Apartment Tulipa is an ultra modern poolside apartment with 2 bedrooms. Set within the very popular Cabanas Beach Club Resort this apartment is very popular all year around. In the summer its great for family beach holidays and in the winter simply perfect for golfing and relaxing.
The main entrance for the block of apartments for our poolside apartment with 2 bedrooms is from the nice a quiet cobbled side street that surrounds Cabanas Beach Club. The door is operated either with a key or intercom. Once inside the foyer a few steps lead up to the front door of Apartment Tulipa.
The front door opens into our amazing poolside apartment living space with an open plan feel.
What is so wonderful about this pool side bedroom? The superb, bright, light and spacious living area and fresh windows leading on to the private terrace that overlooks the pool.
Great care has been taken to make the living space an inviting and enjoyable place for your holiday living. To the back of the room is a smart white dining table with 4 matching chairs. A matching white lacquer sideboard offers great storage for your holiday books and magazines.
To the front of the space we have added a large dark leather sofa with some bright cushions and a matching bucket chair. These surround a large flat screen television set upon a white lacquer unit in keeping with the style of the room.
The front of the poolside apartment with 2 bedrooms has massive sliding French windows that lead on to your own private terrace that overlooks the complex swimming pool. These windows are beautifully dressed with light flowing curtains but also offer a very practical set of shutters that help keep the poolside apartment nice and cool in the summer.
As your enter our poolside apartment with 2 bedrooms the kitchen is a separate room located to the right of the living space. A breakfast bar offers a great serving solution and makes for a great place to sit and enjoy breakfast or watch the cook at work.
Laid in a galley style the kitchen offers fitted units. The cupboards and drawers are stuffed full for crockery, cutlery, pots, pans serving dishes, cups, mugs and glasses. You will find the kitchen to be exceptionally well equipped for a holiday home as we want you to enjoy the fresh local produce and seafood of the Algarve.
Fitted appliances include a full size fridge freezer, dishwasher, gas hob and electric oven with a stylish inbox overhead extractor. On the smart marble work surface you will find a capsule coffee machine, kettle toaster and microwave. Just outside the kitchen door on the terrace is a washing machine too.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Our poolside apartment with 2 bedrooms offers comfortable beds and spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a superkingsize bed that can also be divided to 2 single beds. On each side is light wood bedside cabinets with matching lights. Fitted wardrobes with sliding doors offer plenty of space to out those holiday flip-flops and sunshine clothes. A glass door with shutters leads on to a small balcony that overlooks a cobbled side street. This make a great morning coffee spot.
Just as you ever the master bedroom is an ensuite bathroom, stylishly decorated in hazelnut and cream colourings. A full size bath with an overhead shower has been fitted and you will also find a toilet, bidet and basin set into a smart vanity unit with plenty of storage in the cupboard below.
The second bedroom is laid as 2 single beds with a cabinet in the centre of the beds. Again a fitted wardrobe with sliding doors offers great storage and a door leads to another small balcony.
Both bedrooms have shutters on the windows, simply perfect to keep the bedrooms cool and dark int he summer months and erect for that all important holiday lie in. Each bedroom also is fitted with modern air conditioning that can offer either cool or warm air.
The shared bathroom is just by the second bedroom and is fitted with a modern cubicle shower, toilet and basin with huge overhead mirror.
Enjoy the best spot on the complex with our fantastic private terrace form the living room that totally overlooks the swimming pool and traces. This really is a rime spot. You can sit and sunbathe on your own private space but just be a small skip from the cool and refreshing waters of the swimming pool.
The terrace is enclosed with small wall and a gate, so percent if you have young children. We have added an outside dining set to seat 4 persons, some sun loungers and a bbq. Here at Marsalgarve we want you to be able to make the most of our outside spaces as this is the best place to enjoy outside living. Why not sue the bbq to grill some fresh locally caught fish, maybe sardines?
At the back of our poolside apartment the 2 bedrooms each have a small balcony overlooking the small cobbled side street. These two balconies do make for a great place to contemplate your day over a cup of tea or maybe a coffee?
Communal Spaces, Gardens and Swimming Pool.
The swimming pool at Cabanas Beach Club is well designed. At one end there is a gentle sling shallow part and at the other a Deep part so everyone can enjoy the facility. Around the pool on the traditional stone tiled terraces is a selection of sun loungers and parasols for all residents to enjoy. The rest f the complex is laid to gardens and shrub beds with small cobbled paths meandering through the gardens. These give a great place to relax and seek some tranquility.
Under the complex is a huge secure underground car park and Apartment Tulipa has an allocated space.

The Cabanas Beach Club Resort is in an amazing location, just one block back forma eh seafront everything is within really easy reach. The closed complex makes for a nice secure holiday base. At the end of the road is a supermarket and the cafes, restaurants and beaches are just a short walk along the seafront promenade.
Cabanas has its own train station, plenty fo bus stops, taxis and even Uber.

Packed full of information to make the best of your holiday starting from the moment you arrive. It tells you how to collect the keys, who will look after you during your stay and clear concise directions to Apartment Tulipa. Then it is packed full with details of the best restaurants, taxis and local amenities and activities.

Booking your Holiday
To secure your holiday home with us, we ask for a deposit payment of 20% of the holiday price within 24 hours of the booking. As soon as that payment is made we will send an e mail asking for your full details and travel details.
30 days before your holiday starts we will send you a reminder e mail asking for the final payment for your holiday home.
Marslgarve LDA operates a Breakages insurance scheme for any accidental damages and breakages during your stay with us.
The non-refundable Damage Protection Fee of €10 per guest protects you from being charged for accidental property damage that may occur during your stay with us. Cover is up to the value of €500. All we ask is that you treat our homes with respect and should any accidental damage occur you inform us immediately by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Tab 1 Euro bank details, this is for you to be able to make a bank transfer. This is not automated. Please use the bank details given within your bank account to make the transfer and send a confirmation slip giving the booking reference
Tab 2 Within our website we have a secure payment method for card payments. Please sue this tab if you wish to pay by card.

We set the arrival time at your holiday home to be any time after 1600. This is to allow us time to prepare the holiday home for you. We are extremely flexible in that we will try and prepare the holiday home to coincide with your flight arrival time. But we can not guarantee this will happen. We are also happy to allow you leave baggage at the holiday home whilst the property is being prepared allowing you to get the most out of your holiday.
We ask that you carefully read the holiday home manual we will send you before the start of your holiday, as this contains all the contact information of the Manager who will be meeting you and looking after you during your holiday.
Our Manager will be expecting a telephone call from you on arrival day. The Manager will only attend the property after that phone call in readiness to meet you. We do not have a reception and each guest is met personally. If we have more than one client at once arriving we will let you know and ask that maybe you give us a little time. Maybe pop for a coffee and we can call you when we are ready to meet you. Our Manager will like to spend some time with you explaining how appliances work in the holiday home and let you know about the local area and will be happy to answer any questions you might have.
We set the departure time at 1000. We ask for your departure details or plans once you leave us. This way we can schedule our holiday home preparation for the next guest just like we did for you. If we can offer a later stay during the winter months we will try and accommodate you. In the Summer months due to the high volume of guests we have to strictly adhere to the 1000 departure time at the latest.
Our "All important" Welcome Book
Before the start of your holiday we will send you our online Guest Welcome Book which is packed with everything you need to know about your holiday Home and the local area.
The book gives you all of the meeting arrangements, directions and how to get the keys.
We have tried to give you a real insight and help you to plan your holiday before you even arrive.
Our online Guest book is compatible with smart phones and tablets meaning you can take the guest book with you where ever you go to maximise your holiday experience.
During your holiday if you find places not in the book you would like to recommend to future guests please do let us know and we would love to add them to our book. The idea is to offer a great book that guests find useful.
Hampers and Mid Stay Cleans
Our properties are cleaned to an excellent standard and all items of any previous guest are removed. This includes all cooking items or hygiene products. This is to comply with Rental Licence and Covid rules for Portugal. As a self catering property we value your privacy and as such do not offer any cleaning service during your stay unless you request the extra paid service with us.
To provide the best service for our guests we do provide hand soap and a toilet roll per bathroom. The tap water in all of our properties is fit for human consumption.
We offer a selection of hampers at an extra fee and can be seen and chosen during or after the booking process.
Children and Babies
We can hire a variety of items for your holiday home. Please book any items your require during the booking process.
We have an arrangement with a superb local Bike Hire Company and can arrange for bicycles to be delivered to your holiday home either before your holiday starts or during you holiday. We can also arrange for the bikes to be collected. Please click on the link below choose your bikes and accessories, let us know via e mail and we will get it all booked for you.
We can take the stress out of car hire for you by booking in advance for you. We have chosen a small local Company to supply our hire cars. They will be at the Airport to meet you personally rather than you having to find a shuttle bus to the larger hire car Companies or waiting in huge queues with a horrible and impersonal service.
We can also arrange hire of scooters for you. They can be delivered at your holiday home and collects after your holiday is over.

We use a fantastic local Company, Sunline Transfers. The Company has built a super reliable and excellent Airport transfer service and we are proud to be connected with them.
Please ask for a quote and we will arrange the transfers via our Company login to their site. This means there will be no waiting around at the Airport as the driver will be in Arrivals waiting for you. There will be no trying the explain the location of your holiday home as the driver will already know where to go. The driver will even call our Managers in advance for you so they can be at the holiday home ready to meet you.
