Our properties are cleaned to an excellent standard and all items of any previous guest are removed. This includes all cooking items or hygiene products. This is to comply with Rental Licence and Covid rules for Portugal. As a self catering property we value your privacy and as such do not offer any cleaning service during your stay unless you request the extra paid service with us. To provide the best service for our guests we do provide hand soap and a toilet roll per bathroom. The tap water in all of our properties is fit for human consumption. We offer a selection of hampers at an extra fee and can be seen and chosen during or after the booking process. This property does not have a BBQ

Apartment Ria View is an amazing 2 bedroom penthouse apartment located on the exclusive Fuseta Ria Resort which is a short stroll from the centre of the quaint fishing village of Fuseta. 

This beautiful apartment has been designed to make the most of the stunning view out to the ocean. It boasts two private outdoor areas. A large balcony leading out from the open plan living space and an expansive rooftop terrace.

Entrance

Entry into the lobby of the block of 6 apartments is via a front door operated by a video intercom system. The marble staircase leads to the penthouse apartment where there is access to only one other apartment on this floor. A solid front door with triple locking security system provides entry to the apartment, which then leads into the bright and spacious open plan living area.

Living Space

The spacious lounge area to the front of this 2 bedroom penthouse apartment offers a comfortable seating area with two double leather sofas. One sofa is positioned to face out towards the floor to ceiling sliding doors over the spectacular view to the sea. The second sofa faces the flat screen TV which offers a selection of European channels to suit all nationalities and is set upon a wooden TV unit. Between the seating area is a wooden coffee table adding a great practical feature to the space. There is a wall mounted air conditioning unit offering the option of both cool air in the summer and warm air in the winter. The living space looks directly out through the full height sliding windows onto the private balcony which in turn offers stunning views out over the beautiful Ria Formosa National Park and beyond to the ocean.  The dining area offers a circular glass dining table and seating for 4 people, it is a great area for family dining and entertaining. The bright orange colour theme throughout the living space provides for a vibrant holiday atmosphere.  

Kitchen

This 2 bedroom penthouse apartment benefits from a well equipped kitchen with both wall and base units to three walls, also boasting fridge freezer, built in oven and microwave, gas hob and washing machine. Included also are a kettle and toaster along with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and drinking glasses.  All provide our guests with the opportunity to trial new recipes, making use of the abundance of local fresh produce to include fish, meat, fruit and vegetables all available locally from the market in Fuseta town. The light wood units and white granite style worktop finish this sleek and modern kitchen area.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

The door off the main living area leads to the rear of this 2 bedroom penthouse apartment giving access to the bedrooms and bathrooms. The master bedroom boasts a king size dark wood framed bed, matching bedside tables with reading lamp and large wall mounted mirror. The large sliding windows create a light and airy feel to the room. The master bedroom benefits from a luxurious en suite bathroom laid out with a white basin, toilet, and a separate shower cubicle. This bedroom is also equipped with air conditioning which offers both cold air for the hot summer months and warm air for the cooler winter evenings. The fitted wardrobes offer ample storage space for all of your holiday clothes and essentials.

The second bedroom is laid out with two dark wood framed single beds, with matching bedside table between and reading lamp. a wall mounted mirror is also supplied. The room is dressed with vibrant lime green curtains and other complimentary soft furnishings. The bedroom is also fitted with air conditioning, sliding windows and again plenty of wardrobe space. This bedroom has use of the main bathroom which is fully tiled in a neutral biscuit colour with a full size bath with shower over and glass shower screen. Finishing with a basin set into a marble surround, toilet and bidet and wall mounted mirror.

Private Terrace

Our fabulous 2 bedroom penthouse apartment offers front line sea views from both the balcony and the private roof terrace. Access to the balcony is direct from the living area where you will find 4 rattan style arm chairs and 2 small drinks tables. The perfect spot to watch the beautiful Algarve sun rise. An internal spiral staircase gives access to the private roof terrace. A glass panel door leads out onto the terrace and immediately you are met with breath-taking views. The roof terrace has its own Jacuzzi hot tub for 4 people and 4 sun loungers making it a haven for relaxation. The hot tub is perfect for use at any time of day. During the day you can sit and drink in the view out to sea or use in the evening to extend your relaxing day. The views from the roof terrace are 360 degrees, giving both uninterrupted sea and mountain views.  

Communal Spaces, Gardens & Swimming Pool

The swimming pool complex is for the sole use of guests of the Fuseta Ria Resort. It is accessed by way of key card entry system to retain its exclusivity. The upper level pool offers a plunge style pool and overlooks the beautiful vista out to sea. The infinity pool waterfall cascades into the larger pool within the lower level. The complex also offers an indoor seating area where refreshments are available via vending machines. Both pools are surrounded by large terraced areas and offer sun loungers and parasols. The Fuseta Ria Resort complex also offers beauty treatments at an additional charge, so why not indulge in some pampering during your stay?

Our fantastic penthouse apartment comes with its own manual that you can download to your tablet or smart phone. Packed full of information to make the best of your holiday starting from the moment you arrive. It tells you how to collect the keys, who will look after you during your stay and clear concise directions to Apartment Ria View. Then it is packed full with details of the best restaurants, taxis and local amenities and activities.

    Booking your Holiday

    To secure your holiday home with us, we ask for a deposit payment of 20% of the holiday price within 24 hours of the booking. As soon as that payment is made we will send an e mail asking for your full details and travel details.

    30 days before your holiday starts we will send you a reminder e mail asking for the final payment for your holiday home.

     

    Damages Protection

    Marslgarve LDA operates a Breakages insurance scheme for any accidental damages and breakages during your stay with us.

    The non-refundable Damage Protection Fee of €10 per guest protects you from being charged for accidental property damage that may occur during your stay with us. Cover is up to the value of €500. All we ask is that you treat our homes with respect and should any accidental damage occur you inform us immediately by contacting us at info@marsalgarve.com.

    Methods of Payment

    On the payment page you will find two tabs.

    Tab 1 Euro bank details, this is for you to be able to make a bank transfer. This is not automated. Please use the bank details given within your bank account to make the transfer and send a confirmation slip giving the booking reference

    Tab 2  Within our website we have a secure payment method for card payments. Please sue this tab if you wish to pay by card.

    Arrival Day

    We set the arrival time at your holiday home to be any time after 1600.  This is to allow us time to prepare the holiday home for you. We are extremely flexible in that we will try and prepare the holiday home to coincide with your flight arrival time. But we can not guarantee this will happen. We are also happy to allow you leave baggage at the holiday home whilst the property is being prepared allowing you to get the most out of your holiday. 

    We ask that you carefully read the holiday home manual we will send you before the start of your holiday, as this contains all the contact information of the Manager who will be meeting you and looking after you during your holiday. 

    Our Manager will be expecting a telephone call from you on arrival day. The Manager will only attend the property after that phone call in readiness to meet you.  We do not have a reception and each guest is met personally. If we have more than one client at once arriving we will let you know and ask that maybe you give us a little time. Maybe pop for a coffee and we can call you when we are ready to meet you. Our Manager will like to spend some time with you explaining how appliances work in the holiday home and let you know about the local area and will be happy to answer any questions you might have.  

     

    Departure Day

    We set the departure time at 1000. We ask for your departure details or plans once you leave us. This way we can schedule our holiday home preparation for the next guest just like we did for you. If we can offer a later stay during the winter months we will try and accommodate you.  In the Summer months due to the high volume of guests we have to strictly adhere to the 1000 departure time at the latest.

     

    Our "All important" Welcome Book

    Before the start of your holiday we will send you our online Guest Welcome Book which is packed with everything you need to know about your holiday Home and the local area.

    The book gives you all of the meeting arrangements, directions and how to get the keys. 

    We have tried to give you a real insight and help you to plan your holiday before you even arrive. 

    Our online Guest book is compatible with smart phones and tablets meaning you can take the guest book with you where ever you go to maximise your holiday experience. 

    During your holiday if you find places not in the book you would like to recommend to future guests please do let us know and we would love to add them to our book.  The idea is to offer a great book that guests find useful.

      

    Hampers and Mid Stay Cleans

    We have an arrangement with a superb local Bike Hire Company and can arrange for bicycles to be delivered to your holiday home either before your holiday starts or during you holiday.  We can also arrange for the bikes to be collected.     Car Hire

    We can take the stress out of car hire for you by booking in advance for you.  We have chosen a small local Company to supply our hire cars. They will be at the Airport to meet you personally rather than you having to find a shuttle bus to the larger hire car Companies or waiting in huge queues with a horrible and impersonal service. 

    We can also arrange hire of scooters for you.  They can be delivered at your holiday home and collects after your holiday is over.

    Airport Transfers

    We use a fantastic local Company, Sunline Transfers. The Company has built a super reliable and excellent Airport transfer service and we are proud to be connected with them. 

    Please ask for a quote and we will arrange the transfers via our Company login to their site.  This means there will be no waiting around at the Airport as the driver will be in Arrivals waiting for you. There will be no trying the explain the location of your holiday home as the driver will already know where to go. The driver will even call our Managers in advance for you so they can be at the holiday home ready to meet you.

    Beautiful Apartment in Fuseta Ria Resort
    We stayed here for a week and had a home from home stay , the apartment has every thing you need and more and a wonderful hot tub on the top roof with a gorgeous view, Sam our rep was lovely, anything you needed was catered for .2 pools just over the road if you wanted a break from your hottub, peace and quiet, beautiful weather and a more than comfortable apartment we are definitely booking for next year we would highly recommend fuzeta ria resort.
