Apartment Perolinha is a simply stunning at 1st floor level with unobstructed sea views.  The place gives you instant feeling of relaxation due to the amazing and tranquil views directly in front of the apartment. 

Entrance

Del Mar Village Resort is a totally enclosed condominium and can only be accessed by keys or codes via solid metal doors that are placed in the walls that surround the Village. 

Once inside the Village, smart paths lead to the entrances for the apartments set over 3 levels. Outside step that are covered can be used to access the upper floor and in the lobby of the ground floor is also a lift. 

Each look houses 3 apartments and provides a smart lobby space with huge windows and locking exterior doors. 

The front door to the apartment is solid with a 5 lever lock and opens into a hallways from which each rooms leads. 

Living Space

As you enter the 1st floor level apartment with unobstructed sea views turn to the left and the space opens up into a lovely open plan living room with huge wall to wall French sliding windows. They are designed to maximise on the amazing and tranquil sea views from the living room and terrace. 

To the right is a kitchen area with a low level breakfast bar dividing the kitchen from the living room.

The living room opens up into a pleasant and open space with a large soft and comfortable ivory colour fabric sofa and huge matching footstool. To one side is a useful coffee side table with shelves underneath for those all important holiday novels.

In front and in the centre of the room is a large glass coffee table and against the other wall is a fitted large flat screen television with a long white sideboard below. This is where you will find the wifi hub and control for the television that offers a selections of European channels to enjoy.

The wonderful sliding  windows open fully and give a wonderful feeling of being able to bring the beautiful Algarve weather in to the living room and add that all important extra space to the room.  Practical features include the wifi hub that offers wifi in all rooms.  The efficient and modern air condition unit set on the wall that offers both fresh cool air for the hot summer months and warm and cosy air for those cooler winter months. Just adding to the adaptability of this wonderful space. The windows offer blinds to help keep the space cool. Set in one corner is a reading lamp too. 

Kitchen

The kitchen in our stunning 1st floor level apartment with unobstructed sea views is square in shape and fitted with smart, modern, white lacquer, chic kitchen units across 2 walls. The living space is divided from the kitchen with a black lacquer breakfast bar/ dining table set up and has 4 tasteful multi coloured chairs around the bar. This feature adds dimension and a touch of style to the room.

The fitted appliances include a full size fridge freezer with the fridge set in the upper part. Fitted microwave and electric oven in contemporary brushed chrome. Set behind cupboard doors to offer sleek lines to the kitchen space you will find practical features to include a dishwasher and washing machine.  The work top is white stone and set into it is a smart black electric ceramic hob with a hidden pull out extractor fan above. The white, black and chrome colourings ooze a sense of modern style along with sleek lines and a clean practical space to prepare and cook using the wonderful fresh produce you can but from the local daily markets in Fuseta and Olhao. 

We have made sure the kitchen is well equipped as you would expect to find any family kitchen.  Wee have also added a kettle, toaster and a capsule coffee machine.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Leading from the hallway and along a corridor the master bedroom faces out to the sea and overlooks the calm and tranquil gardens of Del Mar Village. The master bedroom has access to the long terrace thats runs the length of the 1st floor apartment. 

Set in the centre of the bedroom is a large king size bed set with a fitted white headboard and bedside units with stylish reading lamps and space underneath for a little storage. Fitted wardrobes offer a great space for your holiday clothes and are styled in white the doors almost feel invisible in keeping with the simple lines of this ultra modern apartment. 

An air conditioning unit offers an ambient temperature any time of the year and blinds over the sliding French doors give a nice dark room in the summer months.

As you enter the master bedroom, to the right is a master ensuite bathroom. As an ensuite bathroom this is a nice large room. To the left is a full size bath and overhead rainforest style shower offering a good powerful stream of water. Directly in front of you is a double basin unit with 2 matching white and square basins for his "n" her.  They are set into a stylish vanity unit and overhead are large mirrors. Then to the right is a toilet and bidet. Everything is set in smart, clean white ceramic and the walls are fitted with huge smoked white glass tiles. 

The second bedroom is laid as 2 single beds and a smart dark wood with headboards and matching bedside units. Behind the headboards is a contrasting wall in a dark opulent red adding a touch of sparkle to the room. The bedroom has a large window fitted with an electric shutter that overlooks the quiet street and offers full darkness at night.  Great for a holiday morning lie in. 

Along one wall is hidden fitted wardrobes and that all-important air conditioning unit. At the foot of the beds is a door that leads into an ensuite shower room. The step shower cubicle is huge and offers a rainforest shower to really enjoy.  A smart white sink is set into a vanity site and overhead that all important mirror along with a toilet.

Private Terrace

Along the full length of the front of our 1st floor 2 bedroom apartment is a private terrace with totally unobstructed sea views.  Del Mar Village was designed to offer quiet and tranquil living and this most certainly has been achieved. The terrace has wall to wall sliding doors from both the living room and master bedroom.  The same is unrivalled and just perfect. We have provided an outside dining table and chairs along with 2 sun loungers as not to cramp the space too much. 

Apartment Perolinha's most outstanding feature is the terrace and views, being slightly enclosed you ca use the terrace what ever the weather and really enjoy the ver changing tides and climates.  As the Del Mar Village is set within the protected National Park of the Ria Formosa you can expect and abundance of wildlife and birdlife to view. 

Communal Spaces, Gardens and Swimming Pool. 

Del Mar Village is a closed condominium and only accessed via locked and coded doors. Once in side the Resort the gardens and communal spaces ooze tranquility and calm.

Beneath the resort is a secure, underground car park and our 1 floor level 2 bedroom apartment with unobstructed sea views has its own allocate space.  Along the front entrances of the apartment blocks are neatly paved paths with well kept fore beds and shrubs. At intermittent spaces and between the block is gates that give access to the gardens that are laid to the front of the apartment buildings and very much designed to blend with the surrounding of the Ria Formosa. Mostly laid to lawns the gardens have winding paths with sea side feel rope balustrades thats all lead to the huge infinity swimming pool set in stylish wooden type decking to continue the realising sea theme. 

The swimming pool has both shallow and deep parts along with very easy access via steps. Along the decking is sun loungers and parasols for all to enjoy and sunbathe and relax whilst taking in the amazing a calming views.

Facilities

Our 1st floor level 2 bedroom apartment will beguile you with the amazing scenery it offers. The apartment is modern and well designed with farcical up to date features and appliances.  This space is a perfect holiday able any time of the year and in fact simply amazing in the cooler Winter time when the wildlife and birdlife come to enjoy the ambient temperatures. 

Located just less than a 5 minuet walk form the front and village of Fuseta the location is also perfect and if you don't feel you need to there is simply no need for a car. 

Our lovely 1st floor level apartment comes with its own manual that you can download to your tablet or smart phone. Packed full of information to make the best of your holiday starting from the moment you arrive. It tells you how to collect the keys, who will look after you during your stay and clear concise directions to Apartment Perolinha. Then it is packed full with details of the best restaurants, taxis and local amenities and activities.  

And of course our managers are on hand to make sure you love your holiday more if you need any advice or tips on the local area they will be more than happy to help.

Booking your Holiday

To secure your holiday home with us, we ask for a deposit payment of 20% of the holiday price within 24 hours of the booking. As soon as that payment is made we will send an e mail asking for your full details and travel details.

30 days before your holiday starts we will send you a reminder e mail asking for the final payment for your holiday home.

Damages Protection

Marslgarve LDA operates a Breakages insurance scheme for any accidental damages and breakages during your stay with us.

The non-refundable Damage Protection Fee of €10 per guest protects you from being charged for accidental property damage that may occur during your stay with us. Cover is up to the value of €500. All we ask is that you treat our homes with repsect and should any accidental damage occur you inform us immediately by contacting us at info@marsalgarve.com.

Tab 1 Euro bank details, this is for you to be able to make a bank transfer. This is not automated. Please use the bank details given within your bank account to make the transfer and send a confirmation slip giving the booking reference

Tab 2  Within our website we have a secure payment method for card payments. Please use this tab if you wish to pay by card.

Arrival Day

We set the arrival time at your holiday home to be any time after 1600.  This is to allow us time to prepare the holiday home for you. We are extremely flexible in that we will try and prepare the holiday home to coincide with your flight arrival time. But we can not guarantee this will happen. We are also happy to allow you leave baggage at the holiday home whilst the property is being prepared allowing you to get the most out of your holiday. 

We ask that you carefully read the holiday home manual we will send you before the start of your holiday, as this contains all the contact information of the Manager who will be meeting you and looking after you during your holiday. 

Our Manager will be expecting a telephone call from you on arrival day. The Manager will only attend the property after that phone call in readiness to meet you.  We do not have a reception and each guest is met personally. If we have more than one client at once arriving we will let you know and ask that maybe you give us a little time. Maybe pop for a coffee and we can call you when we are ready to meet you. Our Manager will like to spend some time with you explaining how appliances work in the holiday home and let you know about the local area and will be happy to answer any questions you might have.  

 

Departure Day

We set the departure time at 1000. We ask for your departure details or plans once you leave us. This way we can schedule our holiday home preparation for the next guest just like we did for you. If we can offer a later stay during the winter months we will try and accommodate you.  In the Summer months due to the high volume of guests we have to strictly adhere to the 1000 departure time at the latest.

 

Our "All important" Welcome book

Before the start of your holiday we will send you our online Guest Welcome Book which is packed with everything you need to know about your holiday Home and the local area.

The book gives you all of the meeting arrangements, directions and how to get the keys. 

We have tried to give you a real insight and help you to plan your holiday before you even arrive. 

Our online Guest book is compatible with smart phones and tablets meaning you can take the guest book with you where ever you go to maximise your holiday experience. 

During your holiday if you find places not in the book you would like to recommend to future guests please do let us know and we would love to add them to our book.  The idea is to offer a great book that guests find useful.

 

Equipment Hire, Car Hire and Transfer Information

 

Equipment hire for children and babies

We can hire a variety of items for your holiday home. Please book any items your require during the booking process. 

We offer the following,

Camp beds suitable for children up to 12 years €5 per night

Travel cots and mattress  €5 per night

High chairs €5 per night.

 

Bicycle Hire

We have an arrangement with a superb local Bike Hire Company and can arrange for bicycles to be delivered to your holiday home either before your holiday starts or during you holiday.  We can also arrange for the bikes to be collected. Car Hire

We can take the stress out of car hire for you by booking in advance for you.  We have chosen a small local Company to supply our hire cars. They will be at the Airport to meet you personally rather than you having to find a shuttle bus to the larger hire car Companies or waiting in huge queues with a horrible and impersonal service. 

We can also arrange hire of scooters for you.  They can be delivered at your holiday home and collects after your holiday is over.

Airport Transfers

We use a fantastic local Company, Sunline Transfers. The Company has built a super reliable and excellent Airport transfer service and we are proud to be connected with them. 

Please ask for a quote and we will arrange the transfers via our Company login to their site.  This means there will be no waiting around at the Airport as the driver will be in Arrivals waiting for you. There will be no trying the explain the location of your holiday home as the driver will already know where to go. The driver will even call our Managers in advance for you so they can be at the holiday home ready to meet you.
