This comfortable one bedroom apartment is furnished to a very high standard making it the perfect place for anyone wanting to enjoy a peaceful, relaxing holiday. It is ideally located for walking / cycling the Ecovia cycle route, playing golf at Benamor Golf course and whether you are a keen bird watcher or a holiday birder you can spot many of the exotic birds on the Ria Formosa Nature Reserve.

The apartment faces east so you can watch the amazing colours as the sun rises over Cabanas.

The bedroom and lounge area both lead onto the balcony which has partial sea views and overlooks Forte de São João da Barra and its almond grove. The sun shines on the balcony in the mornings and into the mid-afternoon in the summer months.

The bedroom offers a comfy super kingsize bed.

To secure your holiday with us we ask for a deposit payment of 20% of the holiday price followed by the remainder of the payment 8 weeks before the start of your holiday.

Upon full payment and completion of the booking form we will end you meeting arrangments, directions and a comprehensive pack of information on the local area.

We can supply Euro and a sterling bank account for payments although if you wish to pay by credit/debit card we are able to provide you with an invoice using Paypal. You will not need to have a Paypal account to use this facility.

We require a damage bond and this is dealt with by way of a credit card slip with credit/debit card details of any person booked into the property.  If a card is not avaliable then the payment must be in cash and this will be returned via bank transfer once the holiday is over and upon reciept of bank details.

The holiday price includes a mid stay linen change every 7 days for stays of 14 nights or more.

Bed linen, bath and hand towels along with beach/pool towels are provided within the holiday cost. 

WIFI is included but may incur an extra charge please confirm that WIFI is included within the cost of your holiday

We operate a strict arrival and departure time limit especailly during the summer months.  Arrival is after 1600 and departure is before 1000. For arrivals we are happy to meet you at the property after 1000 to drop baggage etc but then entry can not be gained until after 1600 to allow the cleaners to prepare the property to the exceptionally high standard that we at Mars Algarve pride ourselves upon. Departure is strictly before 1000 and failure to depart on time without prior arrangment will result in a financial charge.

Upon arrival you will be met by one of the very helpful Mars Algarve Team they will hand over the keys to your holiday home and take the time to show you the property and tell you about any local information and answer any questions you may have. The Mars Algarve team will then be on hand during your holiday for any issues that may arise.

Within the property you will find a blue folder stuffed full of information, our local contact details, local maps and plenty of restaurant recommends and much more.

This apartment is of a very high standard with an excellent shared pool area with well attended grounds, shops,bars and restaurants are only a short walk away, also the boat taxis to Cabanas island. We have stayed here previously and will definitely be returning.

Superb high end apartment in beautiful Cabanas
I have stayed in Noelles apartment many times and will continue to go back as you couldn't find anywhere better. The apartment is gorgeous and is decorated to a very high standard, far outweighing anything you would expect from a holiday let. The apartment has a beautiful double balcony overlooking the old fort and groves where the sun shines for much of the day. The beds are the most comfortable I have ever slept in and the quality of the furnishings is excellent. The apartment is situated close to the end of the boardwalk and provides a tranquil setting yet close to the lovely Cabanas restaurants. The village itself is beautiful and offers many dining options and cafe's where you can sit watching the fishing boats and boat taxis ferrying people across to the beach. I particularly enjoyed eating in the Atlantis restaurant where the food options are varied and always fresh and enjoyable. The pool area at the apartment is clean and welcoming with a good choice of sunbeds and the sun shines here all day. All in all Apartment Noelle is the best apartment I have ever stayed in and I can’t wait to return.

Apartment Noelle Cabanas Gardens
Our second stay at Noelle’s apartment and as expected everything was excellent. Great location close to the Ria in Cabanas, with really easy access to the local restaurants, bars and shops – but far enough away to be nice and quiet! We had a perfect week which was helped by the great apartment with all mod cons and parking right outside too.

Great place to relax. The apartment has a balcony that overlooks the fort and olive trees and it's lovely to sit out in the sunshine, even in November. The apartment is really well equipped and is nicely decorated. It was a pleasure to stay there.

Lovely winter stay in this apartment. Great service from the management team, had a small issue which was fixed immediately without question. Great location, clean and comfortable. Great for summer or winter. We have had a great time.
