Ria Pearl is a simply stunning 2 bedroom Annexe attached to an exceptionally beautiful detached villa renovated in a Moorish style. The villa and 2 bedroom Annexe are surrounded by landscaped and well tended gardens all hidden behind perimeter walls aimed at offering total privacy. The bedrooms both have en suite facilities. Every thought has gone into creating an unusual, stylish and comfortable living space.

 

Entrance

Located in a small Hamlet just a little further West from Fuseta. Accessed from a single track Country Lane, Ria Pearl is set behind huge electric gates that open onto a courtyard and parking area for both the villa and 2 bedroom Annexe. The facility to park right by the door adds to the privacy aspect of this property.

An archway flanked by Moroccan style windows lead you into the beguiling Ria Pearl. To the right of the Archway is enclosed stone steps that lead to the private roof terrace with magnificent views over the protected Ria Formosa natural park with its curious slat flats and abundant birdlife.

 

Living Space

The 2 bedroom Annexe of Ria Pearl opens up from 2 old, large restored wooden doors with original hinges and locks into a spacious and light living area which is very open plan in its feel.

The tiled floor is modern and functional in that it has the added comfort of underfloor heating but the hand made, hand painted tiles picked solely for this project add colour and vibrancy to the room.

A lovely large grey fabric corner sofa snuggles in the right hand corner of the living space and looks out over the private patio just for the use of the Ria Pearl guests. Modern touches have not been forgotten and mounted on the wall is a flat screen Smart television. The 2 bedroom Annexe has excellent WIFI in every room too.

Two sets of massive french windows bring the outside in, making Ria pearl feel even more spacious and open. They both open on to a super and private garden terrace with a table and chairs and sun loungers to enjoy the glorious Algarve sunshine any time of the year.

Centrally located between the french windows is a wood burner set into the outside wall with a large glass door to gain the best of the heat and romantic flames.

To the left of the living space and near to the kitchen area is a glass round table and 4 chairs. This makes for a great place for dining in but still giving the option of lovey views of the private terrace and gardens.

From this side of the 2 bedroom Annexe 2 doors lead to the bedrooms.

 

Kitchen

The kitchen is separated from the living space by a decorative breakfast bar and workspace. Fitted with simple and modern kitchen cupboards the kitchen area is a neat defined and easy space in which to prepare meals.

A ceramic electric hob is set into the work surface and below is an electric oven, integrated into the units is a full size fridge freezer and dishwasher. The drawers and cupboards contain plenty of glasses, crockery and cutlery along with pots, pans and cooking utensils as you would expect to find in any kitchen.

We have thought of everything and provided a microwave, toaster, coffee machine and kettle.

A visits to the daily market in either Fuseta or Olhao give you the chance to enjoy the freshest produce and then cook up a storm in the kitchen. I particularly like Olhao Market on Saturday morning when all the farmers come down form their hills farms and sell their produce on stalls all around the market.

 

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

The first bedroom lies to the left of the living space and on the side of the 2 bedroom Annexe. Large french windows lead out onto the landscaped lawns, totally private for the guests of the 2 bedroom Annexe.

The bed comprises of 2 large and comfortable single beds side by side so they work as either a super king size bed or 2 single beds. They face directly towards the french windows allowing you to watch the morning sunrises from the comfort of your bed!
Along the wall is plenty of wardrobe space hidden beg+hind whitewashed stucco doors continuing that Moorish theme. To the right as you enter the bedroom is a fabulous wooden table and chair. The table is painted with a typical Moroccan pattern adding a touch colour and flamboyance.

A restored wooden door leads to the ensuite bathroom. Beautiful tiles adorn the wall and floor to keep the colour them going throughout. The bathroom offers a large walk in shower, a toilet and a hand made basin set ion top of a vanity unit offering plenty of space fr toiletries and cosmetics.

The floor can be heated giving a warm and comforting glow to the room in winter months. There is a ceiling fan for those warmer evenings too.

The second bedroom faces on to the private terrace and huge french windows give direct access to the terrace. The bedrooms is exceptionally spacious and those beautiful floor tiles have been carried through into the bedroom and offer a touch of opulence to the room.

The beds are single beds adjoining and can also be used as twin beds. They also face straight out of the french windows and on to the private terrace and gardens. A fabulous view to enjoy your morning cup of tea in bed!

The bedroom offers the all important under floor heating and a fan for those warmer evenings. An extra window looks out over the gardens and towards the Ria Formosa and sea.

This room too has the added luxury of an ensuite bathroom. Larger than the first en suite is offers a full size bath with an overhead rainforest shower. A vanity unit has that hand made ceramic sink to add colour and style and a large mirror above. Again shelves provide plenty of space for toiletries and cosmetics. You will find a toilet and also a washing machine in this en suite bathroom.

 

Private Terrace

A lovely space between the 2 bedroom Annexe and main house has been tiled in Traditional terracotta Santa Catarina tiles and offers a perfect space to enjoy the pleasant Algarve weather. A nice bag wooden table and benches adorn the terrace and make for an exceptionally pleasant place to enjoy a glass of local wine maybe some tapas whilst watching the sun go down. There is a view of the simply stunning swimming pool thats is shared with the main house.

The terrace can be accessed via the french windows from the living space and also via the second bedroom. There is also a French window that leads to a bedroom in the main house but this is locked and access can not be gained to the 2 bedroom Annexe in keeping with the privacy expectation of our guests.

 

Communal Spaces, Gardens and Swimming Pool

The swimming pool is huge, salt water and gives the feeling of an infinity effect looking over the Ria Formosa. Easy tiled steps give access to the cool and refreshing water.


From the private terrace you can reach the pool via the gardens and enjoy some peaceful time. There are some sun loungers for your use around the pool. Guests of Ria Pearl have their own private area of the garden and the the pool with the main house. The other side of the pool is gardens dedicated solely to the the main house to offer them the same level of privacy as the guests in Ria Pearl.

The gardens are completely landscaped with well kept lush green lawns, Variety of shrubs and flower beds along with olive trees that provide olives for the owners to make their own olive oil. The gardens ooze calm and tranquility and offer enjoyable places to take in the fantastic views the gardens have to offer.

Ria Pearl and its larger house has been totally designed to offer privacy and tranquility for the occupants. The area is calm and peaceful with little to no traffic and the gardens and views enjoyed form the 2 bedroom Annexe will immediately make you fell relaxed and stress free!

 

Facilities

Ria Pearl is a simply fabulous 2 bedroom Annexe attached a large and detached villa set in its own private grounds. The annexe is separated from the main hose via a bedroom and is totally self sufficient from the main house to make sure the guests in the 2 bedroom Annexe have privacy and peace.

This property is located in the Country side of Fuseta and in turn you will need a car to get about. Olhao is very close by so you will find it is easy for supermarkets, shops, cafes and restaurants. Fuseta and its beaches are also very close by and this small fishing village offers plenty of services too. Here you an paddle board, windsurf or simply lay on the golden sandy beaches. Olhao offers some amazing boats rips around the islands and also maybe hire some bicycle and enjoy the bike train less than 2 minutes from Ria Pearl.

We have thought of every comfort for your stay but also provided an unusual and fantastic property to enjoy.

Packed full of information to make the best of your holiday starting from the moment you arrive. It tells you how to collect the keys, who will look after you during your stay and clear concise directions to Ria Pearl. Then it is packed full with details of the best restaurants, taxis and local amenities and activities.

And of course our managers are on hand to make sure you love your holiday more if you need any advice or tips on the local area they will be more than happy to help.

Booking your Holiday

 

To secure your holiday home with us, we ask for a deposit payment of 20% of the holiday price within 24 hours of the booking. As soon as that payment is made we will send an e mail asking for your full details and travel details.

One month before your holiday starts we will send you a reminder e mail asking for the final payment for your holiday home.

We ask for a damage bond of €200 this is payable on arrival at your holiday home either by cash or provision of credit cards details.

Tab 1 Euro bank details, this is for you to be able to make a bank transfer. This is not automated. Please use the bank details given within your bank account to make the transfer and send a confirmation slip giving the booking reference

Tab 2   Within our website we have a secure payment method for card payments. Please sue this tab if you wish to pay by card.

Tab 3 UK Bank Transfer.   We are able to utilise a UK bank account if preferred. Before payment please ask for a Euro/sterling conversions price. 

Tab 4 If you prefer Paypal we have a direct link for you to be able to use this method of payment.

Arrival Day

We set the arrival time at your holiday home to be any time after 1600.   This is to allow us time to prepare the holiday home for you. We are extremely flexible in that we will try and prepare the holiday home to coincide with your flight arrival time. But we can not guarantee this will happen. We are also happy to allow you leave baggage at the holiday home whilst the property is being prepared allowing you to get the most out of your holiday. 

We ask that you carefully read the holiday home manual we will send you before the start of your holiday, as this contains all the contact information of the Manager who will be meeting you and looking after you during your holiday. 

Our Manager will be expecting a telephone call from you on arrival day. The Manager will only attend the property after that phone call in readiness to meet you.   We do not have a reception and each guest is met personally. If we have more than one client at once arriving we will let you know and ask that maybe you give us a little time. Maybe pop for a coffee and we can call you when we are ready to meet you. Our Manager will like to spend some time with you explaining how appliances work in the holiday home and let you know about the local area and will be happy to answer any questions you might have.  

 

Departure Day

We set the departure time at 1000. We ask for your departure details or plans once you leave us. This way we can schedule our holiday home preparation for the next guest just like we did for you. If we can offer a later stay during the winter months we will try and accommodate you.   In the Summer months due to the high volume of guests we have to strictly adhere to the 1000 departure time at the latest.

 

Our "All important" Welcome book

Before the start of your holiday we will send you our online Guest Welcome Book which is packed with everything you need to know about your holiday Home and the local area.

The book gives you all of the meeting arrangements, directions and how to get the keys. 

We have tried to give you a real insight and help you to plan your holiday before you even arrive. 

Our online Guest book is compatible with smart phones and tablets meaning you can take the guest book with you where ever you go to maximise your holiday experience. 

During your holiday if you find places not in the book you would like to recommend to future guests please do let us know and we would love to add them to our book.   The idea is to offer a great book that guests find useful.

We can hire a variety of items for your holiday home. Please book any items your require during the booking process. Paymnet will be locally in cash please. 

We offer the following,

Camp beds suitable for children up to 12 years €5 per night

Travel cots and mattress (No linen provided, please be sure to bring your own) €5 per night

High chairs €5 per night.

 

Bicycle Hire

We have an arrangement with a superb local Bike Hire Company and can arrange for bicycles to be delivered to your holiday home either before your holiday starts or during you holiday.    We can also arrange for the bikes to be collected. Car Hire

We can take the stress out of car hire for you by booking in advance for you.    We have chosen a small local Company to supply our hire cars. They will be at the Airport to meet you personally rather than you having to find a shuttle bus to the larger hire car Companies or waiting in huge queues with a horrible and impersonal service. 

We can also arrange hire of scooters for you.    They can be delivered at your holiday home and collects after your holiday is over.

Airport Transfers

We have used the same local Company, Big Eye Tours since its inception 3 years ago. Run by a brother and sister team and born and bred in Olhao they have built a super reliable and excellent Airport transfer service and we are proud to be connected with them. 

Please ask for a quote and we will arrange the transfers via our Company login to their site.    This means there will be no waiting around at the Airport as the driver will be in Arrivals waiting for you. There will be no trying the explain the location of your holiday home as the driver will already know where to go. The driver will even call our Managers in advance for you so they can be at the holiday home ready to meet you.
