Apartment Caromar is a beautifully furnished 1 bedroom apartment that is set over 2 floors, with a small front garden and 1st floor terrace.
Set within the popular Cabanas Gardens complex and access to the gardens, terraces and large communal pool. This 1 bedroom apartment offers comfortable accommodation and modern facilities to include excellent wifi and air conditioning.
Entrance
The complex of Cabanas Gardens is surrounded by the buildings and walls making it a pleasant and secure complex. In various locations there is both pedestrian and vehicle access along with secure parking and underground parking. The gates are set with codes and each apartment has a commander for the garage.
From the traditional pathways and gardens a secure communal door gives access to the shared entrance to the building that houses our lovely 1 bedroom apartment. Access is either by a key or a modern intercom system. To the left of the door is a small hallway leading to the apartments and our 1 bedroom apartment has a good solid front door with a 5 lever locking system.
The front door to our wonderful 1 bedroom split level apartment opens up into a wonderful light and spacious living space.
Living Space
Once inside our lovely 1 bedroom apartment the living space opens up into light and spacious open plan living with warm and stylish furnishings making for a comfortable and modern living apartment.
To the right of the main apartment door is the kitchen and to the front is the Living room and french windows out to a private small garden to enjoy. To the left is an open staircase that leads to the first floor bedroom and bathroom.
The glorious living space offers a large grey fabric sofa that can be used as a sofa bed suitable for a child only. Scattered with colourful cushions and designed for comfort and facing towards the french windows to make the most of the super Algarve sunshine. Along the right wall is a tv unit and integrated sideboard in a lovely light coloured wood. We have provided a modern smart flatscreen television that offers a selection of European channels to try and suit all tastes. Here you will also find the WIFI unit ad the 1 bedroom apartment comes with excellent WIFI throughout.
A nest of coffee tables provide an extra service for your comfort and remind you that every thought has been given when this apartment was furnished. A large gilt framed mirror hangs on the wall to add a touch of opulence to the living room of this super 1 bedroom split level apartment.
A super modern white dining table and 4 hairs sit to the rear of the 1 bedroom apartment and nearest to the kitchen making perfect use of the space and design of the living room. Beside the table is a small white and light wood sideboard, perfect to add a little workspace to the kitchen area and dining space.
On the wall is a modern fitted air conditioning unit that can provide fresh cool air in those hot summer months and also warming air in the cooler winter months. This makes our wonderful 1 bedroom apartment a super place to stay any time of the year.
The inward opening french windows run the whole front of the apartment and open nice and wide onto a gorgeous small lawned area with a hedge to give you privacy. We have placed a table and chairs for you to be able to enjoy some al fresco living in comfort and peace.
Kitchen
Apartment Caromar this gorgeous 1 bedroom split level apartment has an exceptionally well equipped and practical kitchen. Located at the rear of the apartment is is a fitted kitchen with a range of light wood and white kitchen units offering plenty of storage with overhead and lower cupboards and drawers. It offers a very neat design with some appliances being integral. You will find a fitted ceramic hob and integral electric oven, a full size fridge freezer, washing machine, fitted dishwasher, microwave, capsule coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
The cupboards and drawers are packed full of kitchen utensils to include pots, pans, frying pans, serving dishes, plates. bowls cutlery and plenty of glasses and cups. We do provide a small pack to get you started on your self catering holiday and this includes some dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, hand soap, tea towels washing powder and dish cloth.
Bedroom and Bathroom
A set of wooden and metal open stairs take you to the first floor of this large and spacious split level 1 bedroom apartment and on the first floor you will find a super spacious bedroom to the front overlooking to pool and gardens.
The bed is superking in size and super comfortable too. You will find it prepared with crisp freshly laundered bed linen and we also provide bath and hand towels along with beach/ pool towels for your use.
Overhead is that all important air conditioning unit for the fresh cool air in Summer but warm air in the cooler winter months. Each side of the bed are well paced wooden bedside units with lamps on top and drawers below giving that little bit of extra storage space.
Along one wall is fitted wardrobes with sliding doors and inside you will find plenty of space for clothes and luggage and some hangers.
Along the front wall of Apartment Caromar is inward opening french windows that offer and an abundance of light to the room. But shutters can be used at night to make the room nice and dark and also during the day to help keep the room cool from the hot summer sun.
Hanging on the wall is a full length mirror.
The windows lead out to a pleasant and private terrace. We have placed a wooden coffee tables and 2 chairs here for you to be able to enjoy the views over Cabanas Gardens and the morning sun. Surrounding the windows if a beautiful set of blue jacquard curtains giving a sense of style and comfort to the bedroom.
Located just at the top of the stairs and the the rear of our beautiful 1 bedroom apartment is the bathroom.
Offering a full size bath and over head shower along with a toilet, bidet and large stylish sink all in clean and fresh white ceramic. Under the sink is a useful cupboard and space for toiletries and cosmetics.
Tiled with modern oatmeal tiles on the wall the bathroom feels warn and modern. A large mirror hangs over the basin for you needs.
We do provide a toilet roll and some hand soap to get you started here too.
Private Terraces
Our glorious 1 bedroom apartment offers a great deal of out door space to enjoy.
On the ground floor french windows open up on to a small garden with a hedge that offers you plenty of privacy. We have added a wooden and metal garden dining table and 4 comfortable dining chairs for you to be able to enjoy some wonderful al fresco dining taking full advantage of the wonderful weather offered here in the Algarve.
At first floor level a balcony sits to the front of the apartment from the bedroom and over looks the well kept gardens of the complex. here you can enjoy the morning sun and watch the world go by.
Set back a little for the pool area means you have a more tranquil setting to enjoy your holidays with us at Apartment Caromar.
Communal Spaces, Gardens and Swimming Pool
Cabanas Gardens offers really well maintained open spaces and terraces for you, the guest to enjoy. The gardens are laid to lawns and flower beds and scattered intermittently though the complex are large fantastic palm trees giving you a real holiday feel. Often under the trees you will find sun loungers for you to enjoy.
The communal pool is an excellent size and set into modern wooden decking surrounded by sun loungers for your use during you holiday. The pool offers a shallow and deeper end and at each end is steps to access the pool. There is even a s smaller children's paddling pool.
Behind the apartment is secure parking just for residents fo Cabanas Gardens and also access to underground secure parking too.
The whole complex offers a pleasant and relaxed holiday feel and is designed to offer stylish and pleasant living. You can not fail to enjoy a fantastic holiday here.
Facilities
Apartment Caromar our fantastic split level 1 bedroom apartment is set within the gorgeous complex of Cabanas Gardens, well maintained and kept offering you a fantastic holiday spot any time fo the year. Autumn and Winter being a great time to come and play golf on our amazing courses in the East of the Algarve. Or a longer stay to escape the colder weather of Northern Europe maybe?
With a large swimming pool, parking and modern facilties in the 1 bedroom apartment including television, wifi and air conditioning this really is a great place to stay.
Apartment Caromar is great if you do not wish to hire a car during your holiday. As it is an easy flat walk to the main town and sea front of Cabanas. Opening up a wonderful selection of boutique shops, cafes and restaurants. The beach is less than a 10 minute walk to the ferry for the island and once there you will be amazed by the beauty of the long miles of golden sand lapped by crystal blue waters.
Our lovely 1 bedroom apartment comes with its own manual that you can download to your tablet or smart phone. Packed full of information to make the best of your holiday starting from the moment you arrive. It tells you how to collect the keys, who will look after you during your stay and clear concise directions to Apartment Caromar. Then it is packed full with details of the best restaurants, taxis and local amenities and activities.

Booking your Holiday
To secure your holiday home with us, we ask for a deposit payment of 20% of the holiday price within 24 hours of the booking. As soon as that payment is made we will send an e mail asking for your full details and travel details.
30 days before your holiday starts we will send you a reminder e mail asking for the final payment for your holiday home.
Damages Protection
Marslgarve LDA operates a Breakages insurance scheme for any accidental damages and breakages during your stay with us.
The non-refundable Damage Protection Fee of €10 per guest protects you from being charged for accidental property damage that may occur during your stay with us. Cover is up to the value of €500. All we ask is that you treat our homes with respect and should any accidental damage occur you inform us immediately by contacting us at info@marsalgarve.com.

Methods of Payment
On the payment page you will find two tabs.
Tab 1 Euro bank details, this is for you to be able to make a bank transfer. This is not automated. Please use the bank details given within your bank account to make the transfer and send a confirmation slip giving the booking reference
Tab 2 Within our website we have a secure payment method for card payments. Please sue this tab if you wish to pay by card.

Arrival Day
We set the arrival time at your holiday home to be any time after 1600. This is to allow us time to prepare the holiday home for you. We are extremely flexible in that we will try and prepare the holiday home to coincide with your flight arrival time. But we can not guarantee this will happen. We are also happy to allow you leave baggage at the holiday home whilst the property is being prepared allowing you to get the most out of your holiday.
We ask that you carefully read the holiday home manual we will send you before the start of your holiday, as this contains all the contact information of the Manager who will be meeting you and looking after you during your holiday.
Our Manager will be expecting a telephone call from you on arrival day. The Manager will only attend the property after that phone call in readiness to meet you. We do not have a reception and each guest is met personally. If we have more than one client at once arriving we will let you know and ask that maybe you give us a little time. Maybe pop for a coffee and we can call you when we are ready to meet you. Our Manager will like to spend some time with you explaining how appliances work in the holiday home and let you know about the local area and will be happy to answer any questions you might have.
Departure Day
We set the departure time at 1000. We ask for your departure details or plans once you leave us. This way we can schedule our holiday home preparation for the next guest just like we did for you. If we can offer a later stay during the winter months we will try and accommodate you. In the Summer months due to the high volume of guests we have to strictly adhere to the 1000 departure time at the latest.
Our "All important" Welcome Book
Before the start of your holiday we will send you our online Guest Welcome Book which is packed with everything you need to know about your holiday Home and the local area.
The book gives you all of the meeting arrangements, directions and how to get the keys.
We have tried to give you a real insight and help you to plan your holiday before you even arrive.
Our online Guest book is compatible with smart phones and tablets meaning you can take the guest book with you where ever you go to maximise your holiday experience.
During your holiday if you find places not in the book you would like to recommend to future guests please do let us know and we would love to add them to our book. The idea is to offer a great book that guests find useful.
Hampers and Mid Stay Cleans
Our properties are cleaned to an excellent standard and all items of any previous guest are removed. This includes all cooking items or hygiene products. This is to comply with Rental Licence and Covid rules for Portugal. As a self catering property we value your privacy and as such do not offer any cleaning service during your stay unless you request the extra paid service with us.
To provide the best service for our guests we do provide hand soap and a toilet roll per bathroom. The tap water in all of our properties is fit for human consumption.
We offer a selection of hampers at an extra fee and can be seen and chosen during or after the booking process.
Children and Babies
We can hire a variety of items for your holiday home. Please book any items your require during the booking process.
Bicycle Hire
We have an arrangement with a superb local Bike Hire Company and can arrange for bicycles to be delivered to your holiday home either before your holiday starts or during you holiday. We can also arrange for the bikes to be collected. Please click on the link below choose your bikes and accessories, let us know via e mail and we will get it all booked for you.
Car Hire
We can take the stress out of car hire for you by booking in advance for you. We have chosen a small local Company to supply our hire cars. They will be at the Airport to meet you personally rather than you having to find a shuttle bus to the larger hire car Companies or waiting in huge queues with a horrible and impersonal service.
We can also arrange hire of scooters for you. They can be delivered at your holiday home and collects after your holiday is over.

Airport Transfers
We use a fantastic local Company, Sunline Transfers. The Company has built a super reliable and excellent Airport transfer service and we are proud to be connected with them.
Please ask for a quote and we will arrange the transfers via our Company login to their site. This means there will be no waiting around at the Airport as the driver will be in Arrivals waiting for you. There will be no trying the explain the location of your holiday home as the driver will already know where to go. The driver will even call our Managers in advance for you so they can be at the holiday home ready to meet you.

We had a great week in this well equipped and beautifully furnished apartment, which is ideally situated just a few minutes' walk from the town with its wide range of bars and restaurants. Both the apartment and the shared outside pool area were very clean and well maintained. Claudia and Olga, the Mars Algarve reps, were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The short boat trip to the beach added a bit of fun to the experience. We loved the whole area which has a really Portuguese feel and would love to return one day.
