Apartment Dali is a distinctive penthouse with 2 bedrooms based within the popular Cabanas Beach Club. The penthouse is owned by an artist and his imagination and talent filters through into the style of this beautiful apartment. This truly is a favourite within the Marsalgarve portfolio.
The front door to the building for Apartment Dali is accessed from the small and quiet cobbled lane. Excellent lighting in the lane and on the building offer great security and comfort. The secured door can only be unlocked with a key or use of the intercom system from within the penthouse. Apartment Dali is on the top floor and is accessed by either stairs or a lift to the upper floors. The front door is solid wood with a deadlock and intercom and opens into the wonderful space that is Apartment Dali.
Our penthouse apartment with 2 bedrooms has an open plan layout and offers ample space and light to enjoy. Set in the centre of the living room are 2 large comfortable ivory coloured fabric sofas set around a renovated wonderful old chest in blue with a dark wood lid which offers a fabulous and most unusual coffee table. In contrast a modern white gloss TV unit offers storage space with a wall mounted large flat screen television mounted above. The TV offers a selection of European channels to watch. Set against the wall is a wonderful antique, free standing wardrobe that has been brought back to life with a splash of fresh white paint. On the wall are samples of the owners work depicting how beautiful the Algarve really is.
The living space in this 2 bedroom penthouse is just great and the vaulted ceiling adds a unique feature to the room along with ambient lighting. Huge sliding glass doors lead out to an amazing terrace space and let in the wonderful Algarve weather that any artist would love.
A practical breakfast bar divides the kitchen from the living space and a selection of various coloured tall stools on both sides of the bar make this a great space to eat or simply chat with the cook at work over a chilled glass of wine.
Striped curtains dress the lounge windows to give a vibrant feel to the space. The shutters are a great practical feature to this 2 bedroom penthouse apartment. They offer both security along with the ability to keep the area cool in the hot summer months. Modern integral air conditioning units offer either a cooling or warming facility and the all important internet and wifi makes sure you stay in touch with friends and family whilst on your holiday or maybe a longer stay with us.
The kitchen in this penthouse with 2 bedrooms is well designed and features both wall and base units offering plenty of space for all the cooking equipment, crockery and cutlery that we have provided. We have treated the kitchen as if it were a family space and equipped it exceptionally well for a holiday home. In addition to cooking utensils, the kitchen offers a full size fitted electric oven, gas hob with extractor fan in smart chrome. You will also find a full size fitted fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The light coloured speckled marble work top offers plenty of space for food preparation. Here you will also find a coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
A glass door leads on to the private terrace, under the steps leading to the roof terrace is where the BBQ is located. To the side of the glass door the wall is tiled with antique stylel Portuguese tiles and adds a vibrant contrast to the otherwise plain space. Again little reminders of the owners profession.
Bedroom and Bathrooms
The master bedroom, located at the back of the penthouse and overlooking the cobbled lane, benefits from an en suite bathroom. The bedroom has a nice kingsize bed made up with crisp white cotton sheets and two bedside tables. A latte coloured sumptuous eiderdown adds colour and practicality when needed. The walls are adorned with pictures and photographs of the Algarve.
A fitted wardrobe with sliding doors gives that all important storage space and the air conditioning adds warm or cool air depending on the time of year. A double doors lead on to a small balcony providing a great spot to enjoy a morning coffee whilst watching the sun rise.
The en suite bathroom is smartly decorated in neutral coloured tiles, some mosaic giving a touch of glam to the bathroom. It offers excellent features including a full size bath and overhead shower, glass shower screen, bidet and basin set into a floating vanity cupboard offering plenty fo space to store toiletries and cosmetics.
The second bedroom is laid out with two single beds also made up with crisp white linen and those wonderful warm eiderdowns. The bedroom also offers a fitted wardrobe with sliding doors, an air conditioning unit and a door onto another small balcony overlooking the lane. Both of the external doors in the bedrooms have shutters and these are simply fabulous for that holiday lay in by keeping the bedrooms dark and cool.
The second bathroom is fitted with a shower cubicle, toilet and basin with a mirror overhead and once again displays the glam mosaic tiles.
These spaces are what makes the penthouses such great holiday homes. They offer that extra dimension to your holiday and really give you the opportunity to enjoy the Algarve climate and sunshine all year around.
Leading from either the living room via huge sliding windows or the kitchen you gain access to a super private terrace with plenty of space. Beside the living room is a bench set into the decorative tiled wall, a great place to sit and enjoy a book or the morning paper.
This terrace is perfect for al fresco living and bearing that in mind you will find an outdoor dining table and 4 chairs. There is also a modern metal bench. To finish the space there is also a retractable shade overhead in bright yellow and white. Simply perfect to offer shade from the hot mid day sun making this terrace perfect all day.
Wrought iron steps from the terrace lead to a fabulous roof terrace meaning the space and pleasure of this penthouse with 2 bedrooms just goes on and on!
Up here you will find a fantastic area with an outside sofa and matching tables along with sun loungers allowing you to completely relax and soak up the wonderful Algarve summer sunshine.
Communal Spaces, Gardens and Swimming Pool
Cabanas Beach Club is a popular complex as it is located quite close to the seafront. It is totally private and secure and just for residents to enjoy. At one end of the complex is a large swimming pool set within terraces made of traditional terracotta Santa Catarina tiles. Sun beds are surrounding the pool and are shared by residents. The pool is a great space for any body as it offers very easy access at one end with gentle steps and a deeper end at the other for the swimmers.
The remainder of the centre of the complex is laid to peaceful gardens, lawns and flower beds with small tractional calcada paths winding though. Our penthouse with 2 bedrooms overlooks the gardens, so is set back a little from the pool area and perfect for those who wish to seek a little more peace and tranquility.

Apartment Dali is a fantastic penthouse with 2 bedrooms that are spacious and modern. The added bonus of this fantastic holiday home are the balconies and terraces furnished extremely well so you can take full advantage of the ambient weather the East Algarve has to offer.
All modern necessities have been thought of and this penthouse offers excellent internet and wifi and air conditioning. The location means there is no need for a car but if you do choose to hire one then you have underground, secure allocated parking available.

Booking your Holiday
To secure your holiday home with us, we ask for a deposit payment of 20% of the holiday price within 24 hours of the booking. As soon as that payment is made we will send an e mail asking for your full details and travel details.
30 days before your holiday starts we will send you a reminder e mail asking for the final payment for your holiday home.
Marslgarve LDA operates a Breakages insurance scheme for any accidental damages and breakages during your stay with us.
The non-refundable Damage Protection Fee of €10 per guest protects you from being charged for accidental property damage that may occur during your stay with us. Cover is up to the value of €500. All we ask is that you treat our homes with respect and should any accidental damage occur you inform us immediately by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Tab 1 Euro bank details, this is for you to be able to make a bank transfer. This is not automated. Please use the bank details given within your bank account to make the transfer and send a confirmation slip giving the booking reference

We set the arrival time at your holiday home to be any time after 1600. This is to allow us time to prepare the holiday home for you. We are extremely flexible in that we will try and prepare the holiday home to coincide with your flight arrival time. But we can not guarantee this will happen. We are also happy to allow you leave baggage at the holiday home whilst the property is being prepared allowing you to get the most out of your holiday.
We ask that you carefully read the holiday home manual we will send you before the start of your holiday, as this contains all the contact information of the Manager who will be meeting you and looking after you during your holiday.
Our Manager will be expecting a telephone call from you on arrival day. The Manager will only attend the property after that phone call in readiness to meet you. We do not have a reception and each guest is met personally. If we have more than one client at once arriving we will let you know and ask that maybe you give us a little time. Maybe pop for a coffee and we can call you when we are ready to meet you. Our Manager will like to spend some time with you explaining how appliances work in the holiday home and let you know about the local area and will be happy to answer any questions you might have.
We set the departure time at 1000. We ask for your departure details or plans once you leave us. This way we can schedule our holiday home preparation for the next guest just like we did for you. If we can offer a later stay during the winter months we will try and accommodate you. In the Summer months due to the high volume of guests we have to strictly adhere to the 1000 departure time at the latest.
Our "All important" Welcome Book
Before the start of your holiday we will send you our online Guest Welcome Book which is packed with everything you need to know about your holiday Home and the local area.
The book gives you all of the meeting arrangements, directions and how to get the keys.
We have tried to give you a real insight and help you to plan your holiday before you even arrive.
Our online Guest book is compatible with smart phones and tablets meaning you can take the guest book with you where ever you go to maximise your holiday experience.
During your holiday if you find places not in the book you would like to recommend to future guests please do let us know and we would love to add them to our book. The idea is to offer a great book that guests find useful.
Hampers and Mid Stay Cleans
Our properties are cleaned to an excellent standard and all items of any previous guest are removed. This includes all cooking items or hygiene products. This is to comply with Rental Licence and Covid rules for Portugal. As a self catering property we value your privacy and as such do not offer any cleaning service during your stay unless you request the extra paid service with us.
To provide the best service for our guests we do provide hand soap and a toilet roll per bathroom. The tap water in all of our properties is fit for human consumption.
We offer a selection of hampers at an extra fee and can be seen and chosen during or after the booking process.
Children and Babies
We can hire a variety of items for your holiday home. Please book any items your require during the booking process.
We have an arrangement with a superb local Bike Hire Company and can arrange for bicycles to be delivered to your holiday home either before your holiday starts or during you holiday. We can also arrange for the bikes to be collected. Please click on the link below choose your bikes and accessories, let us know via e mail and we will get it all booked for you.
We can take the stress out of car hire for you by booking in advance for you. We have chosen a small local Company to supply our hire cars. They will be at the Airport to meet you personally rather than you having to find a shuttle bus to the larger hire car Companies or waiting in huge queues with a horrible and impersonal service.
We can also arrange hire of scooters for you. They can be delivered at your holiday home and collects after your holiday is over.

We use a fantastic local Company, Sunline Transfers. The Company has built a super reliable and excellent Airport transfer service and we are proud to be connected with them.
Please ask for a quote and we will arrange the transfers via our Company login to their site. This means there will be no waiting around at the Airport as the driver will be in Arrivals waiting for you. There will be no trying the explain the location of your holiday home as the driver will already know where to go. The driver will even call our Managers in advance for you so they can be at the holiday home ready to meet you.
