Description

Our properties are cleaned to an excellent standard and all items of any previous guest are removed. This includes all cooking items or hygiene products. This is to comply with Rental Licence and Covid rules for Portugal. As a self catering property we value your privacy and as such do not offer any cleaning service during your stay unless you request the extra paid service with us. To provide the best service for our guests we do provide hand soap and a toilet roll per bathroom. The tap water in all of our properties is fit for human consumption. We offer a selection of hampers at an extra fee and can be seen and chosen during or after the booking process.
Apartment Palmeira is a superb 1 bedroom apartment at ground floor level on the smart and modern holiday complex of Cabanas Gardens. The apartment has direct access to the terraces, gardens and swimming pool. Facilities include air conditioning, patio furniture and excellent wifi.

Apartment Palmeira is a beautifully and recently furnished 1 bedroom apartment at ground floor level overlooking the swimming pool on the very popular Cabanas Gardens Holiday Complex. It is a great apartment for a couple or small family and the location within Cabanas Gardens is simply perfect.

Entrance

The main entrance to this super ground floor 1 bedroom apartment is from the open air car park to the rear of the building.  The communal entrance gives access to the apartments in the building on various floors via stairs or lifts.  This entrance can be accessed using a key or the intercom system within the 1 bedroom apartment.  

There is also another entrance to the front of the building and within the security of the complex. This also gives access to the apartments on various floors. 

French windows from our 1 bedroom ground floor apartment can also be used to give direct access to the swimming pool and gardens.

Living Space

Apartment Palmeira is a 1 bedroom ground floor apartment offering spacious light and open plan living. As you enter the apartment from the private front door to the right is the bathroom and to the left the apartment opens up into spacious open plan living with the kitchen being directly to the left of the front door. 

Light grey floor tiles and white walls give a clean and smart feel to the room. Situates right next to the fitted kitchen is a large light wood dining table surrounded by 4 white and light wood dining chairs. All placed in the east position to be nice and close to the working kitchen area. 

In keeping with the stye and colouring of the dining table and against one wall is a large television unit with a shelf below. Placed on the unit is a large flat screen smart television that offers a selection of European channels to suit out tastes. 

Opposite the television and in the centre of the living space is a large matching coffee table paced in front of a large and soft brown fabric sofa set back into an alcove of the room with a blue painted wall. The splash of colour adds an extra and welcome dimension to the space and remind you with the colours how close you are to the sea. 

Nautical themes have been add to the living space making it an enjoyable and pleasant experience in the 1 bedroom ground floor apartment. 

Lovely large inward opening french windows allow the outside in by opening up onto a private terrace that overlooks the swimming pool. Blue and white curtains surround the windows to give texture and colour to the area. Shutters offer security and coolness inside the apartment especially int the hot balmy summer days. 

Kitchen

Our super 1 bedroom ground floor apartment offers a superb kitchen thats is exceptionally well equipped for a holiday home. Fitted light wood and white kitchen units including drawers lower level and higher level cupboard are designed along the wall of the living space. 

Inside the kitchen cupboards and drawers you will find an amazing selection of cups, mugs, glasses, crockery and cutlery.  We have also provided a great selection of pots and cooking pans, serving dishes and cooking utensils. 

The kitchen in this 1 bedroom ground floor apartment has a full size fridge freezer, fitted washing machine and dishwasher, an electric 4 ring hob and fitted oven with a chrome extractor overhead.  Smart light marble work surfaces provide plenty of works space and here you will also find a kettle, toaster, and coffee machine along with a microwave. 

You will find the space to be very modern and functional and a great place to create some wonderful holiday meals. Cabans has a daily fish a fresh produce market with fish caught fresh that morning by the local flotilla of fishing boats in the area. 

Bedroom and Bathroom

By the kitchen is a door leading to the bedroom of our 1 bedroom ground floor apartment. A lovely spacious room dominated by a large super kings size bed with a beautiful solid wood head board. To match the bed is bedside cupboards each side and lamps for light reading or to enjoy the space. 

At the foot of the bed is a matching sideboard dressing table with a drawer below to store cosmetics.  A modern white chair with light wood legs is placed in the corners to add an extra facility to the bedroom. A large wood framed mirror sits above the sideboard and pictures and ornaments adorn the walls. 

The super kings size bed in made up with freshly laundered crips white linen and given a splash of colour with dark royal blue throws and bright patterned cushions. 

This room also has the lovely feature of inward opening fresh windows leading to the rialto terrace that overlooks the pool and Gardens of Cabanas Gardens complex. But and white flowing curtains give decoration to the windows and shutters offer the utility of security, dark and cool. 

Above the end is a modern air conditioning unit that can offer wonderful cool breeze in the hot summer months and warm cosy air in the cooler winter months. 

The bathroom is a modern room with a white suite to include a full size bath and overhead shower, chic square ceramic sink set into a marble topped vanity unit with plenty of storage below. here you will find a shaving point and hair dryer. Then we have a toilet and bidet. The walls are a mix of modern and stylish light and slightly darker brown large tiles making the space plane and pleasant. 

Private Terrace

From both the living space and bedroom of our 1 bedroom ground floor apartment access is gained to a private terrace that runs the length of the apartment. The orange colouring of the building contract beautiful with the sharp white shutters and the space offers sun loungers and a dining table and chairs to fully enjoy the terrace space. 

Running in front of the terrace is a path that gives access to other ground floor apartments at the complex and leads t a small set of steps down the the communal gardens, terraces with sun loungers and swimming pool. 

As the building of Apartment Palmeira is set slightly higher than the pool and gardens the terrace gives a fabulous view over the whole of the complex and enjoys sunshine all day long. 

Communal Spaces, Gardens and Swimming Pool

Apartment Palmeira is a simply fabulous 1 bedroom ground floor apartment set within the popular and well designed complex of Cabanas Gardens. the apartment overlooks the large communal swimming pool set in dark wood stylish decking and also with a smaller children addling pool. The main pool offers 2 sets of steps to gain entry to the water and offers s shallow and deep end to suit all swimming styles. 

A good selection os sun loungers surround the pool and are dotted around the gardens to take advantage of both he sunshine and shade of the huge and gorgeous date palm trees thats make the gardens a wonderful and enjoyable area any time of the year. 

The rest of the gardens is laid to grass and open air tiles adding a touch of style and vary elements to the area. The pool and gardens are surrounded by 3 different building with apartments and high fences with gates for access for residents only with key codes to keep the complex private and secure. 

Under the buildings is a large underground car park foley for the use of residents and Apartment Palmeira has a parking space that can be used by guests. 

Facilities

This wonderful 1 bedroom ground floor apartment comes with all the modern facilities you could need. Each room offers efficient air conditioning units that supply coolness in the summer and warmth in the winter. This makes Apartment Palmeira a fabulous choice for your holidayer longer term winter let. WIFI is fitted and works well in each room as well as the terrace. Cabanas Gardens is in a great location in the heart of Cabans de Tavira and is less than a 5 minute walk to the boats for the beaches, restaurants, cafes, shops and amenities. Locally is plenty of taxis and also a bus top and around a 15 minute walk to the train station.

    Booking your Holiday

    To secure your holiday home with us, we ask for a deposit payment of 20% of the holiday price within 24 hours of the booking. As soon as that payment is made we will send an e mail asking for your full details and travel details.

    30 days before your holiday starts we will send you a reminder e mail asking for the final payment for your holiday home.

     

    Damages Protection

    Marslgarve LDA operates a Breakages insurance scheme for any accidental damages and breakages during your stay with us.

    The non-refundable Damage Protection Fee of €10 per guest protects you from being charged for accidental property damage that may occur during your stay with us. Cover is up to the value of €500. All we ask is that you treat our homes with respect and should any accidental damage occur you inform us immediately by contacting us at info@marsalgarve.com.

    Tab 1 Euro bank details, this is for you to be able to make a bank transfer. This is not automated. Please use the bank details given within your bank account to make the transfer and send a confirmation slip giving the booking reference

    Tab 2  Within our website we have a secure payment method for card payments. Please sue this tab if you wish to pay by card.

    Arrival Day

    We set the arrival time at your holiday home to be any time after 1600.  This is to allow us time to prepare the holiday home for you. We are extremely flexible in that we will try and prepare the holiday home to coincide with your flight arrival time. But we can not guarantee this will happen. We are also happy to allow you leave baggage at the holiday home whilst the property is being prepared allowing you to get the most out of your holiday. 

    We ask that you carefully read the holiday home manual we will send you before the start of your holiday, as this contains all the contact information of the Manager who will be meeting you and looking after you during your holiday. 

    Our Manager will be expecting a telephone call from you on arrival day. The Manager will only attend the property after that phone call in readiness to meet you.  We do not have a reception and each guest is met personally. If we have more than one client at once arriving we will let you know and ask that maybe you give us a little time. Maybe pop for a coffee and we can call you when we are ready to meet you. Our Manager will like to spend some time with you explaining how appliances work in the holiday home and let you know about the local area and will be happy to answer any questions you might have.  

     

    Departure Day

    We set the departure time at 1000. We ask for your departure details or plans once you leave us. This way we can schedule our holiday home preparation for the next guest just like we did for you. If we can offer a later stay during the winter months we will try and accommodate you.  In the Summer months due to the high volume of guests we have to strictly adhere to the 1000 departure time at the latest.

     

    Our "All important" Welcome Book

    Before the start of your holiday we will send you our online Guest Welcome Book which is packed with everything you need to know about your holiday Home and the local area.

    The book gives you all of the meeting arrangements, directions and how to get the keys. 

    We have tried to give you a real insight and help you to plan your holiday before you even arrive. 

    Our online Guest book is compatible with smart phones and tablets meaning you can take the guest book with you where ever you go to maximise your holiday experience. 

    During your holiday if you find places not in the book you would like to recommend to future guests please do let us know and we would love to add them to our book.  The idea is to offer a great book that guests find useful.

      

    Hampers and Mid Stay Cleans

    Car Hire

    We can take the stress out of car hire for you by booking in advance for you.  We have chosen a small local Company to supply our hire cars. They will be at the Airport to meet you personally rather than you having to find a shuttle bus to the larger hire car Companies or waiting in huge queues with a horrible and impersonal service. 

    We can also arrange hire of scooters for you.  They can be delivered at your holiday home and collects after your holiday is over.

    Airport Transfers

    We use a fantastic local Company, Sunline Transfers. The Company has built a super reliable and excellent Airport transfer service and we are proud to be connected with them. 

    Please ask for a quote and we will arrange the transfers via our Company login to their site.  This means there will be no waiting around at the Airport as the driver will be in Arrivals waiting for you. There will be no trying the explain the location of your holiday home as the driver will already know where to go. The driver will even call our Managers in advance for you so they can be at the holiday home ready to meet you.
