Villa Laranja is a modern three bedroom linked villa located on the exclusive complex of Fuseta Ria Resort. Its position on the complex is ideal for those wanting privacy and seclusion.
This beautiful villa has been designed to make for spacious living accommodation coupled with the provision of a private roof terrace with hot tub and offers stunning views out to the ocean.
Entry into the 3 bedroom Villa is via a solid front door with triple locking security system, this leads into the bright and sizeable open plan living area.
The reception area just inside the main door is furnished with a grey wooden sideboard and wall mounted mirror above.
The dining area offers a circular table and seating for 6 people. This is a great attribute for family dining and entertaining.
The spacious lounge area of this 3 bedroom villa offers a comfortable seating area with a large, inviting, dark coloured corner sofa. The sofa has been positioned to face both out of the floor to ceiling sliding doors which lead out to the private ground floor terrace area and also the wall mounted flat screen TV which offers a selection of European channels to suit all nationalities. There is also a large comfy chair and pouf giving plenty of relaxing space for our guests. Between the seating area is a wooden coffee table which is in keeping with the furniture throughout the whole of this living area, this also adds a great practical feature to the space. The low TV unit also offers a storage space if needed. There is a wall mounted air conditioning unit offering the option of both cool air in the summer and warm air in the winter. The living space looks directly out through the full height sliding windows which are the full width of the villla. These in turn lead out onto the rear private terrace.
This 3 bedroom villa benefits from a well equipped kitchen with both wall and base units to two walls, also boasting fridge freezer, built in oven and microwave, gas hob, dishwasher and washing machine. Included also are a kettle, coffee machine and toaster along with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and drinking glasses. All provide our guests with the opportunity to trial new recipes, making use of the abundance of local fresh produce to include fish, meat, fruit and vegetables all available locally from the market in Fuseta town. The light wood units, white granite style worktop and fully tiled splash back finish this sleek and modern kitchen area.
The open plan design of the ground floor of this townhouse provides the ideal layout for socialising with family and friends at any time of the day.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The third bedroom is located on the ground floor. It is laid out with 2 single dark wood framed beds with crisp white bed linen and matching bedside table between. The curtains are a dark blue which when drawn help to keep the room cool and dark in the hot summer months. This bedroom also benefits from fitted wardrobes and air conditioning.
This third bedroom has the use of a bathroom also on the ground floor, which is fully tiled and comprises toilet, wall mounted basin and separate shower cubicle.
The stair case to the first floor gives access to a further 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. The master bedroom boasts a king size wood framed bed, matching bedside tables with reading lamps and the addition of a wall mounted TV. The large curved french style doors lead out onto one of the balconies and offer a stunning view over the salt pans and the sea beyond. The master bedroom benefits from a luxurious en suite bathroom laid out with a full size bath with shower over, white basin set into a marble surround, toilet, bidet and a large wall mounted mirror. Opaque glass bricks along one wall are a unique feature and allow plenty of light into this en suite bathroom. The bedroom is also equipped with air conditioning which offers both cold air for the hot summer months and warm air for the cooler winter evenings. The fitted wardrobes offer ample storage space for all of your holiday clothes.
The second bedroom on the first floor is laid out with two dark wood framed single beds which can easily be pushed together if desired, with matching bedside table and reading lamp. The room is dressed with sumptuous dark blue curtains and other complimentary soft furnishings. The bedroom is also fitted with air conditioning, plenty of wardrobe space and large sliding doors leading out onto the second balcony. This bedroom has the use of a further bathroom which is fully tiled in a neutral biscuit colour and laid out with a shower cubicle, wall mounted basin with mirror above and toilet.
Our fabulous 3 bedroom villa offers sea views from the ground floor terrace, both balconies and the private roof terrace. The ground floor terrace is laid to tiles and has a rattan style glass topped table and matching seating aThe swimming pool complex is for the sole use of guests of the Fuseta Ria Resort. It is accessed by way of key card entry system to retain its exclusivity. The upper level pool offers a plunge style pool and overlooks the beautiful vista out to sea. The infinity pool waterfall cascades into the larger pool within the lower level. The complex also offers an indoor seating area where refreshments are available via vending machines. Both pools are surrounded by large terraced areas and offer sun loungers and parasols. It tells you how to collect the keys, who will look after you during your stay and clear concise directions to Villa Laranja. Then it is packed full with details of the best restaurants, taxis and local amenities and activities.

Booking your Holiday
To secure your holiday home with us, we ask for a deposit payment of 20% of the holiday price within 24 hours of the booking. As soon as that payment is made we will send an e mail asking for your full details and travel details.
30 days before your holiday starts we will send you a reminder e mail asking for the final payment for your holiday home.
Marslgarve LDA operates a Breakages insurance scheme for any accidental damages and breakages during your stay with us.
The non-refundable Damage Protection Fee of €10 per guest protects you from being charged for accidental property damage that may occur during your stay with us. Cover is up to the value of €500. All we ask is that you treat our homes with respect and should any accidental damage occur you inform us immediately by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

We set the arrival time at your holiday home to be any time after 1600. This is to allow us time to prepare the holiday home for you. We are extremely flexible in that we will try and prepare the holiday home to coincide with your flight arrival time. But we can not guarantee this will happen. We are also happy to allow you leave baggage at the holiday home whilst the property is being prepared allowing you to get the most out of your holiday.
We ask that you carefully read the holiday home manual we will send you before the start of your holiday, as this contains all the contact information of the Manager who will be meeting you and looking after you during your holiday.
Our Manager will be expecting a telephone call from you on arrival day. The Manager will only attend the property after that phone call in readiness to meet you. We do not have a reception and each guest is met personally. If we have more than one client at once arriving we will let you know and ask that maybe you give us a little time. Maybe pop for a coffee and we can call you when we are ready to meet you. Our Manager will like to spend some time with you explaining how appliances work in the holiday home and let you know about the local area and will be happy to answer any questions you might have.
We set the departure time at 1000. We ask for your departure details or plans once you leave us. This way we can schedule our holiday home preparation for the next guest just like we did for you. If we can offer a later stay during the winter months we will try and accommodate you. In the Summer months due to the high volume of guests we have to strictly adhere to the 1000 departure time at the latest.
Our "All important" Welcome Book
Before the start of your holiday we will send you our online Guest Welcome Book which is packed with everything you need to know about your holiday Home and the local area.
The book gives you all of the meeting arrangements, directions and how to get the keys.
We have tried to give you a real insight and help you to plan your holiday before you even arrive.
Our online Guest book is compatible with smart phones and tablets meaning you can take the guest book with you where ever you go to maximise your holiday experience.
During your holiday if you find places not in the book you would like to recommend to future guests please do let us know and we would love to add them to our book. The idea is to offer a great book that guests find useful.
Hampers and Mid Stay Cleans
Our properties are cleaned to an excellent standard and all items of any previous guest are removed. This includes all cooking items or hygiene products. This is to comply with Rental Licence and Covid rules for Portugal. As a self catering property we value your privacy and as such do not offer any cleaning service during your stay unless you request the extra paid service with us.
To provide the best service for our guests we do provide hand soap and a toilet roll per bathroom. The tap water in all of our properties is fit for human consumption.
We offer a selection of hampers at an extra fee and can be seen and chosen during or after the booking process.
Children and Babies
We can hire a variety of items for your holiday home. Please book any items your require during the booking process.
We have an arrangement with a superb local Bike Hire Company and can arrange for bicycles to be delivered to your holiday home either before your holiday starts or during you holiday. We can also arrange for the bikes to be collected. Please click on the link below choose your bikes and accessories, let us know via e mail and we will get it all booked for you.
We can take the stress out of car hire for you by booking in advance for you. We have chosen a small local Company to supply our hire cars. They will be at the Airport to meet you personally rather than you having to find a shuttle bus to the larger hire car Companies or waiting in huge queues with a horrible and impersonal service.
We can also arrange hire of scooters for you. They can be delivered at your holiday home and collects after your holiday is over.

We use a fantastic local Company, Sunline Transfers. The Company has built a super reliable and excellent Airport transfer service and we are proud to be connected with them.
Please ask for a quote and we will arrange the transfers via our Company login to their site. This means there will be no waiting around at the Airport as the driver will be in Arrivals waiting for you. There will be no trying the explain the location of your holiday home as the driver will already know where to go. The driver will even call our Managers in advance for you so they can be at the holiday home ready to meet you.

We had the great pleasure staying there for a week. The beds were comfortable, the living area huge, but the rooftop was a show stopper. The jacuzzi was amazing and eating breakfast on the roof was beautiful.
