This gorgeous 2 bedroom apartment is at ground floor level and overlooks lawns and gardens. This stunning 2 bedroom ground floor apartment offers exceptionally pleasant holiday living at any time of the year. Designed to be a home from home it is fitted with modern appliance, air conditioning and excellent wifi. Light floor tiles and cream walls give a sense of style and practicality to the 2 bedroom apartment. In turn making it a pleasant easy to live in space.
The front door to Apartment Malva is actually at the back fo the property and accessed from an open hallway with a selection of properties along the way. The are few stairs and lifts to the upper floors and the area overlooks the mountains. The front door is a sold wood door with a 5 lever lock and also has the added bonus of an intercom system. Once the door is opened and you enter our beautiful 2 bedroom apartment it opens up to short hallway with a decorative arch into the open plan living area and a door to the kitchen on the left.
Our 2 bedroom ground floor apartment is very spacious and the open plan living area is light and enjoyable. From the arch way in the hall, the room opens up and on the left is a large light oak dining table and 6 matching chairs just in case you wish to entertain! Behind is a very smart light oak sideboard adding interest, storage and texture to the dining area.
To the front of the room is 2 large, sumptuous slate grey fabric sofas set at right angles so one can enjoy the view to the terrace and gardens and the other faces the large flat screen tv that offers a selection of European channels. Both decorated with bright cushions to add some vibrancy and colour to this 2 bedroom apartment.
Between the sofas is a light oak wood coffee table and at the front of the sofas is a matching larger coffee table giving plenty of space for morning coffee and those holiday reading books.
The large flat screen television is placed on a large tv unit matching the rest of the furniture so a pleasant and stylish theme works throughout the open plan space. The television offers a selection of European channels to cater for as many Nationalities as we can. Within the tv unit is the box for the WIFI offering great speed wifi throughout our 2 bedroom apartment. On the cream walls bright and enjoyable picture add to the elegant furnishings of the living space of our beautiful.
At the front of the living room at Apartment Malva is huge sliding french windows that give access on to a lovely private terrace overlooking gardens. We have placed a table and four chairs on the terrace for you to be able to enjoy some glorious al fresco living in our wonderful Algarve.
The French windows are decorated with vibrant red silk effect curtains that match the lamp shades keeping a theme all through this 2 bedroom apartment. The windows have the added facilities of shutters that really help to keep the room cool and secure during the day when you are out sight seeing or at the beach!
For warmth or cool in our 2 bedroom apartment you will find an exceedingly efficient and modern air conditioning unit in the living room thats will easily wither cool the room in the hot summer months or provide ambient warmth in the cooler winter evenings making our 2 bedroom apartment a great choice all year around.
Just to the left of the main entrance as you enter this 2 bedroom apartment is a door the a huge and full fitted kitchen. Totally styled with rich dark wood fitted kitchen units and glass fronted overhead cupboards, the kitchen is ultra modern and contemporary whist being exceptionally practical.
Set into the black marble work surface you will find a double sink with a chrome mixer tap and a halogen electric hob with 4 rings. Above the hob is a smart chrome extractor hood. Below the marble work top is a selection of cupboards and drawers and even a fitted wine rack. The drawers are filled with plenty of crockery and cooking utensil and the cupboards a crammed full with plates, bowls, serving dishes, pots and pans. Each side of the extractor is smoked glass fronted cupboards with tea mugs, coffee cups and and various styles of glasses.
Integral appliances include and electric oven, full size fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Smaller appliances include a capsule coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
A window at the back of the kitchen looks out on to the mountains that overlook Cabanas giving clm and peasant views to enjoy whilst creating your meals.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
From the living room and on the right side of the apartment a door way leads to the bedrooms and bathrooms. A nice feature as this means the sleeping space can be quiet and private.
To the left and to the front of our 2 bedroom apartment is the master bedroom. A large light oak wood kingsize bed dominates the room. You will find it prepared and very welcoming with lovely fresh white linen and decorated with bright and colourful cushions and a sage green bedspread.
Each side of the bed is bedside tables a great place to rest your holiday book and morning tea. Both have reading lamps for your pleasure.
Against the wall is a light oak wood dressing table and matching chair and on the table is a free standing vanity mirror in match light oak. This makes a really useful and delightful addition to the master bedroom.
A window dressed with pretty floral curtain gives a view on to the gardens and is also fitted with shutters. This is great for a lovely dark and cool room to sleep.
The master bedroom is fitted with another modern air conditioning unit providing that all important comfort any time of the year.
The bedroom is decorated with cream walls and slightly darker wooden flooring giving a more cosy feel to the sleeping areas. Fitted wardrobes with sliding doors provide and abundance of storage space for those holiday clothes and suitcases.
The master bedroom at this 2 bedroom ground floor apartment has the added luxury of an en suite bathroom.
Decorated with coffee and cream wall times and light floor tiles the en suite is smart and functional. It offers a full size bath and overhead shower with a folding glass screen. A toilet, bidet and white ceramic basin set into a chic light wood floating vanity unit with storage for toiletries and cosmetics below and a large mirror above. The bath, bidet and basin are all fitted with smart chrome mixer taps to help provide that optimum water temperature.
To the right and at the rear of our 2 bedroom ground floor apartment is the twin room. Fitted with 2 large single beds With a matching dark fabric headboard, they are too prepared for you with crips white sheets, soft white bath and hand towels and also we provide pool/beach towels for you too. Between the beds is a bedside table and cupboard with a practical reading lamp.
Both beds are decorated with mixed coloured cream and purple cushions and silvers throws to add a touch of style and glitz to the bedroom. Wooden flooring and cream walls give that soft and comfortable feeling to the room and the air conditioning provides all important heat or cool depending on the time of the year your stay with us.
Large french windows with sliding doors give access to a small terrace that looks out to the rear of Apartment Malva and across to the countryside. The windows are decorated with cream and purple styled curtains and also have the bonus of shutters.
Between the bedrooms is a fabulous bathroom again well styled with white and black wall tiles and a light tiled floor. The bathroom is well fitted with a large shower cubicle a white ceramic toilet and a white ceramic basin set into a stylish but functional vanity unit with a large mirror above the basin.
Our pleasant easy living 2 bedroom apartment offers a wonderful private terrace to the front and accessed via the living room. It overlooks gardens with palm trees reminding you that you are on holiday.Views towards the village of O Pomar and Cabanas add interest to the space.
A chrome and glass round table a 4 comfortable chairs have been placed on the terrace making this the perfect spot for morning coffee or some alfresco dining or even a lovely pleasant place to enjoy a glass of wine or your holiday book.
The terrace is totally open to the from but offers a roof and walls each side, in turn making it an optional space to use any time of the year.
From the twin bedroom you are also blessed with a small terrace. This is a perfect spot of watching the beautiful sunsets with a drink before heading out to dinner in one of the huge choice of fabulous places to eat nearby.
Communal Spaces, Gardens and Swimming Pool
Apartment Malva is a 2 bedroomapartment is set within the very popular and well designed O Pomar Holiday Village, a selection of low rise apartments and townhouses surrounding a large town style square with a fountain and palm trees.
You will find plenty of open spaces and gardens to enjoy. At the square is a selection of cafes, shops and restaurants to enjoy. There is even a fitness centre.
Near the square and a few minutes walk from the apartment is a communal swimming pool. This is a lovely large space for all to enjoy and is enclosed with a code entry system. The unusual shaped and well maintained pool offers steps at each end giving really easy access and a place to sit a cool your toes.
Surrounding the pool is a good selection of sun
loungers to choose from and
enjoy. There are also some parasols but also shady areas in which you are able to sit too.
Apartment Malva has its own parking space in a secure underground garage directly below the apartments. There is also plenty of street parking on offer.

Close enough to walk to the sea front and also the train station to be able to explore the rest of the Algarve and beyond. Booking your Holiday
To secure your holiday home with us, we ask for a deposit payment of 20% of the holiday price within 24 hours of the booking. As soon as that payment is made we will send an e mail asking for your full details and travel details.
30 days before your holiday starts we will send you a reminder e mail asking for the final payment for your holiday home.
Marslgarve LDA operates a Breakages insurance scheme for any accidental damages and breakages during your stay with us.
The non-refundable Damage Protection Fee of €10 per guest protects you from being charged for accidental property damage that may occur during your stay with us. Cover is up to the value of €500. All we ask is that you treat our homes with respect and should any accidental damage occur you inform us immediately by contacting us at email@example.com.

We set the arrival time at your holiday home to be any time after 1600. This is to allow us time to prepare the holiday home for you. We are extremely flexible in that we will try and prepare the holiday home to coincide with your flight arrival time. But we can not guarantee this will happen. We are also happy to allow you leave baggage at the holiday home whilst the property is being prepared allowing you to get the most out of your holiday.
We ask that you carefully read the holiday home manual we will send you before the start of your holiday, as this contains all the contact information of the Manager who will be meeting you and looking after you during your holiday.
Our Manager will be expecting a telephone call from you on arrival day. The Manager will only attend the property after that phone call in readiness to meet you. We do not have a reception and each guest is met personally. If we have more than one client at once arriving we will let you know and ask that maybe you give us a little time. Maybe pop for a coffee and we can call you when we are ready to meet you. Our Manager will like to spend some time with you explaining how appliances work in the holiday home and let you know about the local area and will be happy to answer any questions you might have.
We set the departure time at 1000. We ask for your departure details or plans once you leave us. This way we can schedule our holiday home preparation for the next guest just like we did for you. If we can offer a later stay during the winter months we will try and accommodate you. In the Summer months due to the high volume of guests we have to strictly adhere to the 1000 departure time at the latest.
Our "All important" Welcome Book
Before the start of your holiday we will send you our online Guest Welcome Book which is packed with everything you need to know about your holiday Home and the local area.
The book gives you all of the meeting arrangements, directions and how to get the keys.
We have tried to give you a real insight and help you to plan your holiday before you even arrive.
Our online Guest book is compatible with smart phones and tablets meaning you can take the guest book with you where ever you go to maximise your holiday experience.
During your holiday if you find places not in the book you would like to recommend to future guests please do let us know and we would love to add them to our book. The idea is to offer a great book that guests find useful.
Hampers and Mid Stay Cleans
Our properties are cleaned to an excellent standard and all items of any previous guest are removed. This includes all cooking items or hygiene products. This is to comply with Rental Licence and Covid rules for Portugal. As a self catering property we value your privacy and as such do not offer any cleaning service during your stay unless you request the extra paid service with us.
To provide the best service for our guests we do provide hand soap and a toilet roll per bathroom. The tap water in all of our properties is fit for human consumption.
We offer a selection of hampers at an extra fee and can be seen and chosen during or after the booking process.
Children and Babies
We can hire a variety of items for your holiday home. Please book any items your require during the booking process.
We have an arrangement with a superb local Bike Hire Company and can arrange for bicycles to be delivered to your holiday home either before your holiday starts or during you holiday. We can also arrange for the bikes to be collected. Please click on the link below choose your bikes and accessories, let us know via e mail and we will get it all booked for you.
We can take the stress out of car hire for you by booking in advance for you. We have chosen a small local Company to supply our hire cars. They will be at the Airport to meet you personally rather than you having to find a shuttle bus to the larger hire car Companies or waiting in huge queues with a horrible and impersonal service.
We can also arrange hire of scooters for you. They can be delivered at your holiday home and collects after your holiday is over.

We use a fantastic local Company, Sunline Transfers. The Company has built a super reliable and excellent Airport transfer service and we are proud to be connected with them.
Please ask for a quote and we will arrange the transfers via our Company login to their site. This means there will be no waiting around at the Airport as the driver will be in Arrivals waiting for you. There will be no trying the explain the location of your holiday home as the driver will already know where to go. The driver will even call our Managers in advance for you so they can be at the holiday home ready to meet you.
