Apartment Limonera is a fabulous garden apartment with 2 bedrooms located within the very popular Fuseta Ria Resort. It offers modern holiday accommodation with beautiful views of the sea. The Leisure centre exclusive for use of Fuseta Ria residents offers 2 swimming pools, luggage storage, wifi and a space to relax and socialise with other residents.
Our 2 bedroom garden
apartment sits within a block of 6 apartments. Limonera is on
the ground floor and overlooks the gardens of the complex. A communal entrance
door opens into a pleasant and secure space giving access to the
upper floors via stairs. Our garden apartment is
located to the right. Entry is via a solid front door with a triple
locking security system leading into the bright and spacious living
The living space is positioned to the front of this ground floor garden apartment. It offers a large living area with 2 fabric sofas that look out of the large sliding windows. These windows run the full width of the room and allow the wonderful warm sunshine of the Algarve to flood into the living area, bringing the outdoors in. Set in the corner of the living space is a flat screen televison offering MEO TV and a selection of European channels to suit all Nationalities. Also located here is the wifi router.
Set to the back of the living space and close to the galley kitchen is a super large dining table with 6 chairs. To the left of the room is a sideboard, just great to store you holiday items, books and magazines!
Decorated with light browns and creams along with light neutral floor tiles give a serene feel to this space. The furnishings are modern yet soft, perfect to enjoy a relaxing stay with us at Apartment Limonera.
Our kitchen is set to the corner of the living space and offers plenty of worktop surface area in stylish light marble. Underneath are plenty of fitted kitchen units filled with a fantastic range of cooking utensils for you to enjoy. Fitted appliances include an eye level electric oven, microwave, gas hob with overhead extractor. A full size fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher finish this area.
We have taken the time to make sure the kitchen is as you would expect to find in any family home and we have filled it with plenty of equipment. The smaller appliances include a kettle, toaster and Dulce Gusto coffee machine.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
A door from the living area leads to the rear of our fabulous garden apartment with 2 bedrooms and through to the bedrooms and bathrooms.
The master bedroom lays to the right of the hallway and offers a huge kingsize bed in light oak with matching bedside units. The wall mounted air conditioning unti provides both cool air and heat depending on the time of year you choose to stay with us. Fitted wardrobes keep the clean lines and smart features of the room whilst providing that all important storage for you holiday clothes.
Wonderful huge sliding French windows open out onto a fabulous private garden with a terrace that enjoys the morning sun.
This room has the added feature of an ensuite bathroom styled in neutral coloured tiles with a large basin set into a marble surround and large wall mounted mirror. A toilet and bidet are set in white ceramic and the shower is a double size cubicle offering a huge space set behind glass with a thermostatic shower.
The second bedroom of our garden apartment with 2 bedrooms is at the end of the hallway and offers 2 single light oak beds with a matching bedside unit between. Again the room benefits from a wall mounted air conditioning unit and fitted wardrobes too. To the back of the bedroom are sliding French windows giving access to the private back terraces.
The second bathroom offers a shower cubicle set in white and glass along with a toilet and basin and that ever important large mirror over the basin.
Both bedrooms are beautifully decorated making for comfort and style on your holiday.
Apartment Limonera is a wonderful garden apartment as it offers huge garden space at the rear of the apartment to enjoy. The garden has been laid to terracotta tiles and is set with two terraces divided by steps. Here we have placed some sun loungers for you to relax and enjoy the Algarve sunshine in private. On the lower terrace we have added a BBQ and a dining set with a parasol so you can take full advantage of some wonderful alfresco dining. This garden is bathed in sunshine so makes a wonderful space for you to really enjoy and take full advantage of our wonderful ambient weather.
The the front of the garden apartment French windows open up and give views across the Fuseta Ria Complex and gardens out to the Ria Formosa and sea.
Communal Spaces, Gardens and Swimming Pool
The swimming pool complex is for the sole use of guests of the Fuseta Ria Resort. It is accessed by way of key card entry system to retain its exclusivity. The upper level pool offers a plunge style pool and overlooks the beautiful vista out to sea. The infinity pool waterfall cascades into the larger pool within the lower level. This area also offers an indoor seating area where refreshments are available via vending machines. Both pools are surrounded by large terraced areas and offer sun loungers and parasols. The Fuseta Ria Resort complex also offers beauty treatments at an additional charge, so why not indulge in some pampering during your stay?

Booking your Holiday
To secure your holiday home with us, we ask for a deposit payment of 20% of the holiday price within 24 hours of the booking. As soon as that payment is made we will send an e mail asking for your full details and travel details.
30 days before your holiday starts we will send you a reminder e mail asking for the final payment for your holiday home.
Marslgarve LDA operates a Breakages insurance scheme for any accidental damages and breakages during your stay with us.
The non-refundable Damage Protection Fee of €10 per guest protects you from being charged for accidental property damage that may occur during your stay with us. Cover is up to the value of €500. All we ask is that you treat our homes with respect and should any accidental damage occur you inform us immediately by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Tab 1 Euro bank details, this is for you to be able to make a bank transfer. This is not automated. Please use the bank details given within your bank account to make the transfer and send a confirmation slip giving the booking reference
Tab 2 Within our website we have a secure payment method for card payments. Please sue this tab if you wish to pay by card.

We set the arrival time at your holiday home to be any time after 1600. This is to allow us time to prepare the holiday home for you. We are extremely flexible in that we will try and prepare the holiday home to coincide with your flight arrival time. But we can not guarantee this will happen. We are also happy to allow you leave baggage at the holiday home whilst the property is being prepared allowing you to get the most out of your holiday.
We ask that you carefully read the holiday home manual we will send you before the start of your holiday, as this contains all the contact information of the Manager who will be meeting you and looking after you during your holiday.
Our Manager will be expecting a telephone call from you on arrival day. The Manager will only attend the property after that phone call in readiness to meet you. We do not have a reception and each guest is met personally. If we have more than one client at once arriving we will let you know and ask that maybe you give us a little time. Maybe pop for a coffee and we can call you when we are ready to meet you. Our Manager will like to spend some time with you explaining how appliances work in the holiday home and let you know about the local area and will be happy to answer any questions you might have.
We set the departure time at 1000. We ask for your departure details or plans once you leave us. This way we can schedule our holiday home preparation for the next guest just like we did for you. If we can offer a later stay during the winter months we will try and accommodate you. In the Summer months due to the high volume of guests we have to strictly adhere to the 1000 departure time at the latest.
Our "All important" Welcome Book
Before the start of your holiday we will send you our online Guest Welcome Book which is packed with everything you need to know about your holiday Home and the local area.
The book gives you all of the meeting arrangements, directions and how to get the keys.
We have tried to give you a real insight and help you to plan your holiday before you even arrive.
Our online Guest book is compatible with smart phones and tablets meaning you can take the guest book with you where ever you go to maximise your holiday experience.
During your holiday if you find places not in the book you would like to recommend to future guests please do let us know and we would love to add them to our book. The idea is to offer a great book that guests find useful.
Hampers and Mid Stay Cleans
Our properties are cleaned to an excellent standard and all items of any previous guest are removed. This includes all cooking items or hygiene products. This is to comply with Rental Licence and Covid rules for Portugal. As a self catering property we value your privacy and as such do not offer any cleaning service during your stay unless you request the extra paid service with us.
To provide the best service for our guests we do provide hand soap and a toilet roll per bathroom. The tap water in all of our properties is fit for human consumption.
We offer a selection of hampers at an extra fee and can be seen and chosen during or after the booking process.
Children and Babies
We can hire a variety of items for your holiday home. Please book any items your require during the booking process.
We have an arrangement with a superb local Bike Hire Company and can arrange for bicycles to be delivered to your holiday home either before your holiday starts or during you holiday. We can also arrange for the bikes to be collected. Please click on the link below choose your bikes and accessories, let us know via e mail and we will get it all booked for you.
We can take the stress out of car hire for you by booking in advance for you. We have chosen a small local Company to supply our hire cars. They will be at the Airport to meet you personally rather than you having to find a shuttle bus to the larger hire car Companies or waiting in huge queues with a horrible and impersonal service.
We can also arrange hire of scooters for you. They can be delivered at your holiday home and collects after your holiday is over.

We use a fantastic local Company, Sunline Transfers. The Company has built a super reliable and excellent Airport transfer service and we are proud to be connected with them.
Please ask for a quote and we will arrange the transfers via our Company login to their site. This means there will be no waiting around at the Airport as the driver will be in Arrivals waiting for you. There will be no trying the explain the location of your holiday home as the driver will already know where to go. The driver will even call our Managers in advance for you so they can be at the holiday home ready to meet you.
