Villa Cinza is set witin a gated complex of villas with two pools. Upon entering the villa it opens up into a a spacios living space with a separte well equipped kitchen

Close to the centre of the complex, this 3 bedroom house has a spacious lounge dinner with internet and local TV. 

There is a well stocked kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and all of the usual home comforts that you would expect within this style house. 

You can acess the rear garden from the kitchen which has a built in BBQ and grassed area. 

The first floor acess from the lounge presents 3 good size bedrooms, one master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, all with plenty of built in wardrobe storage space. The landing allows acess to the shared shower room and doorway and stairs to the roof terrace which has amazing views to the front and rear including sea and costal views. 

The master bedroom has a large front balcony overlooking the pools and gardens whilst the second double bedroom has a small balcony towards the rear. The third beddoom has twin beds.

The house also boasts private underground garage parking, full air conditioning, internet and wifi capability.

The complex is fully private and is only used by the guests and owners. 

It is advisable to hire a car, as although you have some small shops selling local bread and produce within easy walking distance, within 5 minute drive you are in the Historic Roman City of Tavira which is packed with all you need to fulfil your Portuguese holiday experience.

To secure your holiday with us we ask for a deposit payment of 20% of the holiday price followed by the remainder of the payment 8 weeks before the start of your holiday.

Upon full payment and completion of the booking form we will send you meeting arrangments, directions and a comprehensive pack of information on the local area.

We can supply Euro and a sterling bank account for payments although if you wish to pay by credit/debit card we are able to provide you with an invoice using Paypal. You will not need to have a Paypal account to use this facility.

We require a damage bond and this is dealt with by way of a credit card slip with credit/debit card details of any person booked into the property.  If a card is not avaliable then the payment must be in cash and this will be returned via bank transfer once the holiday is over and upon reciept of bank details.

The holiday price includes a mid stay linen change every 7 days for stays of 14 nights or more.

Bed linen, bath and hand towels along with beach/pool towels are provided within the holiday cost. 

WIFI is included but may incur an extra charge please confirm that WIFI is included within the cost of your holiday.

We operate a strict arrival and departure time limit especailly during the summer months.  Arrival is after 1600 and departure is before 1000. For arrivals we are happy to meet you at the property after 1000 to drop baggage etc but then entry can not be gained until after 1600 to allow the cleaners to prepare the property to the exceptionally high standard that we at Mars Algarve pride ourselves upon. Departure is strictly before 1000 and failure to depart on time without prior arrangment will result in a financial charge.

Upon arrival you will be met by one of the very helpful Mars Algarve Team they will hand over the keys to your holiday home and take the time to show you the property and tell you about any local information and answer any questions you may have. The Mars Algarve team will then be on hand during your holiday for any issues that may arise.
