Apartment Figo is a popular choice for a holiday home. It is set within Cabanas Beach Club. This year (2019) it has had a fabulous make over and offers brand new up to date furniture, freshly painted egg shell blue walls and super modern touches to include fast internet and modern air conditioning.
This 1st floor 2 bedroom apartment has a front door that steps on to Rua das Pescadores. A small flight of 6 steps lead up to a lift that can take you to both the upper and lower floors. The apartment front door is to the right of the foyer and opens up into a fabulous open plan apartment located at the more relaxed end of the complex.
I love how our Manager, Olga has transformed this 1st floor 2 bedroom apartment from a dark gloomy and dated space into a light, modern and fresh feeling space to love. As you enter this amazing apartment it is really nice to see a different colour on the walls, and the light egg shell blue really helps remind you about how close you are to the seaside.
New furniture has been carefully selected to match in with the walls and soft grey fabric sofas offer an enjoyable place to sit and relax, maybe read a book or holiday magazine or take advantage of a flat screen smart television set upon a stylish tv unit. To match the unit is a chic sideboard to the font of the 1st floor 2 bedroom apartment and a coffee table suitably set between the sofas.
A chic and ultra modern dining table in white lacquer with matching chairs is set just in front of the glass sliding doors that lead to the private terrace. Soft flowing chiffon curtains are dressed around the windows and gently blow in the cool but balmy breeze when the the doors are set to open making the terrace feel like part of the living room.
A breakfast bar divides the kitchen from the living space. To utilise this great addition we have placed some tall stools by the bar, great for morning breakfast or maybe to sit and sip wine whilst watching the cook at work.
The kitchen in our 1st floor 2 bedroom apartment has been well stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishes, crockery, cutlery and glasses just as you would expect to find in any family kitchen. We want you to enjoy the fresh, home farmed produce and locally caught seafood Cabanas can offer. So we have put a great deal of thought into eh kitchen appliances.
Fitted items include a full size fridge freezer, dishwasher, electric oven set into the fitted kitchen units with a gas hob and smart chrome extractor fan over the hob. The marble work surface offers plenty of preparation space and sitting here you will find a microwave, capsule coffee machine, toaster and kettle. A washing machine is set just outside the kitchen door that leads to the private terrace.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The bedrooms have also been subject to a fabulous makeover. The master bedroom is an exceptionally large and spacious room. It is dominated by a lovely large kingsize bed with a matching dressing table and bedside cupboards both with matching bedside lamps. We always make the beds with fresh crisp white sheets and add a throw and cushions to give a splash of colour. We have styled this room with a hint of marine blue. A small balcony overlooks a side street. A fitted wardrobe offers plenty of space for holiday clothes and an efficient air conditioning unit gives either cool or warm temperature depending on the time of year.
Our master bedroom has the luxury of an ensuite bathroom. The en suite offers a full size bath with a shower a basin set into a vanity unit with a cupboard below and a huge mirror above, a toilet and a bidet.
The twin bedroom has 2 good size single beds and is decorated with rose pink colours and really gives a lovely vibrant feel to the room. Again a balcony overlooks a small side street and makes an enjoyable place to sit and watch the Algarve sun sets. Fitted with a wardrobe and air conditioning unit along with shutters this bedroom is a nice relaxing holiday home bedroom.
The bathroom that can be shared offers s large shower cubicle along with a basin and toilet all in easy simple white ceramic.
Apartment Figo our lovely 1st floor 2 bedroom apartment offers 3 outside spaces to enjoy. The best space is the large terrace at the front of the apartment that is accessed via huge sliding French windows from the living space and can almost be considered an extra room. We have laid it with a dining table and 4 chairs with a parasol. There is also enough space for some sun beds so you can soak up those wonderful Algarve rays in privacy when you fancy a quiet day. The terrace overlooks the gardens of Cabans Beach Club and tends to be a little more tranquil than around the pool area.
Each bedroom has a wonderful little balcony to enjoy. They are West facing so are great peaceful places to watch the sun go down and some amazing Algarve sunsets.
Communal Spaces, Gardens and Swimming Pool
Cabanas Beach Club is a private gated community which means residents and guests can enjoy the facilities in peace and tranquility. At one end of the holiday complex is a super large swimming pool with a gentle gradient to suit all swimming abilities. Surrounding the pool are sun loungers for every one to share. The rest of the space is laid to grassy lawns and pleasant flower beds.
Beneath the complex is a large underground and secure car park. Apartment Figo has its own allocated parking space.
Our 1st floor 2 bedroom apartment is set is a fantastic location, just one block back from the sea front and close to a huge selection of cafes and restaurants of all types. Nearby is a also a super market and great transport links all in walking distance.
Apartment Figo is a modern property and as such offers excellent modern facilities to include WIFI, air conditioning, shutters on all windows.
We supply all bed linen and towels including beach/pool towels. We supply a small amount of soaps and toilet roll to get you started on your self catering holiday.
Our lovely 1st floor 2 bedroom apartment comes with its own manual that you can download to your tablet or smart phone. Packed full of information to make the best of your holiday starting from the moment you arrive. It tells you how to collect the keys, who will look after you during your stay and clear concise directions to Apartment Figo. Then it is packed full with details of the best restaurants, taxis and local amenities and activities.
And of course our managers are on hand to make sure you love your holiday more if you need any advice or tips on the local area they will be more than happy to help.

Booking your Holiday
To secure your holiday home with us, we ask for a deposit payment of 20% of the holiday price within 24 hours of the booking. As soon as that payment is made we will send an e mail asking for your full details and travel details.
30 days before your holiday starts we will send you a reminder e mail asking for the final payment for your holiday home.
Marslgarve LDA operates a Breakages insurance scheme for any accidental damages and breakages during your stay with us.
The non-refundable Damage Protection Fee of €10 per guest protects you from being charged for accidental property damage that may occur during your stay with us. Cover is up to the value of €500. All we ask is that you treat our homes with respect and should any accidental damage occur you inform us immediately by contacting us at email@example.com.

Tab 1 Euro bank details, this is for you to be able to make a bank transfer. This is not automated. Please use the bank details given within your bank account to make the transfer and send a confirmation slip giving the booking reference
Tab 2 Within our website we have a secure payment method for card payments. Please sue this tab if you wish to pay by card.

We set the arrival time at your holiday home to be any time after 1600. This is to allow us time to prepare the holiday home for you. We are extremely flexible in that we will try and prepare the holiday home to coincide with your flight arrival time. But we can not guarantee this will happen. We are also happy to allow you leave baggage at the holiday home whilst the property is being prepared allowing you to get the most out of your holiday.
We ask that you carefully read the holiday home manual we will send you before the start of your holiday, as this contains all the contact information of the Manager who will be meeting you and looking after you during your holiday.
Our Manager will be expecting a telephone call from you on arrival day. The Manager will only attend the property after that phone call in readiness to meet you. We do not have a reception and each guest is met personally. If we have more than one client at once arriving we will let you know and ask that maybe you give us a little time. Maybe pop for a coffee and we can call you when we are ready to meet you. Our Manager will like to spend some time with you explaining how appliances work in the holiday home and let you know about the local area and will be happy to answer any questions you might have.
We set the departure time at 1000. We ask for your departure details or plans once you leave us. This way we can schedule our holiday home preparation for the next guest just like we did for you. If we can offer a later stay during the winter months we will try and accommodate you. In the Summer months due to the high volume of guests we have to strictly adhere to the 1000 departure time at the latest.
Our "All important" Welcome Book
Before the start of your holiday we will send you our online Guest Welcome Book which is packed with everything you need to know about your holiday Home and the local area.
The book gives you all of the meeting arrangements, directions and how to get the keys.
We have tried to give you a real insight and help you to plan your holiday before you even arrive.
Our online Guest book is compatible with smart phones and tablets meaning you can take the guest book with you where ever you go to maximise your holiday experience.
During your holiday if you find places not in the book you would like to recommend to future guests please do let us know and we would love to add them to our book. The idea is to offer a great book that guests find useful.
Hampers and Mid Stay Cleans
Our properties are cleaned to an excellent standard and all items of any previous guest are removed. This includes all cooking items or hygiene products. This is to comply with Rental Licence and Covid rules for Portugal. As a self catering property we value your privacy and as such do not offer any cleaning service during your stay unless you request the extra paid service with us.
To provide the best service for our guests we do provide hand soap and a toilet roll per bathroom. The tap water in all of our properties is fit for human consumption.
We offer a selection of hampers at an extra fee and can be seen and chosen during or after the booking process.
Children and Babies
We can hire a variety of items for your holiday home. Please book any items your require during the booking process.
We have an arrangement with a superb local Bike Hire Company and can arrange for bicycles to be delivered to your holiday home either before your holiday starts or during you holiday. We can also arrange for the bikes to be collected. Please click on the link below choose your bikes and accessories, let us know via e mail and we will get it all booked for you.
We can take the stress out of car hire for you by booking in advance for you. We have chosen a small local Company to supply our hire cars. They will be at the Airport to meet you personally rather than you having to find a shuttle bus to the larger hire car Companies or waiting in huge queues with a horrible and impersonal service.
We can also arrange hire of scooters for you. They can be delivered at your holiday home and collects after your holiday is over.

We use a fantastic local Company, Sunline Transfers. The Company has built a super reliable and excellent Airport transfer service and we are proud to be connected with them.
Please ask for a quote and we will arrange the transfers via our Company login to their site. This means there will be no waiting around at the Airport as the driver will be in Arrivals waiting for you. There will be no trying the explain the location of your holiday home as the driver will already know where to go. The driver will even call our Managers in advance for you so they can be at the holiday home ready to meet you.
