Apartment Casa O Mar is an attractive 1 bedroom apartment with a fabulous terrace occupying a corner plot. From the terrace the sea views are just breath taking. The apartment offers spacious living accommodation and many great facilities to include access to a shared swimming pool, gardens and terraces, a designated car parking space, fast internet service, air conditioning and modern, comfortable furnishings throughout.
Located at the top of the Cabanas Beach Club Complex and on a quiet road, Apartment Casa O Mar occupies a great spot. The main entrance to the building offers access to 5 other apartments within the block and can be accessed by either stairs or the lift.
Located on the top floor along with only one other apartment, the front door to Apartment Casa O Mar opens up into a light and relaxed open plan area.
Our super 1 bedroom penthouse offers more space than expected and the living room is spacious enough to offer two comfortable two seater sofas surrounding a large flat screen smart television with a selection of European channels to enjoy.
One of the best features of this 1 bedroom penthouse are the large sliding windows that lead from the living space on to a huge private balcony in turn giving a really open and bright feel to the space.
A wonderful vaulted ceiling really accentuates the space on offer and gives the look of style and luxury to the living room. A practical breakfast bar divides the kitchen from the living space but keeps the open plan feel meaning the cook can still socialise with everyone!
By the kitchen door is a nice large light pine dining table and 4 matching leather style high backed dining chairs. This space has been well thought out for our guests and offers really lovely enjoyable living for a holiday home.
Our 1 bedroom penthouse has an excellent and well equipped kitchen space. We know how guests enjoy sampling the local delights and trying out their cooking skills. To this end we have made sure we have fully equipped the kitchen ready for your use. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of storage. In the cupboards you will find a great selection of cups, glasses, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. We have also added plenty of saucepans and serving dishes.
The appliances are modern and mostly fitted to include a full size fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and a washing machine which is just out on the terrace. The hob is fitted into a sleek and practical marble worktop with the chrome look extractor fan above and the fitted electric oven below. On the worktop you will find a capsule coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
Bedroom and Bathroom
To the left of the front door a small hall leads to the bedroom overlooking the street. The bedroom is spacious and offers a huge kingsize natural wood bed made up with fresh white cotton linen and decorated with bright cushions and a throw. Along one wall are fitted wardrobes with light wood sliding doors, you will be amazed at the space you have to store your holiday clothes and items.
A door leads on to a small private balcony, just perfect for a morning coffee and watching the buzz of morning activity below. The bedroom is also equipped with an efficient air conditioning unit set on the wall. It offers both cooling and heating facilities. This is why our 1 bedroom penthouse apartment makes a great all year round holiday choice.
Adjacent to the bedroom is the bathroom, beautifully styled with miniature mosaic tiles in a modern grey, brown and cream theme. Complimenting this is a white bathroom suite offering a full size bath and overhead shower, along with a toilet and bidet. The basin is set into a vanity unit which offers plenty of storage space with wall mounted mirror above.

From the living room huge sliding French windows can be fully opened to give the feeling that the private balcony becomes part of the living area. We have added an outside table and chairs along with a parasol. The balcony overlooks the Cabanas Beach Club complex and swimming pool. Being an end plot it really is a nice private place to relax.
Iron steps lead up to a wonderful secret roof terrace, simply perfect for chilling, sun-bathing and maybe a little read of that holiday novel? We have added a couple of sun loungers to help you relax. The views extedning over the Cabanas rooftops are stunning and beyond lies the sea.
The bedroom has a small balcony, a perfect spot to watch the sun rise and wake to the day.
Communal Spaces, Gardens and Swimming Pool
This great 1 bedroom penthouse apartment is part of a very popular complex due to its close proximity to the sea front, beach, shops, cafes and restaurants. It also caters for most needs. The shared swimming pool offers cool enjoyment for children and adults alike with a gentle shelving floor from shallow to deep. Surrounding the pool are sun loungers for guests to share and the rest of the centre of Cabanas Beach Club is laid to lovely little cobbled paths, lawns and pretty flower beds.

Booking your Holiday
To secure your holiday home with us, we ask for a deposit payment of 20% of the holiday price within 24 hours of the booking. As soon as that payment is made we will send an e mail asking for your full details and travel details.
30 days before your holiday starts we will send you a reminder e mail asking for the final payment for your holiday home.
Marslgarve LDA operates a Breakages insurance scheme for any accidental damages and breakages during your stay with us.
The non-refundable Damage Protection Fee of €10 per guest protects you from being charged for accidental property damage that may occur during your stay with us. Cover is up to the value of €500. All we ask is that you treat our homes with respect and should any accidental damage occur you inform us immediately by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

We set the arrival time at your holiday home to be any time after 1600. This is to allow us time to prepare the holiday home for you. We are extremely flexible in that we will try and prepare the holiday home to coincide with your flight arrival time. But we can not guarantee this will happen. We are also happy to allow you leave baggage at the holiday home whilst the property is being prepared allowing you to get the most out of your holiday.
We ask that you carefully read the holiday home manual we will send you before the start of your holiday, as this contains all the contact information of the Manager who will be meeting you and looking after you during your holiday.
Our Manager will be expecting a telephone call from you on arrival day. The Manager will only attend the property after that phone call in readiness to meet you. We do not have a reception and each guest is met personally. If we have more than one client at once arriving we will let you know and ask that maybe you give us a little time. Maybe pop for a coffee and we can call you when we are ready to meet you. Our Manager will like to spend some time with you explaining how appliances work in the holiday home and let you know about the local area and will be happy to answer any questions you might have.
We set the departure time at 1000. We ask for your departure details or plans once you leave us. This way we can schedule our holiday home preparation for the next guest just like we did for you. If we can offer a later stay during the winter months we will try and accommodate you. In the Summer months due to the high volume of guests we have to strictly adhere to the 1000 departure time at the latest.
Our "All important" Welcome Book
Before the start of your holiday we will send you our online Guest Welcome Book which is packed with everything you need to know about your holiday Home and the local area.
The book gives you all of the meeting arrangements, directions and how to get the keys.
We have tried to give you a real insight and help you to plan your holiday before you even arrive.
Our online Guest book is compatible with smart phones and tablets meaning you can take the guest book with you where ever you go to maximise your holiday experience.
During your holiday if you find places not in the book you would like to recommend to future guests please do let us know and we would love to add them to our book. The idea is to offer a great book that guests find useful.
Hampers and Mid Stay Cleans
Our properties are cleaned to an excellent standard and all items of any previous guest are removed. This includes all cooking items or hygiene products. This is to comply with Rental Licence and Covid rules for Portugal. As a self catering property we value your privacy and as such do not offer any cleaning service during your stay unless you request the extra paid service with us.
To provide the best service for our guests we do provide hand soap and a toilet roll per bathroom. The tap water in all of our properties is fit for human consumption.
We offer a selection of hampers at an extra fee and can be seen and chosen during or after the booking process.
Children and Babies
We can hire a variety of items for your holiday home. Please book any items your require during the booking process.
We have an arrangement with a superb local Bike Hire Company and can arrange for bicycles to be delivered to your holiday home either before your holiday starts or during you holiday. We can also arrange for the bikes to be collected. Please click on the link below choose your bikes and accessories, let us know via e mail and we will get it all booked for you.
We can take the stress out of car hire for you by booking in advance for you. We have chosen a small local Company to supply our hire cars. They will be at the Airport to meet you personally rather than you having to find a shuttle bus to the larger hire car Companies or waiting in huge queues with a horrible and impersonal service.
We can also arrange hire of scooters for you. They can be delivered at your holiday home and collects after your holiday is over.

We use a fantastic local Company, Sunline Transfers. The Company has built a super reliable and excellent Airport transfer service and we are proud to be connected with them.
Please ask for a quote and we will arrange the transfers via our Company login to their site. This means there will be no waiting around at the Airport as the driver will be in Arrivals waiting for you. There will be no trying the explain the location of your holiday home as the driver will already know where to go. The driver will even call our Managers in advance for you so they can be at the holiday home ready to meet you.
