Apartment Lucinda is a wonderful apartment with 2 bedrooms at 1st floor level. It overlooks the swimming pool of Cabanas Beach Club Resort. Modern facilities and a great location make this apartment a great holiday choice all year around.
Cabanas Beach Club is a totally enclosed complex with excellent security to give guests privacy and relaxation during they holiday with us. Each block of 6 apartments has its own locked from door with intercom facilities. The lobby then has either stairs or a lift to the upper floors and lifts to the underground car park that also gives access to the internal gardens and swimming pool.
The front door to the apartment is solid wood and opens up into a wonderful open plan living arrangement.
Our fabulous apartment with 2 bedrooms offers plenty and spacious, open plan and bright living. The living room offers a large fabric L shape style sofa that either overlooks the private balcony or the flat screen television set upon and stylish dark wood cabinet.
Large French sliding windows open right up and allow the private balcony to become part of the living space giving that wonderful feeling of space and light to enjoy. We have dressed the window with pretty curtains but they also have the facility of shutters. These help keep the room nice and cool during the day in the hot summer months.
Near the back of the living space is a very smart and stylish dark wood dining table and chairs to seat 4. Pictures hang from the wall and add to the the smart styling of the lovely 1st floor apartment with 2 bedrooms.
Another fabulous feature of the living space is the breakfast bar that divides the kitchen from the living room but allows for everyone to enjoy the space no matter where they are and what they are doing. We have added to bar style stools by the breakfast bar, so great for a quick bite for breakfast or to enjoy an aperitif and watch the cook at work!
The kitchen is a separate space and has its own door from the living room and also a separate door to the private balcony, just by this door and on the balcony you will find an ever useful washing machine.
Along one wall is a large selection of modern fitted kitchen units offering huge amounts of space and storage as you would expect in any family kitchen. Set into the dark marble work top is a brushed chrome gas hob with a matching extractor above and fitted electric oven below.
Upon looking inside the cupboards and drawers you will quickly find we have thought of everything! The units are stocked full of glasses, cups, pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils and much more.
On the marble worktop you will find a capsule coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. We have added a microwave too. The kitchen also offers a dishwasher and full size fridge freezer.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
This gorgeous apartment with 2 bedrooms has great sleeping arrangements. The master bedroom is ultra spacious and offers a double bed with a smart white headboard in a leather style with bedside units with matching beds lamps. Fitted wardrobes offer plenty of storage and a door with shutters gives access to a small balcony that is perfect to watch the sunsets.
The en suite bathroom is located just as you enter the master bedroom and the well decorated room offers a full size bath and overhead shower along with a basin set into a vanity unit offering that all important space for your holiday cosmetics. You will also fine a toilet and bidet.
The second bedroom is also very spacious and offers twin single beds is the same style as the master bedroom keeping a wonderful light and stylish theme throughout the apartment.A table between the ends and a lamp provides light for a little night time reading maybe?
Again door leads on to a small balcony and this space is just great for a morning coffee or to watch the amazing Algarve sunsets.
Both bedrooms offer air conditioning and each balcony door has shutters. Such a lovely feature to keep the room cool and dark in the summertime.
This 1st floor apartment with 2 bedrooms offers a good amount of outside space to enjoy. Both bedrooms have small balconies looking out the the countryside and mountains behind Cabanas de Tavira. The living room then has sliding French window to the front of the room that opens up onto a spacious and private balcony that overlooks the swimming pool and gardens.
On the living room balcony you will find an outside table and chairs for some alfresco dining. Two sun loungers giving that extra chance the relax and enjoy the warm sun rays. The buy the kitchen a bistro style table a chairs set, simply perfect for moving coffee and watching the sun rise on your perfect holiday.
Communal Spaces, Gardens and Swimming Pool
This 1st floor apartment with 2 bedrooms enjoys some great facilities within Cabanas Beach Club. The complex has a large salt water swimming pool at one end of the complex. It offers easy access with gentle Roman steps and has both a shallow and deep part for all to enjoy. Surrounding the pool is sun loungers and parasols for all guests to share and enjoy.
The rest of the centre of the complex is laid to well kept gardens and owns, offering more tranquil places with in the Club.
Below the complex and accessed via remote control doors and gates is a large underground carpark. Apartment Lucinda has its own parking space. This area is accessed from either the road outside in your vehicle or inside via the lift.
Surrounding the Beach Club is locked and coded doors for you to be able to use giving access direct to the pool and gardens.
Our 1st floor 2 bedroom apartment offers a huge amount of excellent facilities for a holiday home and I am sure you will not be disappointed. Along with lifts, secure parking, access to a fabulous swimming pool, air conditioning and wifi you will find Cabanas Beach Club is in a perfect location within the village. Set just one block back from the seafront it is very easy to walk to the promenade and boats for the beach. Not only that but very easy to reach cafes restaurants, supermarkets and much more. In fact if you do not feel you need to there is no need for a car either.
Our lovely 1st floor apartment with 2 bedrooms comes with its own manual that you can download to your tablet or smart phone. Packed full of information to make the best of your holiday starting from the moment you arrive. It tells you how to collect the keys, who will look after you during your stay and clear concise directions to Apartment Lucinda. Then it is packed full with details of the best restaurants, taxis and local amenities and activities.
And of course our managers are on hand to make sure you love your holiday more if you need any advice or tips on the local area they will be more than happy to help.

Booking your Holiday
To secure your holiday home with us, we ask for a deposit payment of 20% of the holiday price within 24 hours of the booking. As soon as that payment is made we will send an e mail asking for your full details and travel details.
30 days before your holiday starts we will send you a reminder e mail asking for the final payment for your holiday home.
Marslgarve LDA operates a Breakages insurance scheme for any accidental damages and breakages during your stay with us.
The non-refundable Damage Protection Fee of €10 per guest protects you from being charged for accidental property damage that may occur during your stay with us. Cover is up to the value of €500. All we ask is that you treat our homes with respect and should any accidental damage occur you inform us immediately by contacting us at email@example.com.

Tab 1 Euro bank details, this is for you to be able to make a bank transfer. This is not automated. Please use the bank details given within your bank account to make the transfer and send a confirmation slip giving the booking reference
Tab 2 Within our website we have a secure payment method for card payments. Please sue this tab if you wish to pay by card.

We set the arrival time at your holiday home to be any time after 1600. This is to allow us time to prepare the holiday home for you. We are extremely flexible in that we will try and prepare the holiday home to coincide with your flight arrival time. But we can not guarantee this will happen. We are also happy to allow you leave baggage at the holiday home whilst the property is being prepared allowing you to get the most out of your holiday.
We ask that you carefully read the holiday home manual we will send you before the start of your holiday, as this contains all the contact information of the Manager who will be meeting you and looking after you during your holiday.
Our Manager will be expecting a telephone call from you on arrival day. The Manager will only attend the property after that phone call in readiness to meet you. We do not have a reception and each guest is met personally. If we have more than one client at once arriving we will let you know and ask that maybe you give us a little time. Maybe pop for a coffee and we can call you when we are ready to meet you. Our Manager will like to spend some time with you explaining how appliances work in the holiday home and let you know about the local area and will be happy to answer any questions you might have.
We set the departure time at 1000. We ask for your departure details or plans once you leave us. This way we can schedule our holiday home preparation for the next guest just like we did for you. If we can offer a later stay during the winter months we will try and accommodate you. In the Summer months due to the high volume of guests we have to strictly adhere to the 1000 departure time at the latest.
Our "All important" Welcome Book
Before the start of your holiday we will send you our online Guest Welcome Book which is packed with everything you need to know about your holiday Home and the local area.
The book gives you all of the meeting arrangements, directions and how to get the keys.
We have tried to give you a real insight and help you to plan your holiday before you even arrive.
Our online Guest book is compatible with smart phones and tablets meaning you can take the guest book with you where ever you go to maximise your holiday experience.
During your holiday if you find places not in the book you would like to recommend to future guests please do let us know and we would love to add them to our book. The idea is to offer a great book that guests find useful.
Hampers and Mid Stay Cleans
Our properties are cleaned to an excellent standard and all items of any previous guest are removed. This includes all cooking items or hygiene products. This is to comply with Rental Licence and Covid rules for Portugal. As a self catering property we value your privacy and as such do not offer any cleaning service during your stay unless you request the extra paid service with us.
To provide the best service for our guests we do provide hand soap and a toilet roll per bathroom. The tap water in all of our properties is fit for human consumption.
We offer a selection of hampers at an extra fee and can be seen and chosen during or after the booking process.
Children and Babies
We can hire a variety of items for your holiday home. Please book any items your require during the booking process.
We have an arrangement with a superb local Bike Hire Company and can arrange for bicycles to be delivered to your holiday home either before your holiday starts or during you holiday. We can also arrange for the bikes to be collected. Please click on the link below choose your bikes and accessories, let us know via e mail and we will get it all booked for you.
We can take the stress out of car hire for you by booking in advance for you. We have chosen a small local Company to supply our hire cars. They will be at the Airport to meet you personally rather than you having to find a shuttle bus to the larger hire car Companies or waiting in huge queues with a horrible and impersonal service.
We can also arrange hire of scooters for you. They can be delivered at your holiday home and collects after your holiday is over.

We use a fantastic local Company, Sunline Transfers. The Company has built a super reliable and excellent Airport transfer service and we are proud to be connected with them.
Please ask for a quote and we will arrange the transfers via our Company login to their site. This means there will be no waiting around at the Airport as the driver will be in Arrivals waiting for you. There will be no trying the explain the location of your holiday home as the driver will already know where to go. The driver will even call our Managers in advance for you so they can be at the holiday home ready to meet you.
