Description

Our properties are cleaned to an excellent standard and all items of any previous guest are removed. This includes all cooking items or hygiene products. This is to comply with Rental Licence and Covid rules for Portugal. As a self catering property we value your privacy and as such do not offer any cleaning service during your stay unless you request the extra paid service with us. To provide the best service for our guests we do provide hand soap and a toilet roll per bathroom. The tap water in all of our properties is fit for human consumption. We offer a selection of hampers at an extra fee and can be seen and chosen during or after the booking process.
A beautifully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom penthouse set within a popular resort with a private roof terrace and sea views. Popular facilities include access to the resort swimming pool, garage parking, bbq, wifi and air conditioning in each room. Apartment Veronica also has the added feature of a retracting sunshade on the living room balcony.

Apartment Veronica is a simply stunning 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom penthouse apartment.  Packed with great features for a perfect holiday any time of the year. 

Entrance

Located within a secure holiday complex Apartment Veronica offers great security. Access to the lobby is via a secure door with an intercom. The either stairs or a lift give access to the upper floors and underground garage. The front door to our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom penthouse has a 5 lever lock and opens up into a wonderful open plan living area. 

Living Space

Once through the front door of our gorgeous 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom penthouse the living space is very much and open plan style. To the left is the door for the galley style kitchen and to the right is a short hallway giving access to the bedrooms and bathrooms.

The living space offers a nice large chic and modern grey lacquer dining table with 4 modern dining chairs in a dark leather style seat and light wooden legs. A matching sideboard adds to the smart style fo the room as well as providing plenty of space to store your holiday novel or those holiday bits and pieces.

To the front of the space with its huge coved ceiling and ambient lighting is 2 smart chocolate leather style 2 seater sofas. One sofa looks out on to the private balcony of our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom penthouse. Perfectly located to enjoy the lovely warm sunny weather. The other sofa faces a a large flat screen television set upon a matching great lacquer tv unit keeping the smart and stylish modern theme of the room. A matching coffee table is set int he centre of the sofa, we have made sure your comfort is key and all small details have been considered. 

Along the front of the penthouse is large floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that open up onto a great private balcony, this really gives a feeling of so much more extra space within the living area and takes full advantage of the lovely climate her in the Algarve. Smart seaside style striped curtains dress the doors and the added feature of shutters help to keep the penthosue nice and cool during the hot summer months when you are out enjoying your holiday at the beach or maybe sight seeing?

Kitchen

A practical breakfast bar set with a marble top to match the marble work surface of the kitchen divides the kitchen from the living space but offers the open plan style feature and the cook can still be involved with guests sitting on the living room.

A separate door from the kitchen leads onto the balcony a great access for bringing food and drink for al fresco living.

The kitchen is laid out in a galley style with fitted kitchen units along one wall with integrated appliances to include an electric oven and gas hob in smart brushed chrome with matching overhead pullout extractor. Below is a dishwasher and just by the door on the balcony is a washing machine. A full size fridge freezer offers plenty of cooling space and a microwave, kettle, toaster and capsule Dulce Gusto coffee machine compliment the kitchen equipment.

The fitted kitchen units offer plenty of space but are also supplied with plenty of kitchen utensils, cooking pots and pans, serving dishes, cutlery crockery glasses and much more. We have taken the time to provide a a kitchen as you would expect in any family home so you can take full advantage fo the wonderful fresh produce of the Algarve. 

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

The master bedroom of our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom penthouse is tastefully decorated in soft green and fawn colour tones.  The supering bed offers soft fawn headboards and the bed is dressed with fresh white linen with contrasting green cushions and throws. The matching curtains that surround the door that leads to small and private balcony add a dash of vibrancy to the room. 

Fitted wardrobes with sliding doors make sure the holiday clothes can be nicely stored and the air conditioning unit set on the wall offers super fresh cool air in the hot summer months and warm cosy air in the cooler winter evenings, just perfect for any time of the year. 

The en suite bathroom is set just as you enter the master bedroom and styled in hazelnut and cream walls and mosaic style tiles. It offers a full-size bath with an overhead shower set behind a glass screen. A white ceramic basin set in a vanity cupboard with a large mirror overhead. The bathroom's then complimented with white ceramic toilet and bidet set. 

The twin bedroom is laid out with matching single beds and matching soft fawn headboards, between them is a bedside cupboard and lamp. Above is the same style air con unit as the master bedroom against one wall is the fitted wardrobes and a glass door dressed with curtains to match the bed soft furnishings leads to another small balcony. The bedroom balconies are great for watching the sun set over the mountains behind Cabanas. 

The second bathroom offers s smart shower cubicle, basin and toilet and modern features with smart decorating to match the ensuite bathroom. 

Private Terraces

The added features of the terraces at Apartment Veronica makes for some wonderful extra space in this great 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Penthouse. 

Starting with the living room balcony this can be accessed by wonderful sliding glass doors and helps open up the space inside to outside. The balcony overlooks the centre of Cabanas Beach Club and mainly the gardens. We have placed a smart outdoor dining set to seat 6 and a bbq to enjoy some fresh Algarve style cooking. Apartment Veronica also has the added delight of an awning that can be retracted. In the summer months this is a great feature and makes the balcony a wonderful space to use any time of the day. 

From the balcony iron steps lead to a private roof terrace. From the terrace is some sea views to enjoy.  This little area is a little haven of sunshine and a great place for the one sun lovers.  Up here we added a coffee table and chairs along with some sunloungers.

Each bedroom also has a small quiet style balcony that overlooks the mountain behind Cabanas de Tavira.  These little balconies enjoy the sunsets. 

Communal Spaces, Gardens and Swimming Pool

Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom penthouse is located on one of the most popular resorts in Cabanas. Its popularity is due to its closeness to the seafront, along with shops, bars and restaurants. Not only thats it offers excellent facilities to include a secure underground car park with allocated spaces. The complex is totally enclosed and only accessed from the outside into the gardens by coded gates. The large swimming pool situated at one end of the complex is great for anyone to use. As a slat water pool it is great and soft on children skin and much better than a chemical pool. It offers gentle steps at one end and a deeper part for those wishing to swim. Surrounding the pool is traditional tiles set with sun loungers and parasols all for guests to use and enjoy. 

Running through the centre of Cabanas Beach Club is well maintained gardens and lawns that offer tranquility and interest. 

Apartment Veronica offers great facilities too, including access to the garage, gardens and pool, the private terraces, wifi and air conditioning.

Packed full of information to make the best of your holiday starting from the moment you arrive.     Booking your Holiday

    To secure your holiday home with us, we ask for a deposit payment of 20% of the holiday price within 24 hours of the booking. As soon as that payment is made we will send an e mail asking for your full details and travel details.

    30 days before your holiday starts we will send you a reminder e mail asking for the final payment for your holiday home.

     

    Damages Protection

    Marslgarve LDA operates a Breakages insurance scheme for any accidental damages and breakages during your stay with us.

    The non-refundable Damage Protection Fee of €10 per guest protects you from being charged for accidental property damage that may occur during your stay with us. Cover is up to the value of €500. All we ask is that you treat our homes with respect and should any accidental damage occur you inform us immediately by contacting us at info@marsalgarve.com.

    Methods of Payment

    On the payment page you will find two tabs.

    Tab 1 Euro bank details, this is for you to be able to make a bank transfer. This is not automated. Please use the bank details given within your bank account to make the transfer and send a confirmation slip giving the booking reference

    Tab 2  Within our website we have a secure payment method for card payments. Please sue this tab if you wish to pay by card.

    Arrival Day

    We set the arrival time at your holiday home to be any time after 1600.  This is to allow us time to prepare the holiday home for you. We are extremely flexible in that we will try and prepare the holiday home to coincide with your flight arrival time. But we can not guarantee this will happen. We are also happy to allow you leave baggage at the holiday home whilst the property is being prepared allowing you to get the most out of your holiday. 

    We ask that you carefully read the holiday home manual we will send you before the start of your holiday, as this contains all the contact information of the Manager who will be meeting you and looking after you during your holiday. 

    Our Manager will be expecting a telephone call from you on arrival day. The Manager will only attend the property after that phone call in readiness to meet you.  We do not have a reception and each guest is met personally. If we have more than one client at once arriving we will let you know and ask that maybe you give us a little time. Maybe pop for a coffee and we can call you when we are ready to meet you. Our Manager will like to spend some time with you explaining how appliances work in the holiday home and let you know about the local area and will be happy to answer any questions you might have.  

     

    Departure Day

    We set the departure time at 1000. We ask for your departure details or plans once you leave us. This way we can schedule our holiday home preparation for the next guest just like we did for you. If we can offer a later stay during the winter months we will try and accommodate you.  In the Summer months due to the high volume of guests we have to strictly adhere to the 1000 departure time at the latest.

     

    Our "All important" Welcome Book

    Before the start of your holiday we will send you our online Guest Welcome Book which is packed with everything you need to know about your holiday Home and the local area.

    The book gives you all of the meeting arrangements, directions and how to get the keys. 

    We have tried to give you a real insight and help you to plan your holiday before you even arrive. 

    Our online Guest book is compatible with smart phones and tablets meaning you can take the guest book with you where ever you go to maximise your holiday experience. 

    During your holiday if you find places not in the book you would like to recommend to future guests please do let us know and we would love to add them to our book.  The idea is to offer a great book that guests find useful.

      

    Hampers and Mid Stay Cleans

    We have an arrangement with a superb local Bike Hire Company and can arrange for bicycles to be delivered to your holiday home either before your holiday starts or during you holiday.  We can also arrange for the bikes to be collected.     Car Hire

    We can take the stress out of car hire for you by booking in advance for you.  We have chosen a small local Company to supply our hire cars. They will be at the Airport to meet you personally rather than you having to find a shuttle bus to the larger hire car Companies or waiting in huge queues with a horrible and impersonal service. 

    We can also arrange hire of scooters for you.  They can be delivered at your holiday home and collects after your holiday is over.

    Airport Transfers

    We use a fantastic local Company, Sunline Transfers. The Company has built a super reliable and excellent Airport transfer service and we are proud to be connected with them. 

    Please ask for a quote and we will arrange the transfers via our Company login to their site.  This means there will be no waiting around at the Airport as the driver will be in Arrivals waiting for you. There will be no trying the explain the location of your holiday home as the driver will already know where to go. The driver will even call our Managers in advance for you so they can be at the holiday home ready to meet you.

     This was our second visit to Eastern Algarve and Cabanas is simply charming. Just the right balance of calmness for the grown up's and energy for the teenagers. Wonderful food, easy lifestyle, short transit from the airport, and not the madness you get if you turn the other way out of Faro. No high rise and very Portuguese.     An excellent apartment in a very convenient location

    An excellent apartment in a very convenient location -  a few minutes' walk to the sea front and shops. A SPAR store 60 meters from the door.

    Very well equipped - as it was in the 30s the air conditioning was most welcome. Olga provided an excellent orientation on our arrival and support throughout our stay.
