Apartment Gaio is a very well maintained 2 bedroom ground floor apartment near the swimming pool at the popular holiday complex Cabanas Beach Club. It offers comfortable holiday living and the complex is close to the beaches and saffron making it a great holiday location.
To gain access to the complex Cabanas Beach Club is either via security coded doors to the pool, gardens and comunal areas, via a remote commander to the garage or Intercom to the apartment blocks. Each apartment block has 6 apartments leading from a clean and well kept vestibule. Either stairs or lift access each floor. Apartment Gaio is at ground floor level and solid wooden door with a 5 lever lock allows access to the 2 bedroom apartment.
Once through the front door our lovely 2 bedroom ground floor apartment opens up into a light and spacious open plan living space. The sliding french windows to the front of the apartment allow and abundance of natural light, giving a pleasant feeling of space and comfort.
The living space offers 2 large soft leather sofas surrounding a solid wood coffee table in the centre of the room. One sofa faces a flat screen television sitting on a matching tv unit. Here can also be found the internet MEO box for wifi and television channels. This system offers a selection of European channels to suit many guests.
The other sofa faces towards the French windows and give pleasant views to the private terrace of our 2 bedroom ground floor apartment and further to the well kept gardens of Cabanas Beach Club.
A solid light wood dining table and 4 chairs in dark leather and wood have been placed by the windows to enjoy the summer living. The window slides open to give easy access to the terrace and to allow al fresco summer living at its best. Decorated with light curtains to add a soft and relaxed feeling to the 2 bedroom apartment the windows also have the added bonus of shutters. These are great to keep the apartment nice and cool during the hot summer months whilst you spend your days on the beach or sightseeing.
Apartment Gaio our super 2 bedroom ground floor apartment has a very well equipped kitchen to suit everyone. We have made sure that the cupboards are stocked with a good range of cooking utensils, pots and pans, serving dishes along with crockery, glasses cutlery and cups.
In a galley style the kitchen has a breakfast bar between the kitchen and living space set with smart marble to match the work space in the kitchen. A mix of light wood and white firtted kitchen cupboards contrast with the marble and light floor tiles making a modern and functional smart space.
The kitchen offers a full size fridge freezer, brushed chrome gas hob with 4 burners, fitted electric oven, fitted dishwasher and smaller appliances to include a microwave, kettle, toaster and a capsule coffee machine.
Sliding French doors lead onto the terrace giving fabulous easy access to the BBQ and outside dining table and chairs. Totally designed to provide an real warm outdoor living experience. Just by the doors is a washing machine and a small selection of cleaning tools.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
To the right as you enter our 2 bedroom ground floor apartment Gaio you will find the bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a lovely large kingsize bed with a chic and stylish dark wood headboard and matching bedside drawers each side of the bed. Set on the bedside units are matching reading lamps for your comfort and below drawers offering all important storage space. The master bedroom in this lovely spacious 2 bedroom ground floor apartment offers fitted wardrobes with light wood sliding doors. A glass door leads to a small balcony overlooking a quiet cobbled side street. The door is decorated with smart chocolate brown curtain but also has shutters to keep the bedroom call and dark at night.
The master bedroom has the added luxury of a en suite bathroom. Decorated with hazelnut coloured mosaic tiles and cream walls the space is smart clean and functional. You will find a full size bath and over head shower along with a bidet, toilet and white ceramic basin set in to a light wood vanity unit. The vanity unit has a cupboard below for all your cosmetics and toiletries and overhead is a large mirror. In the bathroom you will also find a hairdryer for your use.
The second bedroom in our 2 bedroom ground floor apartment is laid out as twin single beds with matching dark wood stylish headboards and a bedside table with a modern reading lamp. A glass door opens out onto a small balcony overlooking a quiet side street. Curtains in chocolate and hazelnut colours offer a contemporary feel to the room. Fitted wardrobes being a sliding door offer plenty of storage and an air conditioning unit offers comfort in cool air during the hot summer months, but also warm air in the cooler winter months.
A shared bathroom offers a smart walk in shower, toilet and basin set into a vanity unit with cupboard space below and a super large mirror over head.
To the front of this fabulous 2 bedroom ground floor apartment is a private terrace with a gate that leads to the gardens and swimming pool of Cabanas Beach Club. The terrace is accessed either by a door from the kitchen or the huge sliding french windows from the living room. These sliding doors really help to open up the 2 bedroom apartment space even more and lets in the natural light making this and most enjoyable space.
On the terrace we have space a modern extendable table and 4 chairs. Just perfect for al fresco dining in a relaxed location. Right next to the table is a kettle bbq for you to enjoy some bbq living and cooking with all the fresh produce on offer locally at the daily markets.
A small wall divides the terrace from the well maintained communal gardens and here we have planted some shrubs and plants indigenous to the Algarve. A small gate helps make the terrace secure and give access to the oasis in the centre of the complex and also to the pool area.
Communal Spaces, Gardens and Swimming Pool
Apartment Gaio our fantastic 2 bedroom ground floor apartment is set within a really popular complex in Cabanas de Tavira. Cabanas Beach Club offers first class accommodation. The complex is enclosed by walls and only accessed via coded gates offering a nice feeling of privacy and security. The gardens that run down the centre of the complex are very well maintained and offer lawned areas and beautiful plants including hibiscus.
The swimming pool is a good size for the complex and sits at one end surrounded by traditional Santa Catarina tiles, with sun beds and parasols for your use. The pool is easy to access with gentle roman steps leading into the shallow end and on to the deeper end of the azul blue mosaic tiled cool refreshing pool.
Below the apartments is an underground car park that runs the length of the complex offering personal parking spaces to each apartment and a small amount of guest ones too. There are 3 entrances to the car park and access is gained using a remote control commander.
This 2 bedroom ground floor apartment has all you could need for a fantastic holiday any time of the year. It is exceptionally well equipped and we pride our selves on making sure nothing has been missed. Each room offers a modern and efficient air conditioning unit that can be used for cooling or heating. WIFI is a good speed thought the 2 bedroom apartment and the terrace offers a fabulous outside space to enjoy.
Cabanas Beach Club is a very short walk from the seafront so is wonderfully close to all the shops, restaurants, cafes and markets. The boats to the beach are less than a 10 minute walk along the sea front. At the end of the road is a Spa super market and a 10 minute walk will get you to the train station in Cabanas.
Our lovely 2 bedroom ground floor apartment comes with its own manual that you can download to your tablet or smart phone. Packed full of information to make the best of your holiday starting from the moment you arrive. It tells you how to collect the keys who will look after you during your stay and clear concise directions to Apartment Gaio. Then it is packed full with details of the best restaurants, taxis and local amenities and activities.

Booking your Holiday
To secure your holiday home with us, we ask for a deposit payment of 20% of the holiday price within 24 hours of the booking. As soon as that payment is made we will send an e mail asking for your full details and travel details.
30 days before your holiday starts we will send you a reminder e mail asking for the final payment for your holiday home.
Marslgarve LDA operates a Breakages insurance scheme for any accidental damages and breakages during your stay with us.
The non-refundable Damage Protection Fee of €10 per guest protects you from being charged for accidental property damage that may occur during your stay with us. Cover is up to the value of €500. All we ask is that you treat our homes with respect and should any accidental damage occur you inform us immediately by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Tab 1 Euro bank details, this is for you to be able to make a bank transfer. This is not automated. Please use the bank details given within your bank account to make the transfer and send a confirmation slip giving the booking reference

We set the arrival time at your holiday home to be any time after 1600. This is to allow us time to prepare the holiday home for you. We are extremely flexible in that we will try and prepare the holiday home to coincide with your flight arrival time. But we can not guarantee this will happen. We are also happy to allow you leave baggage at the holiday home whilst the property is being prepared allowing you to get the most out of your holiday.
We ask that you carefully read the holiday home manual we will send you before the start of your holiday, as this contains all the contact information of the Manager who will be meeting you and looking after you during your holiday.
Our Manager will be expecting a telephone call from you on arrival day. The Manager will only attend the property after that phone call in readiness to meet you. We do not have a reception and each guest is met personally. If we have more than one client at once arriving we will let you know and ask that maybe you give us a little time. Maybe pop for a coffee and we can call you when we are ready to meet you. Our Manager will like to spend some time with you explaining how appliances work in the holiday home and let you know about the local area and will be happy to answer any questions you might have.
We set the departure time at 1000. We ask for your departure details or plans once you leave us. This way we can schedule our holiday home preparation for the next guest just like we did for you. If we can offer a later stay during the winter months we will try and accommodate you. In the Summer months due to the high volume of guests we have to strictly adhere to the 1000 departure time at the latest.
Our "All important" Welcome Book
Before the start of your holiday we will send you our online Guest Welcome Book which is packed with everything you need to know about your holiday Home and the local area.
The book gives you all of the meeting arrangements, directions and how to get the keys.
We have tried to give you a real insight and help you to plan your holiday before you even arrive.
Our online Guest book is compatible with smart phones and tablets meaning you can take the guest book with you where ever you go to maximise your holiday experience.
During your holiday if you find places not in the book you would like to recommend to future guests please do let us know and we would love to add them to our book. The idea is to offer a great book that guests find useful.
Hampers and Mid Stay Cleans
Our properties are cleaned to an excellent standard and all items of any previous guest are removed. This includes all cooking items or hygiene products. This is to comply with Rental Licence and Covid rules for Portugal. As a self catering property we value your privacy and as such do not offer any cleaning service during your stay unless you request the extra paid service with us.
To provide the best service for our guests we do provide hand soap and a toilet roll per bathroom. The tap water in all of our properties is fit for human consumption.
We offer a selection of hampers at an extra fee and can be seen and chosen during or after the booking process.
Children and Babies
We can hire a variety of items for your holiday home. Please book any items your require during the booking process.
We have an arrangement with a superb local Bike Hire Company and can arrange for bicycles to be delivered to your holiday home either before your holiday starts or during you holiday. We can also arrange for the bikes to be collected. Please click on the link below choose your bikes and accessories, let us know via e mail and we will get it all booked for you.
We can take the stress out of car hire for you by booking in advance for you. We have chosen a small local Company to supply our hire cars. They will be at the Airport to meet you personally rather than you having to find a shuttle bus to the larger hire car Companies or waiting in huge queues with a horrible and impersonal service.
We can also arrange hire of scooters for you. They can be delivered at your holiday home and collects after your holiday is over.

We use a fantastic local Company, Sunline Transfers. The Company has built a super reliable and excellent Airport transfer service and we are proud to be connected with them.
Please ask for a quote and we will arrange the transfers via our Company login to their site. This means there will be no waiting around at the Airport as the driver will be in Arrivals waiting for you. There will be no trying the explain the location of your holiday home as the driver will already know where to go. The driver will even call our Managers in advance for you so they can be at the holiday home ready to meet you.
