Apartment Louro is a wonderful apartment furnished with care and set at first floor level. Upon entering the apartment it opens up into a bright spacious living area. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with a full size fridge freezer, oven, hob, toaster, microwave and kettle. Also a built in washing machine and dishwasher.
The living area has a dining table and four chairs overlooking the private terrace and then a large corner style sofa. A flat screen television offers a mixture of European channels and there is WI-FI throughout the apartment.
The bedrooms are laid out as a master bedroom with a large double bed bedside tables and lamps, air conditioning and plenty of wardrobe space. French style windows with shutters overlook the private complex. The en suite bathroom has a full size bath, overhead shower, bidet, toilet and basin.
The second bedroom has twin single beds and again french style windows with shutters, plenty of wardrobe space and air conditioning. There is a shared bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin.
A wonderful and private sun terrace has a table and chairs to enjoy the pleasant Algarve weather and give you the option to indulge in some al fresco living.
Apartment Louro has the luxury of air conditioning throughout the apartment and it can also be used as heating in the cooler winter months. There is the facility of private and secure underground parking and private gardens and a wonderful swimming pool for the sole use of residents.
Terracos de Cabanas is an easy short 10 minute walk to the sea front and boats for the beach. No need to cross or walk on any busy roads and everything you could need at your fingertips.

To secure your holiday with us we ask for a deposit payment of 20% of the holiday price followed by the remainder of the payment 8 weeks before the start of your holiday.
Upon full payment and completion of the booking form we will end you meeting arrangments, directions and a comprehensive pack of information on the local area.
We can supply Euro and a sterling bank account for payments although if you wish to pay by credit/debit card we are able to provide you with an invoice using Paypal. You will not need to have a Paypal account to use this facility.
We require a damage bond and this is dealt with by way of a credit card slip with credit/debit card details of any person booked into the property. If a card is not avaliable then the payment must be in cash and this will be returned via bank transfer once the holiday is over and upon reciept of bank details.
The holiday price includes a mid stay linen change every 7 days for stays of 14 nights or more.
Bed linen, bath and hand towels along with beach/pool towels are provided within the holiday cost.
WIFI is included but may incur an extra charge please confirm that WIFI is included within the cost of your holiday.
We operate a strict arrival and departure time limit especailly during the summer months. Arrival is after 1600 and departure is before 1000. For arrivals we are happy to meet you at the property after 1000 to drop baggage etc but then entry can not be gained until after 1600 to allow the cleaners to prepare the property to the exceptionally high standard that we at Mars Algarve pride ourselves upon. Departure is strictly before 1000 and failure to depart on time without prior arrangment will result in a financial charge.
Upon arrival you will be met by one of the very helpful Mars Algarve Team they will hand over the keys to your holiday home and take the time to show you the property and tell you about any local information and answer any questions you may have. The Mars Algarve team will then be on hand during your holiday for any issues that may arise.
