Apartment Pescador is well appointed and spacious apartment located at first floor level in a small quiet apartment complex.
This apartment is a perfectly located holiday home for those who do not wish to hire a car. Situated at first floor level on a small apartment complex in a quiet street in Olhao but close enough to the town to have all you could need within very easy walking distance.
Upon entering the apartment there is a small and comfortable tv area with European channels and DVD player. The apartment has Wi-Fi throughout and is included in the price of your holiday.
Double doors open out into a spacious light and airy living area with two comfortable sofas and a dining table to seat 4. There is air con for your comfort which can produce coolness in the summer and heat in the winter for the cooler evenings. French windows open out onto a terrace overlooking a small newly finished square and the small side road that the apartment block is located on. The kitchen is galley style and very well equipped with all the facilities you would need to cook some great meals. There is a breakfast bar and from the kitchen access to another balcony, also overlooking the square and offering a perfect spot for some breakfast. Before heading out to the beach for the day, taking in some sights or simply enjoying all Olhao has to offer.
The bedrooms are laid out as twin rooms, both with plenty of storage, air con and access to the balcony via french windows.
The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, toilet, bidet and basin. An extra cloakroom houses a toilet and basin along with a washing machine for your use.
Access can be gained to the huge shared roof terrace offering a perfect spot to sunbathe and simply take in the stunning views across the sea and to the local islands.

To secure your holiday with us we ask for a deposit payment of 20% of the holiday price followed by the remainder of the payment 8 weeks before the start of your holiday.
Upon full payment and completion of the booking form we will end you meeting arrangements, directions and a comprehensive pack of information on the local area.
We can supply Euro and a sterling bank account for payments although if you wish to pay by credit/debit card we are able to provide you with an invoice using Paypal. You will not need to have a Paypal account to use this facility.
We require a damage bond and this is dealt with by way of a credit card slip with credit/debit card details of any person booked into the property. If a card is not available then the payment must be in cash and this will be returned via bank transfer once the holiday is over and upon receipt of bank details.
The holiday price includes a mid stay linen change every 7 days for stays of 14 nights or more.
Bed linen, bath and hand towels along with beach/pool towels are provided within the holiday cost.
WIFI is included but may incur an extra charge please confirm that WI-FI is included within the cost of your holiday.
We operate a strict arrival and departure time limit especially during the summer months. Arrival is after 1600 and departure is before 1000. For arrivals we are happy to meet you at the property after 1000 to drop baggage etc but then entry can not be gained until after 1600 to allow the cleaners to prepare the property to the exceptionally high standard that we at Mars Algarve pride ourselves upon. Departure is strictly before 1000 and failure to depart on time without prior arrangement will result in a financial charge.
Upon arrival you will be met by one of the very helpful Mars Algarve Team they will hand over the keys to your holiday home and take the time to show you the property and tell you about any local information and answer any questions you may have. The Mars Algarve team will then be on hand during your holiday for any issues that may arise.
