Apartment Louro is a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment that sleep 4 guests. Located within the small and popular resort of Terracos de Cabanas it makes a great holiday base.
Terracos de Cabanas benefits from either secure underground parking or off road street parking just outside the front door to the buildings. From the quiet street the main entrance door to the block of apartments is operated either by intercom from inside Apartment Louro or with a key. Once in side the area open up into a smart communal lobby. To the left is a staircase to the upper floors and to the right is a lift giving access to the upper floors. There are 3 floors and each level has 3 apartments.
Our 2 bedroom apartment is on the first floor and the apartment front door has a nice strong 5 lever lock. It opens up into a small hallway that in turn gives access to the kitchen on the left. Then the space opens up into the open plan and bright living space.
Our first floor 2 bedroom apartment is a great place to spend your holiday. The living space is modern and functional. We have taken a great deal of time to make it comfortable and enjoyable for you.
As you enter the space to the right is a large light wood dining table and 6 matching dark fabric and light wood chairs. The dining table and chairs are nice and close to the kitchen and right next to the large floor to ceiling French style windows that open up in to an enclosed balcony.
Following on, the space offers a lovely large corner style slate grey fabric sofa and decorated with bright and funky cushions. In the corner is a matching arm chair, making sure plenty of comfortable seating is on offer.
Against the wall and directly opposite the sofa is a large flat screen television set on a modern white lacquer television unit. The unit offers space underneath with shelves for your holiday magazines and reading books. Located her is the wifi unit that provides excellent wifi throughout the 2 bedroom apartment.
In the centre of the arm chair and sofa is a smart rug with a matching white lacquer coffee table.
Another set of french inward opening windows that lead to small space and let that wonderful Algarve sun and ambient climate into the beautiful living space. An air conditioning unit has been installed in the living area that can provide an efficient supply of cool air or warm air in the whole space at any time of the year.
The main family space is decorated in a light fashion and designed for comfort. The walls ceilings are a painted in a smart bright white. The light fittings are beautiful white shades and the floors are warm and welcoming laminate flooring.
The kitchen of our 2 bedroom apartment is located just as you enter Apartment Louro and to the right with large floor to ceiling inward opening windows that let an abundance of light into the room. The room is a galley style and offers fitted bright white modern, smart unit along each wall with a selection of integral appliances.
On the right wall is an inox gas hob with 4 burners and below is
a fitted electric oven. Above is a modern pullout inox extractor
fan to keep those cooking aromas at bay. Next to the oven is a full
size integral dishwasher.
Then is a selection of below the counter cupboards storing cleaning products and waste bins.
The workspace on both sides is shiny black marble making an excellent contrast against the white kitchen units. On the work surface you will find a kettle, toaster and capsule coffee machine for you to enjoy.
Above the workspace is over head cupboards contains a great range of crockery, glasses, mugs and other dining and kitchen utensils.
The the other side of the kitchen is a good section of cupboards containing cookings pots and pans, serving dishes and much more. Drawers are full of cutlery cooking utensils and other items for a full and working kitchen. At the end of the units is a full size fitted fridge freezer and also a washing machine.
The kitchen is modern and well equipped and makes a great space to create superb holiday food. So take the time to enjoy the local daily markets where you can find freshly caught sea food and locally grown and made produce.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Located just from the living space is a small cloakroom with a toilet and basin. Decorated in white and cream walls and tiles making it a clean and functional space.
The master bedroom is situated to the rear of the apartment and offers a dual aspect facility to the room. Large floor to ceiling windows that open inwards overlook trees and gardens to the base of the bed. The other windows, also floor to ceiling look out over the centre of the well maintained and pleasant Cabanas de Tavira Resort. The smart white walls and ceilings with modern fittings and warm laminate flooring follow through into the master bedroom.
The bed is in the centre of the room and is a lovely large and super comfortable kingsize bed with a tasteful dark headboard. Each side of the bed is white lacquer bedside units, they are equipped with a shelf and small drawer each and also on each sits a smart bedside lamp. We have dressed the bed with crisp white freshly laundered sheets and towels, we have also provided beach/pool towels for your use. Large fitted wardrobes offer plenty of space for your holiday clothes. The master bedroom in our 2 bedroom first floor apartment is styled in a turquoise sea them adding a splash of colour to the room.
The master bedroom has the added extra of an en suite bathroom. The en suite bathroom offers a full size bath with an overhead shower protected with a glass screen. You will find a toilet and bidet and a floating white lacquer vanity unit set with a basin in light grey marble. beneath is cupboards to store those all important cosmetics and toiletries.
Decorated in dark azul blue tiles and white walls, with light turquoise floor tiles. This room is very much is keeping with the rest of the ultra modern 2 bedroom apartment.
The twin bedroom in this gorgeous 2 bedroom 1st floor apartment is located to the front of Apartment Louro. It offers 2 large single beds made with crisp white linen, decorated with a seaside blue theme. Between the beds is a white lacquer bedside unit with a shelf and drawers. Seated on the unit is a nice reading light.
To the end of the room is large inward opening french windows perfect to let int that all important light and warmth. Fitted wardrobes provide plenty of storage too.
The shared bathroom offers a huge walk in shower with glass walls. A huge mirror sits above a vanity unit set with a basin in light grey marble and below plenty of storage. The bathroom also has a toilet.
The bathroom is decorated with black tiles and slate grey floors adding a contemporary feel to the bathroom.
Apartment Louro our super 2 bedroom apartment at 1st floor level comes with a lovely balcony situated from the living space and next to the dining table. The terrace can either be totally enclosed with outside shutters or opened up to make for an enjoyable and outside open space.
We have placed a dark wooden dining table and 6 white chairs in this space to give a pleasant and enjoyable place to sit and indulge in some al fresco living any time of the year.
In the master bedroom is also a small terrace over looking the Terracos de Cabanas Complex. This makes a really lovely place to sit and enjoy a morning coffee or a sundowner before stepping out for the evening and enjoying some of the amazing restaurants you will find in cabanas and the local area.
Communal Spaces, Gardens and Swimming Pool
Apartment Louro our super 2 bedroom 1st floor apartment is nestled with in the wonderful Terracos de Cabans Resort right in the heart of Cabanas.
The complex is 2 blocks of apartments and at one end is a large, private and secluded garden area with lawned areas, and beds with shrubs and local plants making a pleasant and relaxing place to enjoy. In the gardens is a large swimming pool set into smart light stone terracing. Here you will find a selection of sun loungers for your use. This area can only be accessed by residents of Terracos de Cabanas with a gate code.
Surrounding the complex is off road parking and below the buildings is a large area of underground of secure private parking .
This gorgeous 2 bedroom apartment is a modern and well maintained holiday home designed to give you a comfortable and modern place to stay with excellent facilities including wifi and air conditioning in each room. Every window has a folding aqua green shutter that is great for keeping the 2 bedroom nice and cool in the summer months whilst you are out at the beach or sightseeing for the day. In the bedrooms they make the rooms lovely and cool and dark at night helping you achieve the best sleep.
Our lovely 2 bedroom apartment comes with its own manual that you can download to your tablet or smart phone. Packed full of information to make the best of your holiday starting from the moment you arrive. It tells you how to collect the keys, who will look after you during your stay and clear concise directions to Apartment Louro. Then it is packed full with details of the best restaurants, taxis and local amenities and activities.

Booking your Holiday
To secure your holiday home with us, we ask for a deposit payment of 20% of the holiday price within 24 hours of the booking. As soon as that payment is made we will send an e mail asking for your full details and travel details.
One month before your holiday starts we will send you a reminder e mail asking for the final payment for your holiday home.
We ask for a damage bond of €200 this is payable on arrival at your holiday home either by cash or provision of credit cards details.
Methods of payment
On the payment page you will find four tabs.
Tab 1 Euro bank details, this is for you to be able to make a bank transfer. This is not automated. Please use the bank details given within your bank account to make the transfer and send a confirmation slip giving the booking reference
Tab 2 Within our website we have a secure payment method for card payments. Please sue this tab if you wish to pay by card.
Tab 3 UK Bank Transfer. We are able to utilise a UK bank account if preferred. Before payment please ask for a Euro/sterling conversions price.
Tab 4 If you prefer Paypal we have a direct link for you to be able to use this method of payment.
What is included in the holiday Price

We set the arrival time at your holiday home to be any time after 1600. This is to allow us time to prepare the holiday home for you. We are extremely flexible in that we will try and prepare the holiday home to coincide with your flight arrival time. But we can not guarantee this will happen. We are also happy to allow you leave baggage at the holiday home whilst the property is being prepared allowing you to get the most out of your holiday.
We ask that you carefully read the holiday home manual we will send you before the start of your holiday, as this contains all the contact information of the Manager who will be meeting you and looking after you during your holiday.
Our Manager will be expecting a telephone call from you on arrival day. The Manager will only attend the property after that phone call in readiness to meet you. We do not have a reception and each guest is met personally. If we have more than one client at once arriving we will let you know and ask that maybe you give us a little time. Maybe pop for a coffee and we can call you when we are ready to meet you. Our Manager will like to spend some time with you explaining how appliances work in the holiday home and let you know about the local area and will be happy to answer any questions you might have.
We set the departure time at 1000. We ask for your departure details or plans once you leave us. This way we can schedule our holiday home preparation for the next guest just like we did for you. If we can offer a later stay during the winter months we will try and accommodate you. In the Summer months due to the high volume of guests we have to strictly adhere to the 1000 departure time at the latest.
Our "All important" Welcome book
Before the start of your holiday we will send you our online Guest Welcome Book which is packed with everything you need to know about your holiday Home and the local area.
The book gives you all of the meeting arrangements, directions and how to get the keys.
We have tried to give you a real insight and help you to plan your holiday before you even arrive.
Our online Guest book is compatible with smart phones and tablets meaning you can take the guest book with you where ever you go to maximise your holiday experience.
During your holiday if you find places not in the book you would like to recommend to future guests please do let us know and we would love to add them to our book. The idea is to offer a great book that guests find useful.
Equipment Hire, Car Hire and Transfer Information
Equipment hire for children and babies
We can hire a variety of items for your holiday home. Please book any items your require during the booking process. Paymnet will be locally in cash please.
We offer the following,
Camp beds suitable for children up to 12 years €5 per night
Travel cots and mattress (No linen provided, please be sure to bring your own) €5 per night
High chairs €5 per night.
We have an arrangement with a superb local Bike Hire Company and can arrange for bicycles to be delivered to your holiday home either before your holiday starts or during you holiday. We can also arrange for the bikes to be collected. Please click on the link below choose your bikes and accessories, let us know via e mail and we will get it all booked for you.
We can take the stress out of car hire for you by booking in advance for you. We have chosen a small local Company to supply our hire cars. They will be at the Airport to meet you personally rather than you having to find a shuttle bus to the larger hire car Companies or waiting in huge queues with a horrible and impersonal service.
We can also arrange hire of scooters for you. They can be delivered at your holiday home and collects after your holiday is over.

We have used the same local Company, Big Eye Tours since its inception 3 years ago. Run by a brother and sister team and born and bred in Olhao they have built a super reliable and excellent Airport transfer service and we are proud to be connected with them.
Please ask for a quote and we will arrange the transfers via our Company login to their site. This means there will be no waiting around at the Airport as the driver will be in Arrivals waiting for you. There will be no trying the explain the location of your holiday home as the driver will already know where to go. The driver will even call our Managers in advance for you so they can be at the holiday home ready to meet you.
