Apartment Casa da Praia is a fantastic 2 bedroom ground level apartment nestled on a very popular holiday complex within Cabanas de Tavira. It offers modern and comfortable holiday living at any time of the year. Located just one block back from the seafront it has the added advantage of being perfectly located in the village centre.
Each apartment is located within a low level block of 6 apartments. Access to the foyer is via a locked door accessed only by a key or intercom system. Our 2 bedroom ground level apartment has only 6 steps to climb to reach the front door. There are stairs and a lift to the upper floors. The lift also gives access to the garage and swimming pool areas. A solid wooden door secures our 2 bedroom ground level apartment and again has a key or intercom access.
From the front door a decorative wooden lattice panel marks the division between the living areas and sleeping areas. Heading to the left of the 2 bedroom ground level apartment you will find the spacious, bright and open plan living space. Along the front wall of the 2 bedroom ground level apartment are huge floor to ceiling sliding windows that let in an abundance of light and the wonderful Algarve air. The windows are dressed with smart delicate burnt orange voile curtains and shutters on each window which offer a great practical addition to your stay. Each sliding door leads on to a pleasant private terrace, a simply perfect place to sit and enjoy some holiday down time.
The living space in our 2 bedroom ground level apartment is furnished to a high standard and offers all you would want in your own home. A large sofa gives a comfortable place to relax or watch television. We have a flat screen TV with a mix of European channels to enjoy.
A perfectly placed dining table and 4 chairs in a light and modern wood make the perfect place to enjoy home cooking on those days where relaxing at home or by the pool is in order. A breakfast bar divides the kitchen from the living space making it a very sociable area.
The open plan space is fitted with a modern air conditioning unit offering a great way to cool the place in the hot summer months. In the winter it can be used to provide cosy warm air too. The internet router is placed by the television and offers strong wifi throughout this perfect 2 bedroom ground floor apartment.
To the left of the front door and with a direct access to the private terrace is the kitchen. A useful, well designed and equipped space perfect for your holiday home needs . Along one wall is a selection of fitted units which are filled with various articles for kitchen and dining. We supply a good selection of cooking pots and pans, frying pans, serving dishes, salad bowls, utensils, crockery, glasses and cutlery.
In the kitchen you will find a good size fridge freezer, fitted electric oven and gas hob, dishwasher and microwave. On the terrace near the kitchen is a washing machine and on the marble work surface there is a kettle, toaster and a capsule coffee machine to enjoy.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
All the bedrooms and bathrooms are laid to the right of the front door and overlook a quiet street.
The master bedroom is fitted with a king size bed positioned in the centre of the room. Matching bedroom furniture compliments the room with a light wood headboard and matching bedside unitsevening and lamps on each for some gentle light. A small balcony is accessed by a glass door and makes for a pleasant place to enjoy a morning coffee.
As you enter the bedroom a door leads to the ensuite bathroom. It is styled with warm cream tiles and mosaic glam tiles. The suite is white ceramic and offers a full size bath with overhead shower, toilet and bidet. The basin is set into a wooden vanity unit with plenty of storage space below and a wonderful large mirror overhead.
Next to the master suite is the second bedroom laid out with 2 matching single beds and a bedside cabinet set in the centre with a lamp for some light bedtime reading maybe? This bedroom also has a door leading to a small balcony to enjoy the outside.
Both bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning devices and spacious fitted wardrobes with easy sliding doors. The doors to the balconies are fitted with shutters.
The second bathroom is also stylishly decorated and boasts a white suite with a basin, toilet and shower cubicle. This basin is also set into a matching vanity unit and a large wall mounted mirror.
Apartment Casa da Praia is a perfect holiday apartment. From the living space the wall to ceiling sliding french windows lead out on to an amazing private terrace, slightly enclosed, it is a great spot to relax at any time of the year. Do not just consider your summer holidays but how about a golf trip or make it the perfect base for walking, cycling or even maybe some birdwatching. On the terrace there is an outside dining table and 4 chairs, a kettle bbq and some deck chairs. A door from the kitchen also leads on to the terrace so all round great access to the terrace to enjoy the space. By the kitchen door is also a washing machine.
The terrace is enclosed with a small wall and gate that leads to the communal area of Cabanas Beach Club. Here is access to the swimming pool and gardens of the complex.
Each bedroom has the added extra of a small balcony that overlooks a very quiet street. They are both lovely places to sit and enjoy a quiet morning coffee and drink in the relaxing Algarve atmosphere.
Communal Spaces, Gardens and Swimming Pool
This 2 bedroom ground level apartment is set on the complex of Cabanas Beach Club, nice and close to the pool but set a little back to give privacy.
The large swimming pool has a shallow part at one end and easy roman steps to access the pool. The far end is deeper and great for the serious swimmers. Surrounding the pool are terraces laid to Santa Catarina tiles and the condo Company have placed a selection of sun loungers and parasols for guests to use.
Along the centre of Cabanas Beach Club is laid to cobbled paths, lawned gardens and shrubs local to the Algarve including beautiful hibiscus bushes.
Around the outside of the complex are doors to allowing access via coded locks and 2 entrances with gates used by remote controls to enter the secure underground car park. Casa da Praia has its own designated parking space.

The complex is just one block behind the sea front and offers a great holiday base. There is no need to hire a car as there are great transport links, including a local train station. Cabanas is packed with great places to eat and drink. There are also plenty of shops and supermarkets.
The boats for the beach are an easy walk along the sea front and the beach offers miles of golden sand.

Booking your Holiday
To secure your holiday home with us, we ask for a deposit payment of 20% of the holiday price within 24 hours of the booking. As soon as that payment is made we will send an e mail asking for your full details and travel details.
30 days before your holiday starts we will send you a reminder e mail asking for the final payment for your holiday home.
Marslgarve LDA operates a Breakages insurance scheme for any accidental damages and breakages during your stay with us.
The non-refundable Damage Protection Fee of €10 per guest protects you from being charged for accidental property damage that may occur during your stay with us. Cover is up to the value of €500. All we ask is that you treat our homes with respect and should any accidental damage occur you inform us immediately by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Tab 1 Euro bank details, this is for you to be able to make a bank transfer. This is not automated. Please use the bank details given within your bank account to make the transfer and send a confirmation slip giving the booking reference

We set the arrival time at your holiday home to be any time after 1600. This is to allow us time to prepare the holiday home for you. We are extremely flexible in that we will try and prepare the holiday home to coincide with your flight arrival time. But we can not guarantee this will happen. We are also happy to allow you leave baggage at the holiday home whilst the property is being prepared allowing you to get the most out of your holiday.
We ask that you carefully read the holiday home manual we will send you before the start of your holiday, as this contains all the contact information of the Manager who will be meeting you and looking after you during your holiday.
Our Manager will be expecting a telephone call from you on arrival day. The Manager will only attend the property after that phone call in readiness to meet you. We do not have a reception and each guest is met personally. If we have more than one client at once arriving we will let you know and ask that maybe you give us a little time. Maybe pop for a coffee and we can call you when we are ready to meet you. Our Manager will like to spend some time with you explaining how appliances work in the holiday home and let you know about the local area and will be happy to answer any questions you might have.
We set the departure time at 1000. We ask for your departure details or plans once you leave us. This way we can schedule our holiday home preparation for the next guest just like we did for you. If we can offer a later stay during the winter months we will try and accommodate you. In the Summer months due to the high volume of guests we have to strictly adhere to the 1000 departure time at the latest.
Our "All important" Welcome Book
Before the start of your holiday we will send you our online Guest Welcome Book which is packed with everything you need to know about your holiday Home and the local area.
The book gives you all of the meeting arrangements, directions and how to get the keys.
We have tried to give you a real insight and help you to plan your holiday before you even arrive.
Our online Guest book is compatible with smart phones and tablets meaning you can take the guest book with you where ever you go to maximise your holiday experience.
During your holiday if you find places not in the book you would like to recommend to future guests please do let us know and we would love to add them to our book. The idea is to offer a great book that guests find useful.
Hampers and Mid Stay Cleans
Our properties are cleaned to an excellent standard and all items of any previous guest are removed. This includes all cooking items or hygiene products. This is to comply with Rental Licence and Covid rules for Portugal. As a self catering property we value your privacy and as such do not offer any cleaning service during your stay unless you request the extra paid service with us.
To provide the best service for our guests we do provide hand soap and a toilet roll per bathroom. The tap water in all of our properties is fit for human consumption.
We offer a selection of hampers at an extra fee and can be seen and chosen during or after the booking process.
Children and Babies
We can hire a variety of items for your holiday home. Please book any items your require during the booking process.
We have an arrangement with a superb local Bike Hire Company and can arrange for bicycles to be delivered to your holiday home either before your holiday starts or during you holiday. We can also arrange for the bikes to be collected. Please click on the link below choose your bikes and accessories, let us know via e mail and we will get it all booked for you.
We can take the stress out of car hire for you by booking in advance for you. We have chosen a small local Company to supply our hire cars. They will be at the Airport to meet you personally rather than you having to find a shuttle bus to the larger hire car Companies or waiting in huge queues with a horrible and impersonal service.
We can also arrange hire of scooters for you. They can be delivered at your holiday home and collects after your holiday is over.

We use a fantastic local Company, Sunline Transfers. The Company has built a super reliable and excellent Airport transfer service and we are proud to be connected with them.
Please ask for a quote and we will arrange the transfers via our Company login to their site. This means there will be no waiting around at the Airport as the driver will be in Arrivals waiting for you. There will be no trying the explain the location of your holiday home as the driver will already know where to go. The driver will even call our Managers in advance for you so they can be at the holiday home ready to meet you.
