy to allow you leave baggage at the holiday home whilst the property is being prepared allowing you to get the most out of your holiday.
We ask that you carefully read the holiday home manual we will send you before the start of your holiday, as this contains all the contact information of the Manager who will be meeting you and looking after you during your holiday.
Our Manager will be expecting a telephone call from you on arrival day. The Manager will only attend the property after that phone call in readiness to meet you. We do not have a reception and each guest is met personally. If we have more than one client at once arriving we will let you know and ask that maybe you give us a little time. Maybe pop for a coffee and we can call you when we are ready to meet you. Our Manager will like to spend some time with you explaining how appliances work in the holiday home and let you know about the local area and will be happy to answer any questions you might have.
We set the departure time at 1000. We ask for your departure details or plans once you leave us. This way we can schedule our holiday home preparation for the next guest just like we did for you. If we can offer a later stay during the winter months we will try and accommodate you. In the Summer months due to the high volume of guests we have to strictly adhere to the 1000 departure time at the latest.
Our "All important" Welcome Book
Before the start of your holiday we will send you our online Guest Welcome Book which is packed with everything you need to know about your holiday Home and the local area.
The book gives you all of the meeting arrangements, directions and how to get the keys.
We have tried to give you a real insight and help you to plan your holiday before you even arrive.
Our online Guest book is compatible with smart phones and tablets meaning you can take the guest book with you where ever you go to maximise your holiday experience.
During your holiday if you find places not in the book you would like to recommend to future guests please do let us know and we would love to add them to our book. The idea is to offer a great book that guests find useful.
Hampers and Mid Stay Cleans
Our properties are cleaned to an excellent standard and all items of any previous guest are removed. This includes all cooking items or hygiene products. This is to comply with Rental Licence and Covid rules for Portugal. As a self catering property we value your privacy and as such do not offer any cleaning service during your stay unless you request the extra paid service with us.
To provide the best service for our guests we do provide hand soap and a toilet roll per bathroom. The tap water in all of our properties is fit for human consumption.
We offer a selection of hampers at an extra fee and can be seen and chosen during or after the booking process.
Children and Babies
We can hire a variety of items for your holiday home. Please book any items your require during the booking process.
We have an arrangement with a superb local Bike Hire Company and can arrange for bicycles to be delivered to your holiday home either before your holiday starts or during you holiday. We can also arrange for the bikes to be collected. Please click on the link below choose your bikes and accessories, let us know via e mail and we will get it all booked for you.
We can take the stress out of car hire for you by booking in advance for you. We have chosen a small local Company to supply our hire cars. They will be at the Airport to meet you personally rather than you having to find a shuttle bus to the larger hire car Companies or waiting in huge queues with a horrible and impersonal service.
We can also arrange hire of scooters for you. They can be delivered at your holiday home and collects after your holiday is over.

We use a fantastic local Company, Sunline Transfers. The Company has built a super reliable and excellent Airport transfer service and we are proud to be connected with them.
Please ask for a quote and we will arrange the transfers via our Company login to their site. This means there will be no waiting around at the Airport as the driver will be in Arrivals waiting for you. There will be no trying the explain the location of your holiday home as the driver will already know where to go. The driver will even call our Managers in advance for you so they can be at the holiday home ready to meet you.
