This super 1 bedroom penthouse with a private roof terrace is located within the popular report of Cabanas Beach Club. It is a top floor apartment set on a quiet street and offers comfortable holiday living all year around.
Apartment Papoila is accessed via a main front door thats gives access to 5 other apartments. You can use either a lift or stairs to get to the top and 3rd floor where our 1 bedroom penthouse with a roof terrace is located. The front door to the apartment offers a 5 severe local and opens out into a wonderful open plan living space.
This wonderful 1 bedroom penthouse with a roof terrace offers an amazing amount of space. The living room is beautifully furnished with a lovely silver grey fabric chaise long style sofa. To match the sofa is a selection of bathing lounge furniture in a chics and ultra modern grey lacquer to include a coffee table set in the centre of the living space, a sideboard decorated with pleasant ornaments and a tv unit set with a large flat screen television offering a good selection of European channels to enjoy. Here you will also find the internet box.
The wonderful coved ceiling offers a feeling of light and space and lighting around the coves makes a warm inviting room. Between the living space is a breakfast bar that divides the kitchen from the living room but keeps that wonderful open plan feel.
Just as you enter our 1 bedroom penthouse with a private roof terrace we have set a smart grey dining table of 4 chairs nice and close to the kitchen.
One of the best features of this penthouse if the huge sliding windows that lead on to a private balcony that overlooks the swimming pool.
We know how much guests enjoy smiling the local produce of the Algarve and enjoy the freshness for the locally grown fruit and vegetables along with freshly caught fish and seafood so we have made sure we have provided a kitchen to suit that hunger.
You will find it very well equipped and including excellent appliances. As you enter the kitchen there is a full size fridge freezer, plenty of work space, cupboards and drawers, a gas hob and an electric oven underneath along with a smart brushed chrome extractor fan overhead. There is also a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and capsule coffee machine. Just on the terrace outside the kitchen is a washing machine too.
Bedroom and Bathroom
The massive bedroom in our 1 bedroom penthouse with a roof terrace is a calm and inviting place with a nice big kingsize bed. The brushed suede effect headboard offers a touch of opulence and the matching bedside cupboards offer that all important holiday novel storage space along with matching lamps.
Along one wall is fitted wardrobes with sliding doors, they offer a huge amount of space to keep you clothes and belongings.
A door leads on to a nice private balcony where we have popped some chairs and a table, it make for a great place to watch the Algarve sun rise with a morning coffee what a relaxing and pleasant way to start your day.
Right next to the bedroom is a smart bathroom with beautiful hazelnut coloured tiles and mosaics. The white suite offers a bath and overhead shower, toilet and a bidet. The white basin is set and a light wood vanity cupboard that matches the tiles. Then overhead is a fabulous large mirror.

Leading from the huge sliding French windows of the living room and a door from the kitchen is a fantastic balcony that overlooks the swimming pool. We have chosen to place a large round glass table and chairs with a parasol. It makes for a very pleasant place to sit and enjoy the ambient Algarve climate with a good meal or and enjoyable drink or maybe just sittings and reading that holiday book.
From the balcony is wrought iron steps that lead up to a private roof terrace.This special space has been fitted with some sun loungers to enjoy. The views frump hare are fabulous and give a really good Birdseye view of Cabans Beach Club and the swimming pool along with fabulous views over the undulating roof tops of Cabanas and towards the Ria Formosa and sea.

Booking your Holiday
To secure your holiday home with us, we ask for a deposit payment of 20% of the holiday price within 24 hours of the booking. As soon as that payment is made we will send an e mail asking for your full details and travel details.
30 days before your holiday starts we will send you a reminder e mail asking for the final payment for your holiday home.
Marslgarve LDA operates a Breakages insurance scheme for any accidental damages and breakages during your stay with us.
The non-refundable Damage Protection Fee of €10 per guest protects you from being charged for accidental property damage that may occur during your stay with us. Cover is up to the value of €500. All we ask is that you treat our homes with respect and should any accidental damage occur you inform us immediately by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Tab 1 Euro bank details, this is for you to be able to make a bank transfer. This is not automated. Please use the bank details given within your bank account to make the transfer and send a confirmation slip giving the booking reference
Tab 2 Within our website we have a secure payment method for card payments. Please sue this tab if you wish to pay by card.

We set the arrival time at your holiday home to be any time after 1600. This is to allow us time to prepare the holiday home for you. We are extremely flexible in that we will try and prepare the holiday home to coincide with your flight arrival time. But we can not guarantee this will happen. We are also happy to allow you leave baggage at the holiday home whilst the property is being prepared allowing you to get the most out of your holiday.
We ask that you carefully read the holiday home manual we will send you before the start of your holiday, as this contains all the contact information of the Manager who will be meeting you and looking after you during your holiday.
Our Manager will be expecting a telephone call from you on arrival day. The Manager will only attend the property after that phone call in readiness to meet you. We do not have a reception and each guest is met personally. If we have more than one client at once arriving we will let you know and ask that maybe you give us a little time. Maybe pop for a coffee and we can call you when we are ready to meet you. Our Manager will like to spend some time with you explaining how appliances work in the holiday home and let you know about the local area and will be happy to answer any questions you might have.
We set the departure time at 1000. We ask for your departure details or plans once you leave us. This way we can schedule our holiday home preparation for the next guest just like we did for you. If we can offer a later stay during the winter months we will try and accommodate you. In the Summer months due to the high volume of guests we have to strictly adhere to the 1000 departure time at the latest.
Our "All important" Welcome Book
Before the start of your holiday we will send you our online Guest Welcome Book which is packed with everything you need to know about your holiday Home and the local area.
The book gives you all of the meeting arrangements, directions and how to get the keys.
We have tried to give you a real insight and help you to plan your holiday before you even arrive.
Our online Guest book is compatible with smart phones and tablets meaning you can take the guest book with you where ever you go to maximise your holiday experience.
During your holiday if you find places not in the book you would like to recommend to future guests please do let us know and we would love to add them to our book. The idea is to offer a great book that guests find useful.
Hampers and Mid Stay Cleans
Our properties are cleaned to an excellent standard and all items of any previous guest are removed. This includes all cooking items or hygiene products. This is to comply with Rental Licence and Covid rules for Portugal. As a self catering property we value your privacy and as such do not offer any cleaning service during your stay unless you request the extra paid service with us.
To provide the best service for our guests we do provide hand soap and a toilet roll per bathroom. The tap water in all of our properties is fit for human consumption.
We offer a selection of hampers at an extra fee and can be seen and chosen during or after the booking process.
Children and Babies
We can hire a variety of items for your holiday home. Please book any items your require during the booking process.
We have an arrangement with a superb local Bike Hire Company and can arrange for bicycles to be delivered to your holiday home either before your holiday starts or during you holiday. We can also arrange for the bikes to be collected. Please click on the link below choose your bikes and accessories, let us know via e mail and we will get it all booked for you.
We can take the stress out of car hire for you by booking in advance for you. We have chosen a small local Company to supply our hire cars. They will be at the Airport to meet you personally rather than you having to find a shuttle bus to the larger hire car Companies or waiting in huge queues with a horrible and impersonal service.
We can also arrange hire of scooters for you. They can be delivered at your holiday home and collects after your holiday is over.

We use a fantastic local Company, Sunline Transfers. The Company has built a super reliable and excellent Airport transfer service and we are proud to be connected with them.
Please ask for a quote and we will arrange the transfers via our Company login to their site. This means there will be no waiting around at the Airport as the driver will be in Arrivals waiting for you. There will be no trying the explain the location of your holiday home as the driver will already know where to go. The driver will even call our Managers in advance for you so they can be at the holiday home ready to meet you.
