A fabulous 2 bed ground floor apartment on a small complex with a shared pool. Apartment Fuselo also has air conditioning, wifi and plenty of parking.

Apartment Fuselo is a new apartment situated on a small complex right in the heart of Cabanas de Tavira. 

This apartment offers a lovely quit place to stay but still offers exceptionally easy access to everything you need for a fabulous Summer Holiday. 

Situated at ground floor level of a small block of apartments only 3 storeys high. Access to the complex is via a secure intercom system and a small ramp leads you to the front door of apartmnet Fuselo. 

A solid front door with a triple locking system opens up into a lovley and spacious hallway with a cabinet and coat hanger for your ease. 

Straight ahead leads to the living and dining room. The room is laid out with two large comfortable dark leather stye sofas surrounding a large flat screen televison that has a varirty of Europena channels to suit all needs. In the cnter is a nice large wood effect coffee table and the room offers a selection of matching furniture making it a very modern, simple and comfortable place to be. 

At the rear of the room next do a door that leads to the kitchen is a lovley large dark wood dinigng table and 6 chairs. 

To the front of the room is super large french sliding windows that lead on to a nice big terrace overlooking a small road and fields.  The balcony runs the length of the apartment and offers a atble and some chairs for some quiet holiday reading and morning breakfast watching the sun rise. The windows have pleasant style curtains to soften the room and add a warmth and comfort to the space. They also have shutters for comfort to keep the apartmnet cool and sucure in the ht Algarev weather!

To the left as you enter the apartment is a huge and superbly well equipped kitchen.  A window faces to the front of the apartment and the access to the front door. The kitchen has a spcious food preartaion area and plnty of ground and eye levele cupboards. In these you will find plenty of cooking utensils, including pots and pans, crockerey, cutlerey, glasses, plates cups and much more. 

On the work surface we have provided a kettle, toaster, microwave and coffee machine for your use and comfort. The kitchen also houses and nice full size fridge freezer and washing machine. 

The main hallway then lead around to the right and a bathroom is situated on the right and well decorated with simple tiles. There is a full size bath and over head shower alog with a basin set into a vanity untit with cupboard below and a lovely large mirror above the basin. The bathroom also has a toilet and bidet.

Facing in towards the complex and access to the pool is the master bedroom with a good size large kingsize bed. Each side is dark wood bedside tables with lamps.  Fitted wardobes and large windows with curtains and shutters. Perfect for keeping the apartment nice and dark at night, cool and secure during the day. The room is decorated in a pleasnt and light comtmeporary theme making it a very pleasant space. 

The second bedroom offers 2 large single beds with a bedside table, lamp and fitted wardrobes. Again tasefully and modern decorated it makes for a comfortable space. French window lead onto the balcony maing this a lovley spot to sit with your morning tea or coffee watching the sun rise.

Booking your Holiday

To secure your holiday home with us, we ask for a deposit payment of 20% of the holiday price within 24 hours of the booking. As soon as that payment is made we will send an e mail asking for your full details and travel details.

One month before your holiday starts we will send you a reminder e mail asking for the final payment for your holiday home.

We ask for a damage bond of €200 this is payable on arrival at your holiday home either by cash or provision of credit cards details.


Methods of payment

On the payment page you will find four tabs.

Tab 1 Euro bank details, this is for you to be able to make a bank transfer. This is not automated. Please use the bank details given within your bank account to make the transfer and send a confirmation slip giving the booking reference

Tab 2  Within our website we have a secure payment method for card payments. Please sue this tab if you wish to pay by card.

Tab 3 UK Bank Transfer.  We are able to utilise a UK bank account if preferred. Before payment please ask for a Euro/sterling conversions price. 

Tab 4 If you prefer Paypal we have a direct link for you to be able to use this method of payment.

Arrival Day

We set the arrival time at your holiday home to be any time after 1600.  This is to allow us time to prepare the holiday home for you. We are extremely flexible in that we will try and prepare the holiday home to coincide with your flight arrival time. But we can not guarantee this will happen. We are also happy to allow you leave baggage at the holiday home whilst the property is being prepared allowing you to get the most out of your holiday. 

We ask that you carefully read the holiday home manual we will send you before the start of your holiday, as this contains all the contact information of the Manager who will be meeting you and looking after you during your holiday. 

Our Manager will be expecting a telephone call from you on arrival day. The Manager will only attend the property after that phone call in readiness to meet you.  We do not have a reception and each guest is met personally. If we have more than one client at once arriving we will let you know and ask that maybe you give us a little time. Maybe pop for a coffee and we can call you when we are ready to meet you. Our Manager will like to spend some time with you explaining how appliances work in the holiday home and let you know about the local area and will be happy to answer any questions you might have.  


Departure Day

We set the departure time at 1000. We ask for your departure details or plans once you leave us. This way we can schedule our holiday home preparation for the next guest just like we did for you. If we can offer a later stay during the winter months we will try and accommodate you.  In the Summer months due to the high volume of guests we have to strictly adhere to the 1000 departure time at the latest.


Our "All important" Welcome book

Before the start of your holiday we will send you our online Guest Welcome Book which is packed with everything you need to know about your holiday Home and the local area.

The book gives you all of the meeting arrangements, directions and how to get the keys. 

We have tried to give you a real insight and help you to plan your holiday before you even arrive. 

Our online Guest book is compatible with smart phones and tablets meaning you can take the guest book with you where ever you go to maximise your holiday experience. 

During your holiday if you find places not in the book you would like to recommend to future guests please do let us know and we would love to add them to our book.  The idea is to offer a great book that guests find useful.

Equipment hire for children and babies

We can hire a variety of items for your holiday home. Please book any items your require during the booking process. Paymnet will be locally in cash please. 

We offer the following,

Camp beds suitable for children up to 12 years €5 per night

Travel cots and mattress (No linen provided, please be sure to bring your own) €5 per night

High chairs €5 per night.


Bicycle Hire

We have an arrangement with a superb local Bike Hire Company and can arrange for bicycles to be delivered to your holiday home either before your holiday starts or during you holiday.  We can also arrange for the bikes to be collected. Car Hire

We can take the stress out of car hire for you by booking in advance for you.  We have chosen a small local Company to supply our hire cars. They will be at the Airport to meet you personally rather than you having to find a shuttle bus to the larger hire car Companies or waiting in huge queues with a horrible and impersonal service. 

We can also arrange hire of scooters for you.  They can be delivered at your holiday home and collects after your holiday is over.

Airport Transfers

We have used the same local Company, Big Eye Tours since its inception 3 years ago. Run by a brother and sister team and born and bred in Olhao they have built a super reliable and excellent Airport transfer service and we are proud to be connected with them. 

Please ask for a quote and we will arrange the transfers via our Company login to their site.  This means there will be no waiting around at the Airport as the driver will be in Arrivals waiting for you. There will be no trying the explain the location of your holiday home as the driver will already know where to go. The driver will even call our Managers in advance for you so they can be at the holiday home ready to meet you.

The apartment was incredibly clean and very comfortable. It was spacious and had many facilities including a washing machine. The area was lovely. It was quiet during the day and more lively at night giving it a really nice atmosphere. The weather was really nice with temperatures of around 27 degrees. I really enjoyed my stay in this apartment!
