Apartment Egret is a lovely 2 bed first floor apartment with air con, shared pool and WIFI.

Apartment Egret is a well furnished first floor apartment at the popular resort Cabanas Beach Club. This fabulous 2 bed apartment is at 1st floor level and overlooks the swimming pool.

Entrance

The main entrance to the block of 6 apartments is form the traditional cobbled side street. Access can only be gained via and intercom system. Once in the foyer of the building there is around 6 steps up to the level with 2 lifts to give access to the 1st floor 2 bedroom apartment. Alternatively there is some easy steps to climb. Each level house 2 apartment and only goes up three floors. The private apartment door is solid wood and opens out into a large and light living area with plenty of natural light. A decorative wooden panel helps divid the living space from the bedrooms and bathrooms.

Living space

Our marvellous 2 bedroom apartment offers pleasant living with well thought out furniture and styling. Two plush leather sofas surround a coffee table and one faces towards the private terrace viewed through the wall to ceiling sliding french windows. The other towards the large flat screen television offering a selection of European channels. The living space offers a nice large dark wooden dining table and 4 chairs.

The living space in our 2 bed apartment offers a modern air conditioning unit thats keeps the apartment nice and cool in the summer months and can also be used to heat the living space in the cooler evenings of the winter months. So a perfect apartment all year round. A breakfast bar divides the living space from the kitchen.

The large french sliding windows have a mix if voiles and curtains to add a bit of style and elegance to the apartment. They give access to a large and private terrace. The windows also have the added extra of full shutters to keep the apartment nice and cool during the hot summer months.

 

Kitchen

The galley style kitchen is very well equipped with a full size fridge freezer, oven hob and extractor fan. A microwave, kettle toaster and coffee machine are placed for your use. There is a full size dishwasher, plenty of crockery, cutlery, glasses, plates and cups. You will also find plenty of cooking utensils in the kitchen cupboards and drawers. The kitchen is designed with modern below counter cupboards and set of drawers and above unit cupboards there is plenty marble work top. A french window leads out to the private terrace and here is housed a washing machine.
A marble breakfast bar separates the living space form the kitchen but give a wonderful feeling of space whilst still have the cooking areas separate from the living area.

 

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

The master bedroom has a large kingsize bed with an elegant dark wood headboard and base. Each side of the bed are beds side tables with matching lamps. There is smart chest drawers and the wardrobes are fitted with large sliding doors. The bedroom of this 2 bedroom apartment has modern air conditioning, perfect to keep cool on those hot summer nights it can be also used to heat. A smaller french window leads to a small terrace overlooking to cobbled side street below. The window has the extra of shutters to keep the room nice and cool in the Summer months.
The master bedroom in this modern 2 bed apartment has an ensuite bathroom. Just as you enter the master bedroom the en suite bathroom is situated to the right. It offers a fill size bath and over head shower, bidet toilet and basin set into a light wood vanity unit with space below for cosmetics and toiletries. Above the vanity unit is a large mirror.

The second bedroom offers twin single beds with a bedside unit and lamp. Fitted wardrobes have sliding doors and a french window looks out to the quiet cobbled side street below. An air conditioning unit offers cool for the summer and warmth for the winter.

The shared bathroom situated just from the living area and next to the twin bedroom offers a walk in shower cubicle, toilet and basin set int a vanity unit with space for toiletries and a large mirror hanging above.

 

Private Terrace

The large sliding french windows from the living room lead straight out onto a large private terrace that looks down over the communal swimming pool. The terrace offers pleasant garden furniture including a dining table a chairs and sun loungers to enjoy the Algarve sun shine. This place makes for a perfect and private spot to enjoy the afternoon sun.

Communal Spaces, Gardens and Swimming Pool

Cabanas Beach Club apartments surround private and well kept gardens including areas laid to grass, delightful traditional cobbled paths lined with shrubs including hibiscus giving a lovely Caribbean feel. At one end of the complex is a large communal swimming pool with a shallow end that tapers a deeper part of the pool. The pool area is set with stone tiles and offers a selection of sun loungers and parasols provided by the Condominium Company.

The pool and gardens are accessed from our attractive 2 bedroom apartment Egret either via the lift and via the basement though a door leading up to the gardens or by gates around the complex only accessed when provide with a key code which we supply for you.

The carpark is in the basement and each space is allocated to make sure you always have a space. The car park is only accessed by vehicle with electric doors so its offers security and keeps your car cool in the winter months.

 

Facilities

Apartment Egret is a very charming 2 bedroom apartment thats sleeps four persons comfortably. It offers easy living and modern features, perfect for a nice easy holiday any time of the year. The two bedroom apartment is close to the sea front so is less than a 10 minute along the promenade to the flotilla of boats thats can take you to the island beach. Just on the corner of the street is a Spa shop for all groceries. Also within short walking distance you will find plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops. So everything you need is closeby without the need for a car. Within easy walking distance you will find a bust stop and taxi ranks and for less than a 10 minute walk you can be at the train station.

Our lovely apartment comes with its own manual that you can download to your tablet or smart phone. Packed full of information to make the best of your holiday starting from the moment you arrive. It tells you how to collect the keys, who will look after you during your stay and clear concise directions to Apartment Egret. Then it is packed full with details of the best restaurants, taxis and local amenities and activities.

To secure your holiday with us we ask for a deposit payment of 20% of the holiday price followed by the remainder of the payment 8 weeks before the start of your holiday.

Upon full payment and completion of the booking form we will end you meeting arrangements, directions and a comprehensive pack of information on the local area.

We can supply Euro and a sterling bank account for payments although if you wish to pay by credit/debit card we are able to provide you with an invoice using Paypal. You will not need to have a Paypal account to use this facility.

We require a damage bond and this is dealt with by way of a credit card slip with credit/debit card details of any person booked into the property.  If a card is not available then the payment must be in cash and this will be returned via bank transfer once the holiday is over and upon receipt of bank details.

The holiday price includes a mid stay linen change every 7 days for stays of 14 nights or more.

Bed linen, bath and hand towels along with beach/pool towels are provided within the holiday cost. 

WIFI is included but may incur an extra charge please confirm that WIFI is included within the cost of your holiday.

We operate a strict arrival and departure time limit especially during the summer months.  Arrival is after 1600 and departure is before 1000. For arrivals we are happy to meet you at the property after 1000 to drop baggage etc but then entry can not be gained until after 1600 to allow the cleaners to prepare the property to the exceptionally high standard that we at Mars Algarve pride ourselves upon. Departure is strictly before 1000 and failure to depart on time without prior arrangement will result in a financial charge.

Upon arrival you will be met by one of the very helpful Mars Algarve Team they will hand over the keys to your holiday home and take the time to show you the property and tell you about any local information and answer any questions you may have. The Mars Algarve team will then be on hand during your holiday for any issues that may arise.

Before you arrive, we will send you our new guest online welcome book which is packed with everything you need to know about your holiday property, the local area and has all of the meeting arrangements, directions and how to get the keys. The online book gives you a real insight and allows you to plan your holiday before you even arrive. This also gives you the guest the opportunity to take the book with you wherever you go on your smartphone or tablet, maximising your holiday experience.
