Description

Our properties are cleaned to an excellent standard and all items of any previous guest are removed. This includes all cooking items or hygiene products. This is to comply with Rental Licence and Covid rules for Portugal. As a self catering property we value your privacy and as such do not offer any cleaning service during your stay unless you request the extra paid service with us. To provide the best service for our guests we do provide hand soap and a toilet roll per bathroom. The tap water in all of our properties is fit for human consumption. We offer a selection of hampers at an extra fee and can be seen and chosen during or after the booking process.
Apartment Cuco is a superb lower level 2 bedroom apartment on the popular O Pomar Holiday Village. It has access to a huge Village swimming pool, gardens and a village square the shops and restaurants. The apartment offers internet and wifi, air conditioning and terraces at both the front and rear of the apartment.

Apartment Cuco is a simply fabulous 2 bedroom apartment located within a very popular complex of low rise apartments and villas. O Pomar offers its own Village square with some shops and cafes. Our low level 2 bedroom apartments is just a short walk from the square and Village swimming exclusive to residents of the complex.

Entrance

The front door to our low level 2 bedroom apartment is actually located at the back of the apartment. Each floor offers 2 apartments and ours being located as the second apartment has the added extra of a private terrace accessed via a small gate to offer privacy and security. 

Upon entering the apartment a short hallway opens up into a bright and spacious living space looking out to a second terrace and gardens. 

Living Space

A hallway with an arch leads to the open plan living and dining space and sets the scene for the decor of this wonderful 2 bedroom apartment.  Light stone tiles off cool, stylish and practical flooring and cream walls match to door to give a bright and smart feel to the space. 

Furnished with gorgeous light oak matching furniture the first feature is a lovely round dining table with 4 matching high backed chairs. The dining table is located nice and close to the separate kitchen so simply perfect. 

Moving towards the front of the 2 bedroom apartment living space is 2 large soft chocolate leather stye sofas with a bright and colourful selection of scatter cushions. One sofa looks out over the private terrace and gardens and the other faces a large flat screen televise set upon a modern glass tv stand.  The television offers a great selection of European channels to enjoy.  There is wifi throughout the apartment so you can also download and watch any favourite tv programmes on your tablet. Two sideboards help add and extra dimension to the apartment along with plenty of space to store your holiday belongings, magazines and that all important holiday novel!

Huge sliding glass doors open up at the front of the apartment onto a super large terrace that overlooks some gardens. The doors have the added bonus of shutters but are also styled with fabulous vibrant red curtains in keeping with the colours and decorations of that wonderful living room.

On a practical level the room offers an air conditioning unit that can be set to cool or heat depending on the time of year you decide to stay with us. 

Kitchen

Apartment Cuco offers a large and well equipped kitchen separate to the living and dining room.  Located just as you enter our low level 2 bedroom apartment to the right of the front door.  Fr those who enjoy cooking this kitchen will not disappoint. It has been designed as a family kitchen and has plenty of storage in fitted kitchen units. You will find them to be exceptionally well stocked for a holiday home. The appliances are fitted and include and eye level oven and microwave above, a fitted fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. A fitted wine rack is a great touch too and the black speckled marble work surface and chrome fittings ad that touch of luxury to the space.  Set into the worktop is a ceramic hob and over head a chrome extractor unit.

We have thought of the small but important details too. We have added a capsule coffee machine, kettle and toaster. We also provide a few dishwasher tablets, washing powder and washing up liquid to set you on you way to enjoy a great stay with us. 

Bedroom and Bathrooms

To the left of the living room a doorway leads to a small vestibule from which the bedrooms and shared bathroom lead. Each bedroom offers warmer, cosy laminate flooring, an air conditioning unit each that can be set to cool or heat and an abundance of fitted wardrobe space so you will be able to bring plenty of holiday outfits with you. 

Heading to the master bedroom that sits to the front of this 2 bedroom low level apartment and looks out over the gardens you will find twin beds thats can be pushed together and pulled apart with stylish chocolate leather style headboards. The furniture matches the rest of the apartment and consists of a dressing table and bedside cupboards each with a matching lamp. The curing are in a gentle lie and sage green and add a touch of style and vibrancy to the bedroom. French windows with shutters look out to the garden and the shutters offer a super fabulous dark room at night, fantastic for those holiday lie ins. 

A door lead from the master bedroom to a super smart en suite bathroom with stone colour floor tiles and white and black wall tiles. A fitted vanity unit matches with the rest of the fittings in the 2 bedroom low level apartment and ooze style and luxury. A large glass shower cubicle and toilet are fitted in the ensuite. 

Moving along to the second bedroom, this is located to the back of our 2 bedroom low level apartment and has direct access the the private terrace mentioned earlier. Beautiful light oak single beds dominate the bedroom and offer a superb sleeping experience. A light ok sideboard offers a place for cosmetics and the room is styled with soft chocolate and orange colourings. A bedside cupboard site between the two beds and a lamp for reading is set on the unit. The French doors have shutters but to add charm and colour to the room they are surrounded with flowing curtains. 

The family bathroom offers the practical floor and wall tiles and keeping with the ensure bathroom but offers a fantastic full size bath and over head shower. A wonderful large fitted vanity unit with a cream marble top gives plenty of storage space and overhead is a huge mirror.  The bathroom also offers a toilet and bidet.

Private Terraces

Apartment Cuco, our wonderful 2 bedroom low level apartment has the added bonus of two outside and private spaces to enjoy. At the front of the apartment and leading form the living room is a terrace that over looks gardens and a beautiful palm tree. On this terrace we have added an outside dining table and 4 chairs along with a couple of sun lounger style chairs so you can really enjoy some al fresco dining any time of the day. This terrace benefits for mining and day time sunshine. It makes for a great place to relax and enjoy some tranquil holiday time. 

At the back of the 2 bedroom low level apartment and either accessed from the front door or French windows in the second bedroom is another private terrace. Overlooking gardens and another stunning palm tree we have chosen to add a comfortable rattan L shape outside sofa and coffee table.  Again another great space to relax and enjoy the Algarve sunshine. 

Communal Spaces, Gardens and Swimming Pool

Apartment Cuco, our stunning 2 bedroom low level apartment is located within the popular O Pomar Holiday Village in Cabanas. O Pomar is a complex of low level blocks of apartments and villas built to an exceptional standard and well kept and maintained with bright colours and a pleasant aspect.  O Pomar has its own village square surrounded by palm trees and a central fountain.  Each side is landscaped with gardens and shrubs making it a relaxing and enjoyable place. Around the square is a variety of places to enjoy including bars, restaurants, local shop, gym and other great spaces. 

The swimming pool is fenced making it a pleasant and safe place to enjoy.  Surrounding the house pool is a selection of sun loungers for your use.  The pool is divided into two sections and offers plenty of bathing space for all with deeper and shallow areas, great for the whole family.  The entire Holiday Village of O Pomar has been especially designed to provide open spaces and gardens to ensure a relaxing and easy atmosphere.  The Village is set with in the heart of Cabanas de Tavira and is a short, flat 15 minute walk to the popular sea front and promenade with a fantastic choice of restaurants, cafes, shops and more. From here, there is easy access to the lagoon beach or by water taxi to the ocean beach.  Boat tours, water sports and other great activities can also be easily found on the promenade. 

Our low level 2 bedroom apartment also benefits from a parking space within the secure underground garage at the complex.

This superb 2 bedroom low level apartment is in a fabulous location for a great holiday. Close enough to walk to the sea front and also the train station to be able to explore the rest of the Algarve and beyond. The facilities of this apartment are fantastic and include efficient WIFI, air conditioning, 2 terraces offering great outside space. You have access to a huge double swimming pool, a village square with a gym, shops and cafes. A garage parking space and comfortable living.

    Booking your Holiday

    To secure your holiday home with us, we ask for a deposit payment of 20% of the holiday price within 24 hours of the booking. As soon as that payment is made we will send an e mail asking for your full details and travel details.

    30 days before your holiday starts we will send you a reminder e mail asking for the final payment for your holiday home.

     

    Damages Protection

    Marslgarve LDA operates a Breakages insurance scheme for any accidental damages and breakages during your stay with us.

    The non-refundable Damage Protection Fee of €10 per guest protects you from being charged for accidental property damage that may occur during your stay with us. Cover is up to the value of €500. All we ask is that you treat our homes with respect and should any accidental damage occur you inform us immediately by contacting us at info@marsalgarve.com.

    Methods of Payment

    On the payment page you will find two tabs.

    Tab 1 Euro bank details, this is for you to be able to make a bank transfer. This is not automated. Please use the bank details given within your bank account to make the transfer and send a confirmation slip giving the booking reference

    Tab 2  Within our website we have a secure payment method for card payments. Please sue this tab if you wish to pay by card.

    Arrival Day

    We set the arrival time at your holiday home to be any time after 1600.  This is to allow us time to prepare the holiday home for you. We are extremely flexible in that we will try and prepare the holiday home to coincide with your flight arrival time. But we can not guarantee this will happen. We are also happy to allow you leave baggage at the holiday home whilst the property is being prepared allowing you to get the most out of your holiday. 

    We ask that you carefully read the holiday home manual we will send you before the start of your holiday, as this contains all the contact information of the Manager who will be meeting you and looking after you during your holiday. 

    Our Manager will be expecting a telephone call from you on arrival day. The Manager will only attend the property after that phone call in readiness to meet you.  We do not have a reception and each guest is met personally. If we have more than one client at once arriving we will let you know and ask that maybe you give us a little time. Maybe pop for a coffee and we can call you when we are ready to meet you. Our Manager will like to spend some time with you explaining how appliances work in the holiday home and let you know about the local area and will be happy to answer any questions you might have.  

     

    Departure Day

    We set the departure time at 1000. We ask for your departure details or plans once you leave us. This way we can schedule our holiday home preparation for the next guest just like we did for you. If we can offer a later stay during the winter months we will try and accommodate you.  In the Summer months due to the high volume of guests we have to strictly adhere to the 1000 departure time at the latest.

     

    Our "All important" Welcome Book

    Before the start of your holiday we will send you our online Guest Welcome Book which is packed with everything you need to know about your holiday Home and the local area.

    The book gives you all of the meeting arrangements, directions and how to get the keys. 

    We have tried to give you a real insight and help you to plan your holiday before you even arrive. 

    Our online Guest book is compatible with smart phones and tablets meaning you can take the guest book with you where ever you go to maximise your holiday experience. 

    During your holiday if you find places not in the book you would like to recommend to future guests please do let us know and we would love to add them to our book.  The idea is to offer a great book that guests find useful.

      

    Hampers and Mid Stay Cleans

    We have an arrangement with a superb local Bike Hire Company and can arrange for bicycles to be delivered to your holiday home either before your holiday starts or during you holiday.  We can also arrange for the bikes to be collected.     Car Hire

    We can take the stress out of car hire for you by booking in advance for you.  We have chosen a small local Company to supply our hire cars. They will be at the Airport to meet you personally rather than you having to find a shuttle bus to the larger hire car Companies or waiting in huge queues with a horrible and impersonal service. 

    We can also arrange hire of scooters for you.  They can be delivered at your holiday home and collects after your holiday is over.

    Airport Transfers

    We use a fantastic local Company, Sunline Transfers. The Company has built a super reliable and excellent Airport transfer service and we are proud to be connected with them. 

    Please ask for a quote and we will arrange the transfers via our Company login to their site.  This means there will be no waiting around at the Airport as the driver will be in Arrivals waiting for you. There will be no trying the explain the location of your holiday home as the driver will already know where to go. The driver will even call our Managers in advance for you so they can be at the holiday home ready to meet you.
