Apartment Elena Lily is a tastefully furnished 2 bedroom ground floor apartment with a private terrace and direct access to the pool and gardens within the complex of Cabanas Beach Club.
Entry into the building is from a small and quiet street close to the promenade of Cabanas. Entry into the block is by way of a key or once inside the apartment an entry intercom facility can be used. A few steps from the lobby lead to the entrance door of the 2 bedroom ground floor apartment and a lift gives access to the underground garage and upper floors. Upon entering Apartment Elena Lily you are met with a very pleasant open plan living arrangement.
To the right of the front door is direct access to the galley style kitchen, the remainder of the space is made up with the fabulous open plan living and dining area. The furnishings are of a neutural colouring with complimenting light wood furniture giving a tranquil and delicate feel to the space.
A large brown leather sofa faces the television which is sat on a modern TV unit, a bucket style armchair with a foot stool makes this a relaxing place and to enjoy looking out on to the private terrace through the large sliding floor to ceiling windows.
Four modern upholstered dining chairs surround a square light wood dining table to the rear of the living space along side a matching sideboard, a great place to store those holiday items, books, magazines and games maybe?
The large sliding glass doors are a superb feature of the living space in this 2 bedroom apartment, these can be opened fully to give access to the lovely private terrace.
A wonderful and practical breakfast bar divides the kitchen from the living space and keeps a bright and light feel to the area along with providing a great social opportunity when the cook is at work!
The galley style kitchen is fitted with both wall and base units along one wall. A light marble worktop provides ample workspace for you to prepare meals. The cupboards are filled with all of the utensils and cookware you might need to create a great cooking experience using the wonderful local produce that the Algarve has to offer.
Well thought out, we have made sure that we have equipped the kitchen like any family home. You will find a great selection of pans, crockery, bowls, glasses, cutlery and more.
Fitted appliances include a full size fridge freezer, oven, gas hob with extractor over, dishwasher and a washing machine which is stored just by the kitchen door in small unit on the terrace. We have also supplied a kettle, toaster, microwave and capsule coffee machine.
A large glass sliding door leads from the kitchen onto the private terrace giving easy and direct access allowing our guests to enjoy al fresco dining.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
To the left of the front door in our 2 bedroom ground floor apartment with private terrace are the bedrooms. The master bedroom overlooks a quiet small street and is furnished with a matching furniture set to include a kingsize bed made up with crisp fresh white bed linen and finished with colourful cushions. Matching bedside units in a soft stone grey and natural pine offer space to store your favourite holiday read, each unit has a reading lamp. A door leads out onto a small balcony that overlooks the quiet street. This is a really nice spot for your morning coffee and maybe an hour in the lovely Algarve sunshine. The bedroom has a fitted wardrobe with easy sliding doors, air conditioning and really practical shutters over the door making for a fabulous cool dark bedroom.
The ensuite bathroom for the benefit of the master bedroom is decorated in neutral nut browns and glam mosaic tiles. The bathroom offers a white bathroom suite comprising of a superb full size bath, with shower over and a glass screen, a toilet, bidet and a basin that is set into a modern vanity cupboard with plenty of storage space for all those holiday toiletries and cosmetics.
The twin bedroom in our stunning 2 bedroom apartment with a private terrace also overlooks the quiet street and offers 2 large single beds. It is decorated in vibrant blues and delicate beige colours giving a nautical feel to the bedroom. The small balcony offers that relaxing morning coffee spot. Again this room has the wonderful features of fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and shutters to the glass door.
The bathroom is adjacent to the twin bedroom and is fitted with a stylish shower cubicle, toilet and basin with a fabulous wall mounted mirror.
A wonderful feature of this 2 bedroom apartment with a terrace is the enclosed terrace at the front of the apartment that overlooks the gardens and the Cabanas Beach Club complex. From both the living area and the kitchen, sliding glass doors lead out on to the terrace which is laid to stone tiles and is surrounded by a small wall with an abundance of plants to add colour and interest to the space. A gate gives access to the pool area and centre of the holiday complex with ease and enables you to use facilities of the complex whilst retaining privacy being that little bit set back.
On the terrace is a glass topped dining table and chairs along with a parasol making this a great al fresco drinking and dining space. We also have provided some sun loungers to soak up those wonderful Algarve sunshine.
Each bedroom has use of
a small balcony which overlook the quiet street and over the the
hills behind Cabanas. They both make an
enjoyable place to wake up to the day as the sun rises or
perhaps a night cap, looking up to the stars in the clear
Communal Spaces, Gardens and Swimming pool
Our 2 bedroom apartment with a private terrace is nestled within the very popular Cabanas Beach Club. Located just one street from the sea front and promenade, the complex is in a fantastic location at Cabanas de Tavira. Close to the beach, cafes, restaurants and shops but also within easy reach of the bus stops and train station.
The facilities of Cabanas Beach Club are a little more than most holiday complexes. The swimming pool is a great size and is perfect for young and older swimmers, with easy steps into the pool. Surrounding the pool are terraces set with terracotta Santa Catarina tiles and plenty of sun loungers for everyone to enjoy.
Cabanas Beach Club is completely enclosed and can only accessed by residents and guests with keys or by the intercom system. There are various gates surrounding the complex giving access when needed. Down the centre of the complex are wonderful relaxing gardens with small cobbled paths intertwined to enjoy the shrubs and flowers of the gardens.
Set underneath the complex is a large garage and Apartment Elena Lily has its own allocated parking space.
Our favourite part of this holiday home is the lovely and calm terrace. Being a corner apartment this terrace is slightly larger and enjoys a quiet setting within the complex.
This fantastic 2 bedroom
apartment with a terrace is on the ground floor which means it is
really easy to access the pool areas and enjoy the gardens.
Facilities include super air condoning units in each room that can
supply a refreshing cool atmosphere in the hot summer months along
with with a warm cosy atmosphere in the cooler winter months. This feature alone
makes Apartment Elena Lily a really great choice all year

Booking your Holiday
To secure your holiday home with us, we ask for a deposit payment of 20% of the holiday price within 24 hours of the booking. As soon as that payment is made we will send an e mail asking for your full details and travel details.
30 days before your holiday starts we will send you a reminder e mail asking for the final payment for your holiday home.
Marslgarve LDA operates a Breakages insurance scheme for any accidental damages and breakages during your stay with us.
The non-refundable Damage Protection Fee of €10 per guest protects you from being charged for accidental property damage that may occur during your stay with us. Cover is up to the value of €500. All we ask is that you treat our homes with respect and should any accidental damage occur you inform us immediately by contacting us at email@example.com.

Tab 1 Euro bank details, this is for you to be able to make a bank transfer. This is not automated. Please use the bank details given within your bank account to make the transfer and send a confirmation slip giving the booking reference
Tab 2 Within our website we have a secure payment method for card payments. Please sue this tab if you wish to pay by card.

We set the arrival time at your holiday home to be any time after 1600. This is to allow us time to prepare the holiday home for you. We are extremely flexible in that we will try and prepare the holiday home to coincide with your flight arrival time. But we can not guarantee this will happen. We are also happy to allow you leave baggage at the holiday home whilst the property is being prepared allowing you to get the most out of your holiday.
We ask that you carefully read the holiday home manual we will send you before the start of your holiday, as this contains all the contact information of the Manager who will be meeting you and looking after you during your holiday.
Our Manager will be expecting a telephone call from you on arrival day. The Manager will only attend the property after that phone call in readiness to meet you. We do not have a reception and each guest is met personally. If we have more than one client at once arriving we will let you know and ask that maybe you give us a little time. Maybe pop for a coffee and we can call you when we are ready to meet you. Our Manager will like to spend some time with you explaining how appliances work in the holiday home and let you know about the local area and will be happy to answer any questions you might have.
We set the departure time at 1000. We ask for your departure details or plans once you leave us. This way we can schedule our holiday home preparation for the next guest just like we did for you. If we can offer a later stay during the winter months we will try and accommodate you. In the Summer months due to the high volume of guests we have to strictly adhere to the 1000 departure time at the latest.
Our "All important" Welcome Book
Before the start of your holiday we will send you our online Guest Welcome Book which is packed with everything you need to know about your holiday Home and the local area.
The book gives you all of the meeting arrangements, directions and how to get the keys.
We have tried to give you a real insight and help you to plan your holiday before you even arrive.
Our online Guest book is compatible with smart phones and tablets meaning you can take the guest book with you where ever you go to maximise your holiday experience.
During your holiday if you find places not in the book you would like to recommend to future guests please do let us know and we would love to add them to our book. The idea is to offer a great book that guests find useful.
Hampers and Mid Stay Cleans
Our properties are cleaned to an excellent standard and all items of any previous guest are removed. This includes all cooking items or hygiene products. This is to comply with Rental Licence and Covid rules for Portugal. As a self catering property we value your privacy and as such do not offer any cleaning service during your stay unless you request the extra paid service with us.
To provide the best service for our guests we do provide hand soap and a toilet roll per bathroom. The tap water in all of our properties is fit for human consumption.
We offer a selection of hampers at an extra fee and can be seen and chosen during or after the booking process.
Children and Babies
We can hire a variety of items for your holiday home. Please book any items your require during the booking process.
We have an arrangement with a superb local Bike Hire Company and can arrange for bicycles to be delivered to your holiday home either before your holiday starts or during you holiday. We can also arrange for the bikes to be collected. Please click on the link below choose your bikes and accessories, let us know via e mail and we will get it all booked for you.
We can take the stress out of car hire for you by booking in advance for you. We have chosen a small local Company to supply our hire cars. They will be at the Airport to meet you personally rather than you having to find a shuttle bus to the larger hire car Companies or waiting in huge queues with a horrible and impersonal service.
We can also arrange hire of scooters for you. They can be delivered at your holiday home and collects after your holiday is over.

We use a fantastic local Company, Sunline Transfers. The Company has built a super reliable and excellent Airport transfer service and we are proud to be connected with them.
Please ask for a quote and we will arrange the transfers via our Company login to their site. This means there will be no waiting around at the Airport as the driver will be in Arrivals waiting for you. There will be no trying the explain the location of your holiday home as the driver will already know where to go. The driver will even call our Managers in advance for you so they can be at the holiday home ready to meet you.
