Our properties are cleaned to an excellent standard and all items of any previous guest are removed. This includes all cooking items or hygiene products. This is to comply with Rental Licence and Covid rules for Portugal. As a self catering property we value your privacy and as such do not offer any cleaning service during your stay unless you request the extra paid service with us. To provide the best service for our guests we do provide hand soap and a toilet roll per bathroom. The tap water in all of our properties is fit for human consumption. We offer a selection of hampers at an extra fee and can be seen and chosen during or after the booking process.
Apartment Peixe is a modern and well furnished 2 bedroom apartment located at ground floor level within a very peaceful and small private complex of townhouses and apartments. Facilities also offered include WIFI, air conditioning and access to a gorgeous shared pool.

Apartment Peixe is an amazing 2 bedroom, ground floor apartment located on the exclusive Fuseta Ria Resort which is a short stroll from the centre of the quaint fishing village of Fuseta.


Entry into the lobby of the block of 6 apartments is via a front door operated by a video intercom system. On the ground floor there is access to only one other apartment. A solid front door with triple locking security system provides entry to the apartment, which then leads into the bright and spacious open plan living area.

Living Space

The spacious lounge area to the front of this 2 bedroom, ground floor apartment offers a comfortable seating area with two grey fabric double sofas, the first faces out of the enormous sliding windows giving a fantastic view out to the sea. The second faces the flat screen TV which offers a selection of European channels to suit all nationalities and also has a DVD player. The TV is sat upon a light wooden low level TV unit and between the sofas is a matching coffee table adding a great practical feature to the space. The dining area has a light wooden dining table and seating for up to 6 people. A great area for family dining and entertaining, even perhaps the odd family holiday board game.  


To the right of the entrance door is the well equipped kitchen boasting fridge freezer, built in oven and microwave, gas hob, washing machine and dishwasher. Included also are a kettle, coffee machine and toaster along with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and drinking glasses.  All providing a great opportunity to try out new recipes, making use of the abundance of local fresh produce to include fish, meat, fruit and vegetables from the market in Fuseta town. There is also the added benefit of a kitchen island giving plenty of space for preparing your meals. The light wood units and white marble worktop compliment the rest of this lovely living space. 

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

The door off the main living area leads to the rear of the ground floor, 2 bedroom apartment giving access to the bedrooms and bathrooms. The master bedroom boasts a double wooden framed bed, with matching bedside tables with reading lamps. Against the wall at the foor of the bed is a complimentary console table offering that additional surface space for your holiday trinkets and cosmetics. The large sliding windows, which lead out onto the private terrace, create a light, airy feel and the splashes of red soft furnishings provide a vibrant feel to the room. The master bedroom benefits from an en suite bathroom laid out with a white basin, toilet, and a separate shower. This bedroom is also equipped with air conditioning which offers both cold air for the hot summmer months and warm air for the cooler winter evenings. The fitted wardrobes offer an abundance of storage space.

The second bedroom is laid out with two single light wooden framed beds, with matching bedside table between and console table. The bedroom is also fitted with air conditioning, plenty of wardrobe space and a wall mounted mirror. The large sliding doors lead out onto the private terrace. This bedroom has use of the main bathroom with a full size bath, overhead shower, toilet and a basin which is set into a marble surround and wall mounted mirror above.

Private Terrace

The private terrace at the rear of our fabulous ground floor, 2 bedroom apartment offers a nice space to relax and enjoy the wonderful Algarve sunshine. It is fully enclosed and therefore ideal for a family with younger children. The terrace is laid partially to terracotta tiles and then a raised decking area on which there are two sun loungers and a parasol, perfect for those lazy afternoons. Also on the terrace is a glass topped table and 4 chairs allowing our guests to enjoy the al fresco dining experience. 

Communal Spaces, Gardens & Swimming Pool

The swimming pool complex is for the sole use of guests of the Fuseta Ria Resort. It is accessed by way of key card entry system to retain its exclusivity. The upper level pool offers a plunge style pool and overlooks the beautiful vista out to sea. The infinity pool waterfall cascades into the larger pool within the lower level. This area also offers an indoor seating area where refreshments are available via vending machines. Both pools are surrounded by large terraced areas and offer sun loungers and parasols. The Fuseta Ria Resort complex also offers beauty treatments at an additional charge, so why not indulge in some pampering during your stay?


Apartment Peixe is an amazing ground floor, 2 bedroom apartment set within an exclusive complex of apartments and townhouses within spacious well kept gardens with plenty of outside parking. The apartment offers fantastic accommodation for a wonderful family holiday. 

The facilities within the apartment provide everything you need to fulfil a relaxing holiday. The apartment also benefits from Wi-Fi throughout.  

The centre of Fuseta is a leisurely 15 minute easy walk away and offers great cafes and restaurants as well as daily markets with freshly caught fish and local produce. The restaurants offer a wide variety of food so as to meet all taste's and needs.

Our lovely ground floor, 2 bedroom apartment comes with its own manual that you can download to your tablet or smart phone. Packed full of information to make the best of your holiday starting from the moment you arrive. It tells you how to collect the keys, who will look after you during your stay and clear concise directions to Apartment Peixe. Then it is packed full with details of the best restaurants, taxis and local amenities and activities.

    Booking your Holiday

    To secure your holiday home with us, we ask for a deposit payment of 20% of the holiday price within 24 hours of the booking. As soon as that payment is made we will send an e mail asking for your full details and travel details.

    30 days before your holiday starts we will send you a reminder e mail asking for the final payment for your holiday home.


    Damages Protection

    Marslgarve LDA operates a Breakages insurance scheme for any accidental damages and breakages during your stay with us.

    The non-refundable Damage Protection Fee of €10 per guest protects you from being charged for accidental property damage that may occur during your stay with us. Cover is up to the value of €500. All we ask is that you treat our homes with respect and should any accidental damage occur you inform us immediately by contacting us at

    Methods of Payment

    On the payment page you will find two tabs.

    Tab 1 Euro bank details, this is for you to be able to make a bank transfer. This is not automated. Please use the bank details given within your bank account to make the transfer and send a confirmation slip giving the booking reference

    Tab 2  Within our website we have a secure payment method for card payments. Please sue this tab if you wish to pay by card.

    Arrival Day

    We set the arrival time at your holiday home to be any time after 1600.  This is to allow us time to prepare the holiday home for you. We are extremely flexible in that we will try and prepare the holiday home to coincide with your flight arrival time. But we can not guarantee this will happen. We are also happy to allow you leave baggage at the holiday home whilst the property is being prepared allowing you to get the most out of your holiday. 

    We ask that you carefully read the holiday home manual we will send you before the start of your holiday, as this contains all the contact information of the Manager who will be meeting you and looking after you during your holiday. 

    Our Manager will be expecting a telephone call from you on arrival day. The Manager will only attend the property after that phone call in readiness to meet you.  We do not have a reception and each guest is met personally. If we have more than one client at once arriving we will let you know and ask that maybe you give us a little time. Maybe pop for a coffee and we can call you when we are ready to meet you. Our Manager will like to spend some time with you explaining how appliances work in the holiday home and let you know about the local area and will be happy to answer any questions you might have.  


    Departure Day

    We set the departure time at 1000. We ask for your departure details or plans once you leave us. This way we can schedule our holiday home preparation for the next guest just like we did for you. If we can offer a later stay during the winter months we will try and accommodate you.  In the Summer months due to the high volume of guests we have to strictly adhere to the 1000 departure time at the latest.


    Our "All important" Welcome Book

    Before the start of your holiday we will send you our online Guest Welcome Book which is packed with everything you need to know about your holiday Home and the local area.

    The book gives you all of the meeting arrangements, directions and how to get the keys. 

    We have tried to give you a real insight and help you to plan your holiday before you even arrive. 

    Our online Guest book is compatible with smart phones and tablets meaning you can take the guest book with you where ever you go to maximise your holiday experience. 

    During your holiday if you find places not in the book you would like to recommend to future guests please do let us know and we would love to add them to our book.  The idea is to offer a great book that guests find useful.


    Hampers and Mid Stay Cleans

    We have an arrangement with a superb local Bike Hire Company and can arrange for bicycles to be delivered to your holiday home either before your holiday starts or during you holiday.  We can also arrange for the bikes to be collected.     Car Hire

    We can take the stress out of car hire for you by booking in advance for you.  We have chosen a small local Company to supply our hire cars. They will be at the Airport to meet you personally rather than you having to find a shuttle bus to the larger hire car Companies or waiting in huge queues with a horrible and impersonal service. 

    We can also arrange hire of scooters for you.  They can be delivered at your holiday home and collects after your holiday is over.

    Airport Transfers

    We use a fantastic local Company, Sunline Transfers. The Company has built a super reliable and excellent Airport transfer service and we are proud to be connected with them. 

    Please ask for a quote and we will arrange the transfers via our Company login to their site.  This means there will be no waiting around at the Airport as the driver will be in Arrivals waiting for you. There will be no trying the explain the location of your holiday home as the driver will already know where to go. The driver will even call our Managers in advance for you so they can be at the holiday home ready to meet you.

    "Casa muito clean, com todas as comodidades necessárias. Única pena, o acesso ao pátio ser pelos quartos e não pela sala/cozinha, no entanto espaço muito confortável, com mesa e churrasco! Zona da piscina com poucas sombras, mas suficiente para um mergulho antes ou depois da praia. Zona da casa super central e tranquila. Todos os dias pelas 10h30 passava uma camioneta que vendia pão, fruta e alguns bens essenciais o que foi excelente. Precisámos de um utensílio de cozinha e a Carolina solucionou-nso o problema em menos de 1h, incrível! Obrigada!"

    We enjoyed our stay in this lovely holiday home for 6 nights. Enough space for 2 adults and 2 kids with a sunny balcony for meals with an awning if needed. Kitchen bijou but well equipped with modern kit. Washing machine a bonus. Pool very close and a good size - smaller infinity/waterfall pool rather glamorous. Dealing with Samantha/Mars and Olesia very good - clear, straightforward prompt communication. Overall very successful holiday - thank you very much.

    Fuzeta Ria Resort
    Kids loved the two pools, the apartment was comfortable and clean and only 8 mins walk from the centre. Beach is also very nice and easy to get to once you have done it a few times.
