Apartment Casca is a beautifully furnished 2 bedroom penthouse apartment with a private roof terrace. Situated within a quiet complex with easy walking distance to the seafront and beaches in Cabanas.
Our splendid 2 bedroom penthouse apartment is located at Cabanas Golf Resort in Cabanas de Tavira. The building house apartments of no more than 2 levels with 4 apartments on each floor. The main entrance to the apartment block is from a quiet street with off road parking. A glass door gives access to a large and light lobby with either lifts or stairs to the upper floors. The main entrance door and apartment door can both be operated with a picture intercom system.
From the front door of Apartment Casca the living space opens up into a lovely bright and spacious room. Directly in front is smart white lacquer dining table and 4 white leather effect and chrome dining chairs to match. Situated nice and close to the kitchen the dining table sits to the back of the apartment and is placed in a great spot. Overhead is smart modern ceiling lamps to keep in the modern them of the dining space.
The living space in the beautiful 2 bedroom penthouse apartment is decorated with cream walls and modern light tile floors. giving a really modern and easy place to stay for your holidays.
Further into the room and near the huge french sliding windows towards the from of the 2 bedroom penthouse apartment is a lovely large dark purple fabric sofa. In front and to the centre of the room is a large light wood coffee table sitting on a matching purple coloured rug. Against the wall is a smart matching light wood and white televisions unit with shelves below. We have placed a large flat screen television here with a selection of European tv channels on demand to suit all tastes.
The living room also offers a large and modern white lacquer set of free standing shelves decorated with some ornaments but leaving space for your holiday magazines and books. Pictures n the walls keep with a modern and seaside them reminding you that you are in a great spot for the beach and holiday trips.
Along the front of Apartments Casca's living space is large floor to ceiling sliding french windows that give access to a splendid large terrace where you can sit and enjoy both the morning and late evening sun. The windows are fitted with shutters, a great feature to keep the room nice and cool during the day when you are out enjoying the beaches or sightseeing. An air conditioning unit offers cool fresh air in the summer but is also programmed to provide warm air in the cooler winter months.
As you enter this 2 bedroom penthouse apartment the kitchen is situated to the left of the front door and is in a galley style. It is fully fitted and extremely well equipped for your holiday living.
Along one wall you will find modern light wood and white fitted cupboards both below and above the light grey speckled marble kitchen work surface. The cupboards and drawers are filled with pots and pans, serving and cooking dishes, plenty of cooking items and utensils and much more. We have supplied plenty of plates, bowls, coffee cups, mugs and a huge variety of glasses and cutlery too.
There is a fill size fridge freezer, integral dishwasher, a inox gas hob wit 4 burner and an inox extractor above and electric fitted oven below. On the surface is a capsule coffee machine. microwave, kettle and toaster. We provide a little washing powder and some dishwasher tablets along with some washing and had soap to get you started on your holiday.
To the front of the kitchen is a door that leads to an open but private area. The washing machine can be found here along with some cleaning utensils, and clothes dryer.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
From the living space is an arch that leads to the bedrooms and bathrooms. At the far end of the 2 bedroom penthouse apartment is the master bedroom, you will find this to be a huge light and pleasant room with access to a private terrace that in turn leads to the roof terrace.
The master bedroom offers a large kingsize bed with a light wood and white fitted headboard and integral lighting. Each side is matching light wood and white bedside sets of drawers with matching modern bedside lamps. A white lacquer set of drawers offers that little extra space for holiday clothes and cosmetics and large fitted wardrobes with sliding doors keeps the modern and functional feel to apartment Casca whilst offering plenty of space to store your holiday belongings.
The light and modern room has been decorated with pleasant features and pictures and the cream walls and light tile floors give an inviting feel to the room.
Sliding french windows lead on to a private terrace and here is the spiral staircase to find your way to the roof terrace and its amazing views. The french windows are equipped with shutters that can keep the room nice and cool during the summer days and but cool and dark at night for you to get a wonderful nights sleep.
A door from the master bedroom leads to the ensuite bathroom. The modern room is tiles with hazelnut brown mosaic tiles and offers a full size bath and overhead shower, along with a toilet and bidet. The basin is set into a vanity unit with plenty of storage space in the cupboard below for your toiletries and cosmetics. The fittings are all chrome and over the basin is a super large mirror for you.
The twin bedroom in a fantastic 2 bedroom penthouse apartment is again large and spacious. Two large single beds dominate the room and between them is a beside unit with lamps for you to enjoy a little before sleep reading. A large windows with those all important shutters looks out onto a flower bed. Fitted with integral wardrobes this room also offers plenty of storage for you holiday belongings.
The bathroom is just across the hall and offers a full size bath and again an over head shower, a toilet, bidet and basin. Staying with hazelnut brown light tiles an slightly darker mosaic tiles the room offers a warm sensation.
A vanity cupboard offers storage and above the vanity and basin is again a lovely large mirror. Both bathrooms have been supplied with a toilet roll each to get you started on your self catering holiday.
Apartment Casca is a beautiful 2 bedroom penthouse apartments with a variety of outdoor terraces to enjoy including a huge and private roof terrace.
From the living room and accessed via super large sliding french Windows this terrace offers a place to sit and enjoy both early morning and let evening sun. A perfect place to contemplate the day over a morning coffee or enjoy drinks on the terrace watch in the sun go down.
The master bedroom has the facility of another terrace that again takes in the same views as the living room terrace being situated to the front of the 2 bedroom penthouse apartment. But here you will find a white painted iron spiral staircase leading to the huge roof terrace. Nestled in the roof tops of the Cabanas Golf Resort building the terrace offers amazing views across to the sea and the mountains behind. A structure adds interest to the space and we have provided a BBQ and some tables and chairs so you can enjoy some al fresco dining by cooking on the bbq maybe some freshly caught fish or some local meat and vegetables?
Some sun loungers give you a lovely quiet place to enjoy the warm Algarve sun whilst relaxing and maybe listening to some music or reading that holiday novel.
Communal Spaces, Gardens and Swimming Pool
To enjoy the swimming pool and private gardens residents have a code to use to gain access to this area. beautiful gardens have been laid to lawn and tall palm tress sway in the warm algarve breeze giving you that real holiday feeling.
The swimming pool is fenced and set on slightly raised terraces built with traditional Santa Catarina tiles, indigenous to the Algarve. To one end of the pool is easy access steps gently lowering into the cool crystal blue water. Maybe you are happy to just dip your toes and enjoy relaxing to the side of the pool or sitting on the steps or you fancy a swim up and down the poll to burn some holiday energy. Either is easily achievable with this pool.
Outside the apartment blocks is plenty off road parking for your car if you need.
Apartment Casca by MarsAlgarve is stunning 2 bedroom penthouse apartment at the popular complex of Cabanas Golf. It has a wonderful roof terrace to enjoy with sun loungers and bbq facilities. The location of the 2 bedroom penthouse apartment is great as it is within walking distance of the very popular golf course, Benamor. In turn making Casca a super apartment to rent any time of the year as in winter you can enjoy walking, cycling and maybe a spot fo golf? Whereas in the summer its close to the beach and village centre and close to the trains station and plenty of pubs, bars cafes and restaurants to enjoy.
Each room enjoys and modern air conditioning unit again great for any time of the year as in the hot summer months they provide lovely fresh cool air, but in the winter they can be sued to provide warming cosy heat on the slightly cooler winter evenings. The whole apartment has great WIFI too.

Booking your Holiday
To secure your holiday home with us, we ask for a deposit payment of 20% of the holiday price within 24 hours of the booking. As soon as that payment is made we will send an e mail asking for your full details and travel details.
30 days before your holiday starts we will send you a reminder e mail asking for the final payment for your holiday home.
Marslgarve LDA operates a Breakages insurance scheme for any accidental damages and breakages during your stay with us.
The non-refundable Damage Protection Fee of €10 per guest protects you from being charged for accidental property damage that may occur during your stay with us. Cover is up to the value of €500. All we ask is that you treat our homes with respect and should any accidental damage occur you inform us immediately by contacting us at email@example.com.

Tab 1 Euro bank details, this is for you to be able to make a bank transfer. This is not automated. Please use the bank details given within your bank account to make the transfer and send a confirmation slip giving the booking reference
Tab 2 Within our website we have a secure payment method for card payments. Please sue this tab if you wish to pay by card.

We set the arrival time at your holiday home to be any time after 1600. This is to allow us time to prepare the holiday home for you. We are extremely flexible in that we will try and prepare the holiday home to coincide with your flight arrival time. But we can not guarantee this will happen. We are also happy to allow you leave baggage at the holiday home whilst the property is being prepared allowing you to get the most out of your holiday.
We ask that you carefully read the holiday home manual we will send you before the start of your holiday, as this contains all the contact information of the Manager who will be meeting you and looking after you during your holiday.
Our Manager will be expecting a telephone call from you on arrival day. The Manager will only attend the property after that phone call in readiness to meet you. We do not have a reception and each guest is met personally. If we have more than one client at once arriving we will let you know and ask that maybe you give us a little time. Maybe pop for a coffee and we can call you when we are ready to meet you. Our Manager will like to spend some time with you explaining how appliances work in the holiday home and let you know about the local area and will be happy to answer any questions you might have.
We set the departure time at 1000. We ask for your departure details or plans once you leave us. This way we can schedule our holiday home preparation for the next guest just like we did for you. If we can offer a later stay during the winter months we will try and accommodate you. In the Summer months due to the high volume of guests we have to strictly adhere to the 1000 departure time at the latest.
Our "All important" Welcome Book
Before the start of your holiday we will send you our online Guest Welcome Book which is packed with everything you need to know about your holiday Home and the local area.
The book gives you all of the meeting arrangements, directions and how to get the keys.
We have tried to give you a real insight and help you to plan your holiday before you even arrive.
Our online Guest book is compatible with smart phones and tablets meaning you can take the guest book with you where ever you go to maximise your holiday experience.
During your holiday if you find places not in the book you would like to recommend to future guests please do let us know and we would love to add them to our book. The idea is to offer a great book that guests find useful.
Hampers and Mid Stay Cleans
Our properties are cleaned to an excellent standard and all items of any previous guest are removed. This includes all cooking items or hygiene products. This is to comply with Rental Licence and Covid rules for Portugal. As a self catering property we value your privacy and as such do not offer any cleaning service during your stay unless you request the extra paid service with us.
To provide the best service for our guests we do provide hand soap and a toilet roll per bathroom. The tap water in all of our properties is fit for human consumption.
We offer a selection of hampers at an extra fee and can be seen and chosen during or after the booking process.
Children and Babies
We can hire a variety of items for your holiday home. Please book any items your require during the booking process.
We have an arrangement with a superb local Bike Hire Company and can arrange for bicycles to be delivered to your holiday home either before your holiday starts or during you holiday. We can also arrange for the bikes to be collected. Please click on the link below choose your bikes and accessories, let us know via e mail and we will get it all booked for you.
We can take the stress out of car hire for you by booking in advance for you. We have chosen a small local Company to supply our hire cars. They will be at the Airport to meet you personally rather than you having to find a shuttle bus to the larger hire car Companies or waiting in huge queues with a horrible and impersonal service.
We can also arrange hire of scooters for you. They can be delivered at your holiday home and collects after your holiday is over.

We use a fantastic local Company, Sunline Transfers. The Company has built a super reliable and excellent Airport transfer service and we are proud to be connected with them.
Please ask for a quote and we will arrange the transfers via our Company login to their site. This means there will be no waiting around at the Airport as the driver will be in Arrivals waiting for you. There will be no trying the explain the location of your holiday home as the driver will already know where to go. The driver will even call our Managers in advance for you so they can be at the holiday home ready to meet you.
