Villa Prinny is a newly built, high class Villa sitiuated on the Perogil Urbanisation just on the outskirts of the beautiful Old Roman City of Tavira.
The Villa is set within its own private gardens and entry is gained via electric gates for vehicles and an intercom system for pedestrians. A secure underground garage is perfect for keeping the car cool in the summer months. Also the location of the games room with a tv large comfortable sofa and a PS3, Wii and X Box 360. Along with a table tennis table.
The well maintained gardens surround the villa. Wonderful sun terraces surround the stunning swimming pool that measures 5mx10m. You will find plenty of comfortable sun loungers along with outside sofas and a dining table and chairs with parasols and a fabulous gas BBQ for some great al fresco dining.
Upon entering the villa to the left is a spacious dining room with capacity to seat 8 people, huge windows give great views out to the gardens and easy access to the BBQ area. The kitchen is well designed with a breakfast bar, huge American fridge freezer and a wine cooler. Everything you need is avaliable, including a microwave, kettle, toaster along with plenty of cooking utensils and crockery. You will find a dishwasher along with an infra red hob and electric oven.
The sitting room has huge white leather sofas surrounding a wood burner for the winter months, plus a television and a DVD player. Further sofas face out towards the pool and terraces giving a nice cool place to sit in the summer. Huge french windows help to bring the outdoors in and make the Villa wonderfully light and spacious. Carefully thought out furnishings give this Villa a real touch of luxury.
The bedrooms are all situated on the first floor with the master bedroom facing towards Tavira and offering wonderful views to the City and coast line beyond.
The master bedroom has a double bed, huge windows with shutters that can be altered to let in as little or as much light as you like. Sliding doors hide a fantastic bathroom with double sinks, a huge bath with an overhead rainforest shower along with a toilet and bidet. Sliding vanity mirrors allow the chance to take in the veiw through the bathroom windows and ad add touch of class.
Bedroom two is a twin room with an ensuite bathroom, with a vanity unit, rainforest shower and toliet.
Bedroom Three is a stunning double room with an ensuite bathroom again with a vanity unit, rainforest shower and toliet.
Bedroom four is a gorgeous double room overlooking the swimming pool again with sliding doors hiding a fantastic bathroom with a huge walk in rainforest shower, toliet and vanity unit.
Also situated on the first floor is a laundry room with washing machine, sink, tumble drier and an iron and ironing board.
Villa Prinny has wonderful huge windows making the house very light and airy. In turn providing stunning views of the gardens and pool along with vistas across to Tavira and the Islands.
The house has air condtioning throughout along with electric shutters with various settings offering great comfort.
Solar panels operate the supply of hot water and as this villa has the facility to heat the swimming pool via solar and underfloor heaing it makes this house a great option for winter sun too. Maybe a golfing trip to the fantastic well designed courses the East Algarve has to offer.

To secure your holiday with us we ask for a deposit payment of 20% of the holiday price followed by the remainder of the payment 8 weeks before the start of your holiday.
Upon full payment and completion of the booking form we will end you meeting arrangments, directions and a comprehensive pack of information on the local area.
We can supply Euro and a sterling bank account for payments although if you wish to pay by credit/debit card we are able to provide you with an invoice using Paypal. You will not need to have a Paypal account to use this facility.
We require a damage bond and this is dealt with by way of a credit card slip with credit/debit card details of any person booked into the property. If a card is not avaliable then the payment must be in cash and this will be returned via bank transfer once the holiday is over and upon reciept of bank details.
The holiday price includes a mid stay linen change every 7 days for stays of 14 nights or more.
Bed linen, bath and hand towels along with beach/pool towels are provided within the holiday cost.
WIFI is included but may incur an extra charge please confirm that WIFI is included within the cost of your holiday.
We operate a strict arrival and departure time limit especailly during the summer months. Arrival is after 1600 and departure is before 1000. For arrivals we are happy to meet you at the property after 1000 to drop baggage etc but then entry can not be gained until after 1600 to allow the cleaners to prepare the property to the exceptionally high standard that we at Mars Algarve pride ourselves upon. Departure is strictly before 1000 and failure to depart on time without prior arrangment will result in a financial charge.
Upon arrival you will be met by one of the very helpful Mars Algarve Team they will hand over the keys to your holiday home and take the time to show you the property and tell you about any local information and answer any questions you may have. The Mars Algarve team will then be on hand during your holiday for any issues that may arise.
