Description

Hampers and Mid Stay Cleans Our properties are cleaned to an excellent standard and all items of any previous guest are removed. This includes all cooking items or hygiene products. This is to comply with Rental Licence and Covid rules for Portugal. As a self catering property we value your privacy and as such do not offer any cleaning service during your stay unless you request the extra paid service with us. To provide the best service for our guests we do provide hand soap and a toilet roll per bathroom. The tap water in all of our properties is fit for human consumption. We offer a selection of hampers at an extra fee and can be seen and chosen during or after the booking process.
Apartment Adare is a fabulous 2 bedroom penthouse apartment with views to the sea from the private roof terrace. It offers excellent modern facilities to include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, en suite bathroom, BBQ and electric shutters on all windows.

Apartment Adare is a fabulous 2 bedroom penthouse that has been recently furnished to an excellent and high standard. It is situated within the very popular Cabanas Beach Club Resort. This penthouse is situated on the Rua Das Pescadores side of the complex.

Entrance

Entry to the block of 6 apartments is via a front door that is operated by intercom system. A few steps need to be climbed and then there is a choice of lift or stairs to the penthouse which is situated on the top floor.

The penthouse is to the right on the landing and there is access to only one other apartment at this floor. A solid front door with a triple locking system allows access to the penthouse that opens up into a small hallway style entrance with a decorative wooden panel to divide the superb, spacious and light living area from the bedrooms.

Living Space

The living area is open plan with a wonderful vaulted ceiling and ambient lighting. A stylish dining table can seat up to 6 people. The large comfortable sofa and two matching chairs surround a television offering European channels and Netflix. Air conditioning offers some cool comfort in the summer and can provide heating during the winter months. The living area is very spacious and light giving a cool summer holiday feel and is furnished in a very light and radiant summer theme. Huge, sliding french windows give the main access to the private balcony which can also be accessed from the kitchen. From the balcony there are stairs leading up to the roof terrace. The wonderful large windows mean you can bring the Algarve sunshine into the living space and really open up the apartment and use it to its full potential.

Between the kitchen and living room is a large breakfast bar style opening making this penthouse a very sociable family or friends base.

Kitchen

To the left of the front door is access to a galley style kitchen that can be closed off with an internal door. The work space and all kitchen units are situated along one wall to the left as you enter the kitchen. You will find a full size fridge freezer, gas hob, electric oven and a full size dishwasher. There is plenty or cupboard storage both at ground height and wall mounted above the marble work tops giving plenty of space. A drawer unit contains cooking utensils, tea towels, cutlery and various kitchen other items for your use. The cupboards also contain a variety of cooking pots, glasses, coffee and tea cups, crockery and other useful kitchen utensils. Other exceptionally useful objects include a microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster perfect for creating morning breakfasts to be eaten whilst the Algarve sun rises on the terraces. At the end of the kitchen are french windows giving access to the private terrace. To the left is a unit which houses a washing machine along with some cleaning equipment. To the right opens out onto the spacious private terrace. 

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Back to the front door and to the right the first room is a shared bathroom for the twin bedroom. The bathroom offers a shower cubicle, basin set into a vanity unit with a over head large mirror, toilet and bidet.

Next is the twin bedroom that offers two good size, comfortable single beds. The room is furnished in a light and pleasant seaside holiday theme. Large built in wardrobes offer plenty of storage. A bedside table is set between the beds and has drawers and a night lamp.

French doors give access to a bijou terrace. Full shutters give the room a blackout feel at night and added security along with the option to keep them closed during the day when you are sightseeing or at the beach making the apartment nice and cool upon your return. The bedroom also has very efficient modern air conditioning that can be used to cool the room in the summer months and warm the room if needed in the winter months when the evenings can be a little cooler.

Finally is the large en suite master bedroom with a king size modern and comfortable bed. Each side has bedside tables with reading lamps. The large fitted wardrobes offer plenty of storage. The room is decorated with a light and pleasant summer feel. French doors open up onto a further terrace and again shutters are an option for your comfort to make the room really dark at night, secure and cool during the day. A modern and efficient air conditioning unit offers cool and warmth within seconds of it being switched on.

The ensuite bathroom is just as you enter the bedroom and has the added bonus of a full size bath and over head shower, the basin is set into a vanity unit with a large over head mirror, a toilet and bidet.

Private Terraces

On the balcony you will find a a table and chairs making this space perfect for al fresco dining or just sitting with an evening glass of wine over looking the well kept gardens of Cabanas Beach Club. This 2 bedroom penthouse has an added extra on the balcony of a retractable sun shade meaning this space can be used in comfort all day! Wrought iron easy to climb steps lead up to a private roof terrace that overlooks the pool and gardens and gives some sea views. Garden furniture and sun loungers have been placed on the terrace to give optimum comfort for your holiday stay.

Communal Spaces, Gardens and Swimming Pool

Access to the gardens and swimming pool, of which the apartments all surround, is either by using the lift to give direct access or via the gates situated around the complex and accessed via a key code making it exclusively used by the residents of the complex. The complex is rectangular in shape, at one end is the pool area with a large pool surrounded by Santa Catarina style tiles. The pool tiles are traditional Azul blue tiles. The pool itself is filled with salt water so really soft and delicate on the skin especially for children. There are a selection of sun loungers and parasols for the use by residents. The rest of the complex has very well tended grass areas and flower beds making it an attractive and pleasant place to be.

Underground is the facility to park a car keeping it cool in the summer months. Also the garage provides easy access to the secluded gardens and shared swimming pool.

Facilities

Apartment Adare offers comfortable and easy living with all those little extras having been thought of. Excellent security, wifi throughout the whole apartment, air conditioning, secure and shaded parking, coffee machine, comfortable living.

Apartment Adare is great if you do not wish to hire a car during your holiday. It is an easy flat walk to the main town and sea front of Cabanas. Opening up to a wonderful selection of boutique shops, cafes and restaurants. It is less than a 10 minute walk to the ferry which takes you to the island beach, once there you will be amazed by the beauty of the long miles of golden sand lapped by crystal blue waters.

Our lovely penthouse comes with its own manual that you can download to your tablet or smart phone. Packed full of information to make the best of your holiday starting from the moment you arrive. It tells you how to collect the keys, who will look after you during your stay and clear concise directions to Apartment Adare. Then it is packed full with details of the best restaurants, taxis and local amenities and activities.  

And of course our managers are on hand to make sure you love your holiday more if you need any advice or tips on the local area they will be more than happy to help.

    Booking your Holiday

    To secure your holiday home with us, we ask for a deposit payment of 20% of the holiday price within 24 hours of the booking. As soon as that payment is made we will send an e mail asking for your full details and travel details.

    30 days before your holiday starts we will send you a reminder e mail asking for the final payment for your holiday home.

     

    Damages Protection

    Marslgarve LDA operates a Breakages insurance scheme for any accidental damages and breakages during your stay with us.

    The non-refundable Damage Protection Fee of €10 per guest protects you from being charged for accidental property damage that may occur during your stay with us. Cover is up to the value of €500. All we ask is that you treat our homes with respect and should any accidental damage occur you inform us immediately by contacting us at info@marsalgarve.com.

    Methods of Payment

    On the payment page you will find two tabs.

    Tab 1 Euro bank details, this is for you to be able to make a bank transfer. This is not automated. Please use the bank details given within your bank account to make the transfer and send a confirmation slip giving the booking reference

    Tab 2  Within our website we have a secure payment method for card payments. Please sue this tab if you wish to pay by card.

    Arrival Day

    We set the arrival time at your holiday home to be any time after 1600.  This is to allow us time to prepare the holiday home for you. We are extremely flexible in that we will try and prepare the holiday home to coincide with your flight arrival time. But we can not guarantee this will happen. We are also happy to allow you leave baggage at the holiday home whilst the property is being prepared allowing you to get the most out of your holiday. 

    We ask that you carefully read the holiday home manual we will send you before the start of your holiday, as this contains all the contact information of the Manager who will be meeting you and looking after you during your holiday. 

    Our Manager will be expecting a telephone call from you on arrival day. The Manager will only attend the property after that phone call in readiness to meet you.  We do not have a reception and each guest is met personally. If we have more than one client at once arriving we will let you know and ask that maybe you give us a little time. Maybe pop for a coffee and we can call you when we are ready to meet you. Our Manager will like to spend some time with you explaining how appliances work in the holiday home and let you know about the local area and will be happy to answer any questions you might have.  

     

    Departure Day

    We set the departure time at 1000. We ask for your departure details or plans once you leave us. This way we can schedule our holiday home preparation for the next guest just like we did for you. If we can offer a later stay during the winter months we will try and accommodate you.  In the Summer months due to the high volume of guests we have to strictly adhere to the 1000 departure time at the latest.

     

    Our "All important" Welcome Book

    Before the start of your holiday we will send you our online Guest Welcome Book which is packed with everything you need to know about your holiday Home and the local area.

    The book gives you all of the meeting arrangements, directions and how to get the keys. 

    We have tried to give you a real insight and help you to plan your holiday before you even arrive. 

    Our online Guest book is compatible with smart phones and tablets meaning you can take the guest book with you where ever you go to maximise your holiday experience. 

    During your holiday if you find places not in the book you would like to recommend to future guests please do let us know and we would love to add them to our book.  The idea is to offer a great book that guests find useful.

    We have an arrangement with a superb local Bike Hire Company and can arrange for bicycles to be delivered to your holiday home either before your holiday starts or during you holiday.  We can also arrange for the bikes to be collected.     Car Hire

    We can take the stress out of car hire for you by booking in advance for you.  We have chosen a small local Company to supply our hire cars. They will be at the Airport to meet you personally rather than you having to find a shuttle bus to the larger hire car Companies or waiting in huge queues with a horrible and impersonal service. 

    We can also arrange hire of scooters for you.  They can be delivered at your holiday home and collects after your holiday is over.

    Airport Transfers

    We use a fantastic local Company, Sunline Transfers. The Company has built a super reliable and excellent Airport transfer service and we are proud to be connected with them. 

    Please ask for a quote and we will arrange the transfers via our Company login to their site.  This means there will be no waiting around at the Airport as the driver will be in Arrivals waiting for you. There will be no trying the explain the location of your holiday home as the driver will already know where to go. The driver will even call our Managers in advance for you so they can be at the holiday home ready to meet you.
